Room was clean staff were friendly and helpful we had a noisy neighbor blasting music and they took care of it!! Other than that it was a nice stay we left a day earlier because hurricane isaias was coming and we have a house down in Florida that we need it to take care of ! But everything was nice I didn’t tried their breakfast which is included because I always wake up late but they serve breakfast from 6-9 am I will definitely stay again! They just need to upgrade their bathroom it’s a little old but the room it’s very updated and was clean! We brought our own bedding sheets but other than that everything was clean they also don’t have a housekeeper but they do pick up garbage and give fresh towels and toilet paper! The room have a refrigerator a microwave coffee maker and a tv.

The room was not clean. Towels looked dirty and we found dirt socks on the floor. The gym was useless. Broken equipment the only thing I could use was the weights so it was something. The continental breakfast had stale cereal and the eggs and sausage looked questionable I wouldn’t eat it.

Very outdated and room looked absolutely nothing like the photo on the website. The beds are hard and they basically have a sheet for a top blanket so I had to go buy my own. The laundry is very dirty and outdated so went to a laundromat. You can’t really use the pool area due to no shade and not one single umbrella. Staff were friendly enough and provided us with clean towels quickly when we asked for them. Breakfast was basically just cereal or toast so walked over to Waffle House instead

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was beyond rude, unprofessional, and openly hostile. Instead of helping guests, they seemed to enjoy instigating arguments and escalating situations that never should have happened. I've never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. The room itself wasn't any better. The entire place reeked of Marijuana. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room miserable, and when we reported it, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience to them instead of addressing the problem. Customer service was nonexistent. Every interaction felt like we were bothering them simply by asking for basic assistance. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and valued not like they're walking on eggshells. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests. This place is not one of them, and I will never stay here again.
