Comfort Inn & Suites Moss Point Pascagoula

First room was having tv issues. Front desk moved us across the hall with no problem. Kids and I enjoyed a late night swim in the very clean pool area. Only downside was it seemed like the lights weren't working so we couldn't stay long. Everything else was aces. Great stay, would book again.

We stayed there so we would be close but not so close to the festival that we couldn't get around. Everything was nice clean , comfortable and everyone was kind. Only down fall was hot tub never got hot enjoyed our stay the price was good also .

Jacuzzi tub had no stopper to hold water. Was disappointed 😔

Pool was HOT like a hot tub due to the extreme heat but overall clean and nice. Need a towels rack for towels out at pool. Breakfast was ok. Good price and overall experience for the short stay and travel. Would stay again

The door looked liked someone tried breaking in previously. The carpets were filthy and that made the whole room feel dirty. Also, they gave me a receipt with a way cheaper price than what I was charged from Hotels.com. I guess they gave me the wrong receipt.

The bathroom lighting was so deem barely could see. The carpet was horrible. Our feet were black after walking on it. Don't know the why they don't shampoos the carpet.

Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Carpet is fraying and musty. Wallpaper is peeling away from wall. Rooms outdated. Hallway on level 2 smelled like a nursing home. Drain by ice machine smelled like sewer. Time for an update Comfort Inn owners!! The best western got one and is nicer!

The bathroom was filthy. The tub had dirty stains. The door to the room was sticky with glue. It was difficult to breathe in the room. The air quality was terrible. The toilet seat was dirty.

Clean friendly. The hotel is dated but adequate. Breskfast was fine. Bed comfortable but the pillows are so small. They are comfy but are not very big but they have use 5 to a bed. Bathroom was clean. But the water pressure is low. I would go again for a1 night stay

The bed was horrible. It felt like I was sleeping on hard knots. The room was not cleaned, beds not made, floor not vacuumed or fresh towels put out the next day. We had to go ask for them. When we got there the coffee pot had a used tea bag still in it. The first breakfast was powdered eggs and turkey bacon. There is no way we will ever stay there again. The only good thing was Ethyl who fixed breakfast the last two days.

The room smelled musty and the pillows were awful. Everything else was really good. The breakfast was nice & the employees were friendly. The location is very convenient. We would stay there again but will bring our own pillows. :-)

TV did not work called front office to inform , They did nothing to resolve the problem but its a 2 star,so I guess its why is average customer service

I couldn't not check-in Friday night cause they did not have anyone working. I had to sleep in my car until the next morning and still got charged for Friday night.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I'm in town. It's quiet, clean, and staff members are very friendly. They will solve any issues with your room immediately. I highly recommend this hotel when you are traveling to Moss Point, MS.

The room was great, no problems. the girl that checked Us in was very unfriendly, not rude, just not welcoming!

The property has not been maintained. Rooms had smell. Door didn’t lock. Sink was stopped up. Toilet was stopped up. We changed rooms twice. No maid service. Would not recommend

My check-in was fine, after midnight someone tried to get in my room put my robe on, went to the door slammed it shot made sure it was locked and told the guy to go away. He had the wrong room. He wanted to know my name I said you don’t need to know my name what’s your name and he didn’t tell me I told him I was calling the front desk. The phone in the room did not work so I used my cell phone called the desk. The guy at the door had left. I believe it was the same man that answered the phone at the desk an employee he wanted to know how I got in the room. I explained I had checked in at 3 o’clock and he said he checked you in. I said I’m sorry a lady I don’t know. Check your schedule. He said he would check stuff and call me back an hour later. I was back to sleep. He had not called back 6 AM. The phone doesn’t work rang like a wake up. Call no one on the other end so I got up, got dressed, headed downstairs with my phone and my key card. I walked to the desk the gentleman that I believe started the whole thing was at the desk. I looked at him and I said are you the one that was trying to get in my room he goes your room was canceled and your credit card declined. We don’t have numbers that you were supposed to check in at this time. I pulled my info up from my hotel.com app and the lady did have trouble reading my address and my ZIP Code off the drivers license. So I told him I would be back. I went up to my room to get my license and card. To much

Very nice rooms,but bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. Location was great & well lit at night. The clerk who checked me in was new,but she was very nice, helpful & very friendly.

My stay was great as always. Im studying for my real eastate license and this gives me the quiet time that i need. Thank you!! Breakfast is always amazing too! And im not a morning person, lol.

Two night stray for business. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I slept good. I appreciate that the breakfast starts at 5 am for early risers like myself.
