Big and clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and always filling stuff up. They have tons of parking and also a lot for oversized vehicles. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, we were so looking forward to it after a long day with 90F heat. The downside is the super loud busy road, I always pack industrial grade ear plugs and still could hear the compression breaks and modified exhaust racers out on the highway (the hotel sits on a hill). This was the first time my husband asked if he can have ear plugs also, he usually sleeps through anything. I also didn't sleep well at all on the super soft/saggy mattress, not their fault, but man was I miserable and sore.

Overall a clean property that was very accommodating to our dog, a little pricey for the condition and amenities. The hot tubs were out of order (being replaced? So we’re out for quite some time prior). I would probably have selected a different hotel had I known this - no notice given when making the reservation.

Two quick stays flying in late to Billings and flying out super early two weeks later. The proximity to the airport is great along with the free shuttle. I requested a shuttle on the pre-check in form, and our driver was waiting for us at the airport. Great service. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy.

We have stayed here before and loved it. This time the pool, and hot tub were closed for repair. It would have been nice to have known beforehand so I could have planned my trip accordingly especially with teens. Even more a little thrown off when you are offered early check in and late check out to enjoy the non existent amenities. Which I was so happy to pay for until I found out they did not exisit. Other then that the staff as always was kind and amazing. The lady at breakfast was one in a million so kind every morning. We come back each year, but dadly we won't return because up front honestly is what will win me over everytime.

My two kids (18 and 15 year olds) and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The sheets were clean, and it was a nice room. My only complaints were the one mattress was wearing out and misshapen, there was a booger on the wall in the bathroom near the light switch, and two visible spots on the toilet seat that had been missed when cleaning. They were light brown spots that I wiped off with a tissue. The breakfast could’ve been a little better but wasn’t terrible and the pool is small, but there is a hot tub! Other than that, it was a nice place, very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was all very helpful and very friendly and kind. The parking was very close to our room and there are some nice views! I would recommend, but do a once-over on your room (as a person should in any hotel) 🙂

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. My wife and I were very happy with it. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. If we find ourselves back that way again would not hesitate to book a stay there again

The entire place was clean. The cappuccino machine was a great touch. Every staff member we encountered during our stay were very friendly and welcoming. It was also very cool that the Hotel provided a thanksgiving meal for travelers who were there on thursday. We did have a chance to enjoy the hot tub too which was perfect.

The facility was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was delicious, and my kids loved the bunk bed room in our suite. The problem: there is absolutely NO soundproofing of any kind in these rooms. We heard every word of every conversation in the room next door and in the hallway like we were standing with them. The cars roaring by on the road outside may as well have been in our room. Also, the pool was cold and the hot tub was even colder.

Our blackout blind was broken, it was bright with lights all night, and the street noise was loud. I would recommend having an eye mask and white noise, just in case. The bed was comfortable, the staff was wonderful, and everything was very clean. It was a good a stay!

We stayed in a family suite for the first time and it was so nice that everybody had their own bed. The room was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there in a family suite again. The staff were so kind they were so compassionate to our situation And so helpful. The kids also loved the pool, which they all said was warm and it was also very clean.

We had a nice stay here. The room was nice and clean. Everything was good but I didn't enjoy the traffic noise. We figured out how to turn the AC/ heat.control to constant fan which helped alot with the noise.

Booked the room after getting to Billings and was completely satisfied. The courtesy van driver was very friendly and knows the history of the town. Stephanie was extremely helpful at the front desk and they recommended a good place to eat. Our stay was very restful and the breakfast choices were good, which made for a good beginning of our trip home. Will definitely stay here again when in Billings.

The hotel itself was very good. The staff called and let me know I had left an item in the room after checkout. That was very good.i had forgotten items in the past at other hotels and called to retrieve the forgotten item and had been told there was nothing in the room. I feel the staff at Boothill Inn can be trusted. I recommend this hotel!

I've stayed at the Boothill several times, and it's always consistent. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that there were different types of pillows. And although I didnt need it on this trip, it's nice they offer an airport shuttle.

Staff went above and beyond for us. We were delayed coming back from Seattle area of Washington and didn’t arrive until 4am - the front desk staff kept in communication with me via text, provided weather updates and ensured check in was all ready for our arrival to abbreviate the process recognizing our exhaustion and made sure breakfast was ready so we could choose to eat before getting a few hours of sleep. They also moved back check out by an hour for free to allow my husband, myself and our children a little more allowance for rest. We will stay here again on our next trip just because staff went so above and beyond.

I enjoyed my stay at Boothill Inn and Suites very much. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was easy to get to from the interstate and the staff were very friendly. I even got a free (warm) chocolate chip cookie! You can’t beat that.

The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We picked the hotel as it’s close to the Metra with the idea of walking there or using an Uber for our event as we had a truck & trailer, we didn’t have to do either as Boothill provided transportation to & from the Metra & they also have a lot across from the hotel that we were able to leave truck and trailer all weekend

Upon entering the lobby, things instantly felt cozy. Everything was super clean and comfortable, including the room, the lobby, pool area, and breakfast area. There were several board and card games in the lobby area to play and there were warm cookies at 7:00 p.m. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Room ok, pretty run down black out curtains, not very effective. Very loud traffic noise if you are in a room near the gas station. Breakfast is really sub par. Pasty sausage gravy, dry biscuits, overcooked sausage, and all not even warm. All else very mediocre. Staff nice though....
