Exterior door lock missing, hot tub broken and empty, cigarette butts strewn all over on ground next to parking area and exterior unit doors. Building needs renewed. Breakfast options: toast, cold cereal, or waffle. Bed was comfortable, but two lights didn't work. We won't return in the future. Pictures didn't reflect reality.

Great staff. Pool very clean. Overall the mitel is old and needs a super clean and overhual in updating.

The desk person that checked us in was awesome. Super nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. Here’s the downside. No elevator. Hotel outside appearance, parking lot is sketchy felt unsafe. Very limited breakfast offered is nothing like the picture advertised, it is an old hotel. Misleading.

The side entrance door was broken, we couldn't get in with the keycard. The desk person opened the door from the inside and placed a rock to prop open the door. This made the facility unsafe, and anyone could walk in. Some outlets in the room didn't work, as well as a couple of lamps. There were stains on the walls and floor. There was also an awful smell. It was awful

The customer service was phenomenal. The room was average. It was very clean. It was OK comfortable. There was plenty of parking and checking in and checking out what’s very easy.

We got to the hotel between 630pm and 7pm to check in and our room still wasn't clean. We were given our keys but told to come back in an hour. When we returned the room still wasn't clean. The housekeeper was looking for a vacuum to sweep the room. One of the pillows was missing the case and there were no towels. The housekeeper went to get some from downstairs. She came back with 2 pillows and 3 towels for 5 people. While she was gone we noticed there were no trash cans, telephone or refrigerator in the room. My husband went to ask for trash cans as we couldn't call the front desk to get them. They told us they would look but never brought them to us. The shower handle was a quarter turn valve not an actual handle and the toilet didn't work. We had to pour cups of water in the tank just to get it to flush. It was also advertised online that there was a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was broken and the pool is outdoor only. I told them that they needed to fix this online because people pick hotels based on these things especially when they have kids. The hallways and stairs were not vacuumed and breakfast was lacking.

Room dirty. Stained lamp shade, sticky spill in fridge, dirty toilet & shower, sticky floor, outer door key access missing. Noisy.

The place was a zero star rating. The room was literally dirty. Stains on sheets. Bathroom not sanitized and towels stained.

DISGUSTING - DIRTY BEDDING

Floor wasn't swept, nevermind washed. Never removed our footwear except to shower and bed. The place smelled overpoweringly like cleaner, covering up other smells is my guess. The bathrooms need updating badly. Smelled like weed in the hallways and guests gave us sketchy vibes. Will not be staying here again.

Room should be non smoking, as both of us don’t smoke. We have had smelling of previously smoking in that room. AC work so loudly so it’s problem to sleep at night. Every time it’s tuned on we woke up. Sheets, chairs and even covers on the floor light have stains. Mirror was dirty, floor as well. Pool wasn’t working, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website before we booked the room. And…!!!!!! We have bed bugs bites on us! It’s disgusting!!!

From the outside, the place looks decent. Upon entering, the lobby is bare and not inviting. The room was dirty. That was my biggest complaint. The was an old room card on the floor by the door and a broken finger from a latex glove. There was pet hair on the floor and bedding. We asked for a pet room, but it wasn't adequately cleaned from the last use. There was old food in the refrigerator and the toilet seat looked like it had stuff on it. Breakfast was adequate. Just seemed like the place needed more care and management. They didn't end up charging us the pet fee. Not sure why, but I didn't complain.

The pictures in the ad for this place is at the least false advertising. Those pictures must be from at least 25 or 30 years ago. This is the dirtiest worn out facility I have ever encountered. The window in the room has a very low cell, and there was no screen in the window, making it possible for a pet for any child to fall out the window from the second floor. I check every room I ever stay in for bedbugs and in the process found that the mattress was well past its lifespan being at least 40% covered with filthy brown stains and what could only be described Cheeto dust. The carpets in the hallways, and on the stairs leading to the room were filthy, stained and smelly, and the room was no better. The air conditioner looked as if it might fall out of the wall at any moment, and there were bits and pieces of wrappers all around the nightstand on the floor.

I paid over $200 for two nights and this hotel was awful. My room was absolutely filthy. FILTHY. I also felt really unsafe. I left immediately and went to another hotel. Don’t stay here.

