The stay was ok. The cleaniness could be better, dirty items found under beds. Hot tub was not working. Bottom of bathtub felt like it was going to break through.

The pictures are lies! The property is FILTHY, I had to clean our room before we could even sleep in it. There was rotting food behind the tv stand & in the mini fridge animal hair of some sort all of the actual mattress, floor, in the air conditioner/heater vents. It smelled like something had died in there, the floor was sticky & dirty! The room key never worked so we constantly had to have it re-keyed. The room key”breakfast” is two kinds of bread & make your own waffle!

Front desk lady knew nothing about her job. I could have done her job better. She put us in a room that had a broken window. Room was not clean. You couldnt purchase drinks or snacks from hotel store unless you have cash. You cant charge it to room or use you debit/credit card. Our tv in our room was broken. There was only 1 outlet in our entire room that worked. Only 1 lamp that worked in our entire room.

Laundry service was convenient. Staff were friendly. Stayed at this place several times. My smoke detector was always covered in each room. Lots of weed smoking going on at this one. Homeless people frequently break in and sleep in the rooms. But it is the most affordable pet friendly hotel in town. If I owned it I would completely restart. The staff are friendly to all of the customers, but are bitter about their jobs. No one checks on the rooms after they are cleaned. Doors and windows are left open making it easy for the homeless to get in.
