This hotel is rundown and I will not recommend this to anybody. Do not waste your money and book this, when I arrived, I had to go check out my rooms in order to see if it was nice enough or clean enough for me. The first room I was told to go check out, had mold on the carpet on the walls on the chair, and it stunk. The second room was stained, and the sheets and bedding look like it hasn’t been changed in the last 10 years. This hotel desperately needs a remodel. The swimming pool was so green, I chose to receive my money back and went book another hotel.

The location was good & the room was good & I even used the small pool. I asked twice for a toothbrush (I had forgotten) & they said they would get one when someone cam back. But didn't. I asked again in the morning & they said they didn't have any. BUT mostly I didn't like the breakfast. There was pancake batter BUT when you went to put it in the cooker, it already had batter from someone previously and the machine didn't work. You would think they would have a sign or take it away. The Orange juice dispenser just shot out water only, there were bagels but no cream cheese, there was white bread but no toaster, there were oat meal packages but no hot water, & the coffee was pretty dark & bitter. But I am not much of a coffee drinker so I can't say how good it was.

This hotel is bad just bad! We reserved with Hotels.com. With the name Wyndham on this hotel we agreed the Day’s Inn in Ocean Springs would be decent, we were mistaken. We got there the girl at the counter was very nice. She put us in room101. We used the room key, opened up the door to both beds messed up and someone in the shower. Ok, laugh it off and get a second room. This one had furniture moved out away from the walls and in the middle of the room as well as wet stains on the furniture. Past annoyed by this point and just need a clean bed, it’s getting late. Only option left is on 2nd floor with no elevator. It is at least clean, although the area right outside the room that you have to walk through looks like someone got evicted about a month ago and all their stuff was just left there to rot. In the morning when we left, it was the same lady working. They seem to overwork their staff and have a complete lack of basic standards. Fraction of a star at best. Do not recommend!

Staff was polite and friendly but the property needs some help. Appears to be under renovation which is needed however had we known they’d be working on the building during our stay we would not have booked this hotel. The continental breakfast was not provided as the lobby was closed down due to renovations and the room reeked of cigarettes when we requested a smoke free room. There were several loose staples in our floor, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and half the time the toilet would not refill after flushing. Thankfully we spent most of our time at the beach or along the coastline or else I would have been very upset during this stay. It was Fine for sleeping but that’s about it.

The check in was a room not an office. Smelled like Marijuana. There was no morning coffee or continental breakfast. We was locked out of our room that night on the 4th and took them over an hour to get in the room and then we could not even leave to go watch the fireworks on the beach. That was the main reason for driving 7 hours

It was a basic stay. Breakfast was 👎 there was no hot breakfast (waffle machine “broken” no fresh fruit, juice, hell no water! The front of the building was being reconstructed and remodeled or cleaned. It looked really trashy and old in front. I could have stayed somewhere else. Hotels should tell people when there are cleaning or remodeling. The pool was small. Oh! And the biggest part….there was no HOT COFFEE available. I could have cried. Just a basic stay if you just want somewhere to sleep, but I like an experience with my hotel stays especially the food and coffee!!! Do better.

Room was filthy ,rug was so worn and spotted .restroom was a patch job of very low standards. room did not have a chair to set in .. Paid for 3 days left after one night . No refund offered. Would have been better off in a HOMELESS CAMP

The room was filthy . I walked in the room and bugs were everywhere. I turned around and checked out. I refused to lay down in a room in that condition . I’ve never experienced anything like that with Days Inn. I had a bad experience in Destin and it was even worse in Ocean Springs

Tv did not work, bathroom not clean (hair in tub drain) had to clean before we could shower (water backed up in tub), room door had to be shimmed for it to open, 1 wash cloth (2 people) and reserved a King Bed no smoking and was put on a room with 2 doubles beds and smelled like a dirty ashtray. Very dissatisfied 😤😤😤

What I liked about the property: leaving. What I didn’t like: the bed bugs in the mattresses, the cockroaches on the walls, in the bed, festering under the alarm clock, the vomit stained toilet that clearly had not been cleaned, the stained blood on the floor, the sticky stains on the phone which indicates had not been cleaned in a long time. Cigarette stale smell in non smoking rooms. This is a sanitary health issue that needs to be dealt with in a serious manner.