Extremely disappointing. The cleanliness is nonexistent, there are bad odors, the air conditioning is noisy and doesn’t work properly. There were insects inside the room and even on the bed. I feel like I wasted my money. I definitely do not recommend this place

Both rooms were dirty!!! And as we were checking in someone had notified us that there could possibly be drug paraphernalia in each room has a lot of meth addicts have been using that hotel because the hotel across the street closed down. The place was very dirty.

Property is noisy being right next to the main highway. Luckily, the air conditioner is noisy enough to drown out the highway noise. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is so noisy and inefficient that is takes forever to cool the room off, then a long time to fall asleep because you have to get used to the air conditioner noise.

To get on through the back door from the parking you have to press the two white wires together. Then my room key worked great but the door itself did not want to open. I had to get assistance and the front desk guy almost had to kick in the door. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. The door frame looked chewed by a dog. The outlet by the sink didn't work which meant the hair dryer that is attached to the wall didn't work.

The staff was great but the condition of the facility is in desperate need of repair and updating. The heat and air did not work in my room. The bathtub was cracked and leaking there were no available outlets to charge my devices

We drove 9 hours and just wanted a good rest. Perce (I think that is his name) checked us in and was very helpful with a few small details. We got about a half hour of pool time then just down the road for dinner at Cracker Barrel. Room is clean, meal was good and we are tucked in ready for a decent nights rest. Under $100. AC is loud, but appreciated.

Computers were down, i get it, it happens. Check in went good anyway. Wifi was down. The room STUNK bad. The beds were hard. The shower drain was slow, so we stood in water while showering. The fixutres are old andnout dated. The metal peice where rhe deadbolt goes into,on the door frame was barely hangin.the screws where loose. I didnt feel secure when shutting and locking the door. The breakfast was sad. No cold cereal, only hot cereal, no orange juice, the toaster didnt work. Some of the guests at the hotel that stayed there were a little sketchy. Although my youngest kid enjoyed the outdoor pool. This was the first time ever stayed here, i booked these rooms to save some money and I don't feel it was worth it. I wont be staying at this hotel again. 😒

OK, quiet and clean but old and in need of repair. Practically had to crash in the door to get into my room because the lock was messed up. Tub had no stopper and was cracked. Breakfast was adequate but limited.

Our stay is okay friendly staff but our door doesn’t open right away you have to force it.

Shower handle was broken, radiator cover off, table broken, and no breakfast--coffee only.

The room was nice and the people were very nice. Our Check In Manager in the evening was very nice and helpful when the room keys did not work. I stayed for three days and the Internet was out for all of the days. Cellular service was very bad within the room, but as soon as you walked out side it worked perfect. I was able fix the bathroom door so it closed and tighten the toilet seat so it did not slide on me. Overall I feel I left it better then I found it and slept well each night I was there. The view was over another hotel across the street so not a good view.

The lady at check it was great! The first room, lights and fan didn’t work in the restroom, the second room, the toilet was broken, and room needed painted, the window was stuck open, and third and final room, (only for one night) the flap in the toilet did not auto close. The rooms are in rough shape, not what it was 4 years ago for sure. This will be my last time staying here.

Staff was awesome……room clean

Our check in went smoothly, I asked for a roll-out bed for my children, and the front desk attendant had no idea where they had put their beds, and informed me that her boss lady was also unaware of where their roll-outs may be. I didn't think that was very professional, and it didn't make the hotel seem like it was well organized and put together. Add to the fact one of the biggest reasons we chose the Econo Lodge was for the hot tub/spa area, and nowhere on the site or on Expedia did it say that their spa was out of service, after we arrived we saw the spa room shut down and full of tvs and lamps. The overnight gal was also curt and rude. During our stay, we found out we had a leak from the bathroom into the main room. A maintenance guy for the building came in, and was there for maybe about 5 minutes and just said it was leftover water under the floorboards from a previous leak in the bathroom. He didn't take much time to take a look and see it was coming from the bathroom and not leftover water that wasn't properly cleaned out. We were offered to switch rooms so we agreed, and after he left we never heard anything from anybody for the rest of the night. In the morning, when we went to checkout, we found out that we were moved into a different room on the computer but nobody came by to let us know or give us the new keys. I found the whole stay to be a bit of a headache, and honestly I wouldn't ever get a room there again; if I do it's literally only because of the prices.

The employees at this hotel make this place excellent. They are always smiling and willing to help assist people that are staying here. I also appreciate the employees letting me keep up on my room.

Clean rooms, nice lobby, helpful staff!

The front desk lady was rude and the other 2 travelers got checked in and kicked out 5 mins later.

Although this property is starting to show its age, and was certainly not a 5-star facility, it served our purpose well, as we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Staff were incredibly kind and friendly and allowed us to check-in an hour earlier, no questions asked.

Was readily apparently that some front desk staff were in training. While my experience was relatively flawless the same could not be said for other guests that day. Such kinks should be worked out shortly but do impact perception.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and they made sure to ask her name and made sure they gave her pets and praised her. We will definitely be back!!!!

The front desk person was very friendly and efficient--once I found her. I was left waiting and calling for about 10 minutes. With kids, that's a long time. I had booked this hotel because the Expedia listing said a baby crib/pack n' play would be available, but the front desk person said she'd been working here 6 months and had never seen one. She gave us a roll-away bed instead and we made it work, but it was not ideal.

My sons, 15 and 8, and I just needed a place to stay for the night because we were on the road so I did just need the bare minimum, which I got. Staff was very unprofessional and not friendly upon arrival. To be fair they were preoccupied with the police activity across the street and the cars pulling into the hotel lot. I could smell smoke coming out of rooms and hear dogs in rooms. I do think some of the guests were permanent or semi-permanent. There were weird stains on the lampshade and bathtub. Our remote didn’t work. Beds were just fine and we slept. Win! Nobody was managing or keeping breakfast items clean and stocked. Sketchy people all around. Felt a little nervous with just ke and my boys.

The location was good, needs updates but overall good for the price

The staff at the front desk was very nice. Clean. Next to the freeway so a little noisy, but not bad. had a fire alarm that keep beeping.

Forgot they legalized weed in Mt. Cops arrived to pull over pizaa guy dielivering to the guys smoking in the parking lot. Random drunk kept ealking into rooms if the doors were ajar. Never again.

Overall. We traveled late. Allow late checkin and end of day it was a comfortable bed to lay down in. Low quality. Pool was covered and hot tub broken. It was fine though because we checked out early and left. Breakfast was 2 choices of cold cereal and fresh waffles. Also had loaf of bread with bread or peanut butter. Not much for breakfast. Coffee and apple juice and orange juice.

The room was clean. The hallways and staircases were dirty. For breakfast orange and apple juice, coffee and waffles that was it. I was told they may discontinue breakfast soon.

Check-in went well, the room had very few lights that worked, room was very hot and heater could not be adjusted. When we had breakfast there was no coffee and they refused to make more. It was not even 7:00 and breakfast goes till 9:00. I was thinking about staying another night, but will find a different place.

We dont like the breakfast

Very noise! People going in and out all night,smell of pot very strong near front rooms...STAFF ARGUING IN EVENING....breakfast very lacking(choices were instant oatmeal or bread) asked for water told had to buy.....morning staff not at all welcoming, when asked when rest of breakfast was coming out, told thats it and walked away....DEFINITELY NOT LIKE PICTURES ON WEB SITE

Floor in the room was so sticky and dirty, we left our shoes on. After requesting the floor be cleaned twice over the length of tge day, we cleaned the floor ourselves with shampoo and a face cloth. Breakfast was not served for the 3 days we were there. The coffee machine never even worked for the breakfast area. Contrary to the pics online, the pool is outside, and the hot tub is no longer in service. Unless you need a shower, id suggest you saving the $160 and sleep in your vehicle, just shower at a truck stop and grab breakfast after. The best part of the room, the TV worked. One of the worst experiences ive had in my travels for 20yrs. It dont matter if a hotel/motel is old, it should be atleast clean. This room, was far from it. There should be some financial compensation for ammenities listed in description, but out of service….like breakfast, pool, etc. Having to go out for breakfast and coffee cost us an extra $40/day….then….no pool for entertainment/relaxing. My stay in 1 word, Terrible. Travelling for 20 years. I am not fussy if a property is old, but it should be atleast clean. Stay elsewhere people.

The room was clean and quiet, The down side is that the breakfast is minimal at best. There was bread for toast and coffee but no milk for cereal and the juice machine was not on at 6:20 am. Other than the lack of breakfast, the stay was good for the price. The access to the motel is good as it is easy access off the main roads. I would stay at this motel again.

Evening desk clerk was great. Facility was dated. Bed was clean and comfy, No toilet paper, no towels, no tissues, but all supplied on request. Carpet & toilet could have been cleaner. Breakfast was bread , bagels & cereal.