Absolutely disgusting! Our "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. Cigarette burns on the tub and sink. Broken room door latch. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Broken lamp. Very thin blanket barely covered the bed and did not provide warmth. Stained carpet. Dirty walls.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The first room I was given was locked and the TV was on. I'm assuming someone was already in there. I was given another room that was NOT accessible (which I paid for). I couldn't use the shower and the handicap ramp was located very far away from my room. There were NO light bulbs in any of the fixtures in the room. The first morning I woke up with no AC. I went to the front desk at 5am and was told that maintenence comes in at 7am and they would let them know. We had to sleep in my car for the next few hours. Housekeeping did not come to the room at all during my stay of 3 days.

For starters, after already reserving the room, I arrived at the hotel to find out there was a $100 cash only deposit. Then to get into the room, I reserved a non smoking room to find out they are all smoking there was even ashes all over the place. There was no remote for the TV in the room, I had to go to the desk to sign for a remote. But things keep getting worse, fridge and microwave doesn't work, There is blood on the bathroom door and going down the side of the toilet. And to top everything off I killed a bedbug last night!

We were in one of the renovated rooms which was nice. There was no blanket in the room when we first checked in (maybe because it was summer?), but I was able to get a blanket at the front desk. Breakfast was continental breakfast, but there was a waffle iron which I enjoyed. For the price paid, it was ok/good. I reserved several weeks earlier, though.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I made the reservation through Expedia for two nights but somehow it showed up as one. They corrected that issue without difficulty. Then I found out I needed three nights the next day and they resolved the issue likewise. The breakfast was a little lean on variety but OK. The room layout was very well designed. TV, Microwave, and fridge all worked well and the tub shower was very good. I think the area that needs the most improvement is cleanliness, especially the carpets - a little musky. Unfortunately, while as a guest 5/4 -5/7 2025 someone purposely kicked in and dented my car's passenger side back fender. It was not hit by another driven car because there were no scrapes or scratches or paint marks or chips in the dented area. I believe it was maliciously kicked in by a vandal. The dent is about two feet in length.

The lady at the desk was very nice. The king suite we reserved smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room. She gladly and nicely let us move to a room with 2 queen beds. She let me go look at the room with the queen beds before accepting it. She was very nice and couldn’t have handled the situation any better. We will be staying with them again!

I was in town for a wedding and need somewhere near the venue. This place looks NOTHING like the pics on the website = false advertising 😒 I allowed grace since it would just be 2 nights. Day 1- TV didn’t work. Stood in the lobby for 20 minutes buzzing the bell and no attenand in sight. Day 2 - woke up with bites all over my body. Went to the front desk to let them know. The attendant was on a personal call, told me to leave the room card, yook pics of my face and arm. TOLD ME she would let management know and call me back. 24 hours later not a word but I do see they had no problem charging my card for the full fee. My intent in notifying them of BUGS which i suspect the are aware of was so other travelers wouldn’t have the same experience. 24 hours later I have discovered more bites and am frustrated, pissed, and annoyed that people do business like this. I work too hard for my money for this foolishness. Stop taking advantage of consumers! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEIR PRICES ARE COMPARATIVE TO HOTELS SURROUNDUNGTHEM, AND I'M NOT SURE WHY, UNLESS THIS IS ALL MISSISSIPPI HAS TO OFFER WHICH I DOUBT.

The room was in terrible disrepair. There was NO SMOKE DETECTOR! Just wires hanging out of the wall. Dirty water. Bent/Broken lock on the door. Ice machine? Broken. Washer/Dryer? Broken. No bedspread. Only a sheet. No shampoo. TV did not work have the time. Evening clerk spent most of time in her car smoking! Breakfast? A joke! When I told the manager, all I got was “sorry”. This hotel should not qualify as a Days Inn!

THE WORST. If you can please save yourself the time and book somewhere else. Changed the room thrice, still smelled horrible. There were roaches. The receptionist was good she offered me her best but it was last and I've been driving the whole day so did have the energy to move to a different place, but as soon as I woke up I ran! Also TERRIBLE breakfast! Please never even THINK about booking this place!!

The rooms had a unique odor. The rooms did not look like the pictures on the web site. Did not get the rooms I requested. No breakfast available when advertised breakfasst in the morning tull 10.. inwhen there at 8 nothing serve coffee was old. TV did not work. And told i neededto readjust wherthe signal was coming in after i turn off tv. If remodeling place it on the web site and let the customer decide if they want to stay there or not. Rsther then being feeling stuck to deal with a bad sxperience and stuck because one cant get their money back.

Horrible… is all I can say.. we had a dirty sock, used wash cloth in our room. The TV did not work, the carpet by the bathroom was wet, like either it flooded or something. The cops were called the second night for guest fighting. The pool was filthy we could not even swim…. The lobby had a horrible smell In it I was so sick to my stomach I didn’t even want my free breakfast.
