When checking in, room key didn’t work. Room door lock didn’t have battery to open door. Then second room that front desk gave, had no AC that was working. Hallways was hot going into room. Room was dirty and a blue rag was on chair. Carpet room was dirty and soil. Will not stay.

Hotel is in really rough shape We were room 135 and the bathroom door didn’t even have a latch on it, the shower leaked water all over the floor, there’s was dry paint and plaster stuck to the carpet, the metal plate veteeen the carpet and tile floor to the bathroom wasn’t even screwed down, was an absolute tripping hazard. The east side door to the property doesn’t latch, so the building isn’t secure at all. The hallways stink like marijuana. Stayed here about then years ago and extremely disappointed to see how it’s gone down hill

Overall facility needs to be remodeled. Furnishings and decor show signs of heavy use and abuse. Person checking out before me reported bed bugs in the room and showed signs of bed bug bites.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke so we moved rooms. The next room was in terrible condition. Filthy floor, stuff splattered up the wall, shower dripped all night, 1 towel for 3 people, no TV remote. Went to the front desk to get a remote and the person working had a visitor there who was visibly carrying a gun and was smoking inside the lobby. Back door was propped open all night.

At 1:30 am, someone was aggressively trying to break into our room. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room was not hooked up. My 16 year old daughter scared the intruder off by opening the door swiftly and slamming it shut. The intruder was heard running toward the front desk. The outside door to the building had been vandalized so the latch didn't work. Anyone could enter the building. When I finally got the phone hooked up, the attendant came immediately and apologized, but didn't seem that surprised. She moved us to another room in the middle of the night as our first room latch was damaged. The only thing that kept the intruder out was the deadbolt. Pictures were taken of the outside door latch and our room door damage. We were not offered a refund or discount. The morning attendant seemed surprised when we told him what happened and then later in the conversation, he said they had made a police report. It was bad enough to be terrorized in the middle of the night, but to be lied to in the morning was just rude. We will never stay at a Sleep Inn again! Beware!

key system failed and I was locked out of my room for an hour while the maintenance guy was located. He had the ONLY universal key to open guest doors for the property, which he kept with him OFF SITE! I am calling the fire marshal.

Hotel needs a serious reno. Room was in VERY poor shape...carpet dirty, stains on bedding, dirt/dings on walls, door jam chipped and warped, curtains had water marks on bottom. Would not stay there again. Hallway carpet gross.

Rooms were not clean, and sheets looked dirty. Went down to desk and they were nice and came and put new sheets on bed and offered to vacuum. Shower leaked, they said new doors were put on that didn't seal. Had to use lots of towels to clean up water

We checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. The room smelled musty and dirty. The toilet is round, but the seat was oval. The walls looked like someone peed on the wall and the bathroom was just dirty and smelled. There was also no where for my husband and I to plug in our medical devices or a place to put them.

Damages everywhere, security lax, actually saw what appears to be blood on the wall. Was checked into a room that was unclean and smelled so strongly of mold we had to request to be moved to another room. Would not recommend.

The staff should have Vision Care added to their health plan to help them see the many dirty spots they missed. This is a far cry from Sleep inns I have stayed at in Tacoma, Dallas and Chicago, but sadly it is not uncommon for Billings hotels to be like this and you are best to increase your budget to get cleanliness. It was clear the room had not been vacuumed in weeks. The toilet and shower also had clearly not been cleaned in some time. If it was not so late and we were not so tired, we would have prompltly found another hotel. As always, sleep inns have comfortable beds and clean sheets.

We had stayed there is the past, which is why I booked our stay, but was very disappointed this time. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were false eyelashes stuck to the shower wall, mold in the walls and just plain dirty. We were there for 3 days and not once was the room cleaned or offered to be cleaned.

While en route to the hotel I booked a room with 1 queen bed. I showed the guy at the front desk my reservation and he said they are out of rooms with 1 queen and tried charging me for a double. When I got to my room it was about 85 degrees inside and it finally cooled off when I checked out 10 hours later.

This property was easy to find and the staff was nice. The hotel did not have a refrigerator, microwave, had cracks in the ceiling and floor, and the bathroom was SMALL! I would not pay to stay at this hotel and would recommend paying more to stay somewhere a little nicer.

This is a great place for an overnight. Walls are thin and if you have long hair, the blow dryer will take you an hour and a half beds were amazingly comfortable. Unfortunately there was no cable for our TV and when I asked the front desk person they didn’t have any replacements so we had no TV to watch. I’m assuming this is not typical.

There were no towels or wash rags in the room. The motel was out of hand soap. The tv had to be programmed EVERY time you turned it off and also randomly as you searched for channels. The toilet paper holder was just hanging on one screw. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and got us towels and dug around and found ONE bar of soap. She was also very frustrated with how the new TVs were workng

The double room was tiny and had small beds. No room in the bathroom with many issues from lights burnt out to handle on bathroom door broke. Dirty bed spreads, carpet, and overall a very run-down building. Price was a little more than others but definitely not worth it. I will not be back.

Room given was not cleaned yet. Got another room. Internet didn’t work. Front desk didn’t know what to do, just said internet always a problem. No toilet paper in room. Told front desk who said they would be right up. 1 1/2 hours later no show, so I went to housekeeping and got it myself. Next morning for breakfast, coffee machine didn’t work. But at least they had no problem with my prepayment.

The stay was fine. Water pressure in the sink was low, fine in the shower. One of the three lightbulbs was burned out over the vanity, another was flickering and the last was fine. The highway was nearby so we expected some noise from that. It was windy and that made a little extra noise with the window heater/cooler (can't be helped). Good location to get to most things we wanted to get to.

the room i booked and paid for in advance was not available upon arrival, they said they only had a room with two double beds and no queen beds. i paid for a room with a queen bed. the manager was rude and treated me like it was my fault and i was a problem she didn't want to deal with. we we're very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff.

The front desk clerk was very helpful. I had accidentally had made my reservation for the wrong date. She took the time to make sure I had a room anyways at the same price. It was late so I really appreciated her.

The hôtel was overbooked… Not the fault of the hôtel Théy had rooms available but not 2 beds as I requested , so they offered me to cancel or either to book 2 single room (for the Price of two rooms) which is very différent fromage what i booked at 1:00 am with my kids outside that was quite shocking and i had no chance of booking elsewhere because it was after 00:00

The room was very comfortable. The building was clean and looked well maintained. They were understaffed on the morning. The person manning the front desk was also running the kitchen. The were out of eggs and oatmeal when we ate. What we had was good.

We expected better for Sleep Inn. First room they gave us smelled so bad that we asked for another. Second room was better although it still smelled like smoke/pet that they were trying to hide. We had to go get bar soaps, outside screen was slashed, pillows need to be replaced, so ugly although they were comfortable. Bathroom is very small, and shower leaked through glass door a lot. Sink faucet was very outdated, and positioned so weird that it wasn’t comfortable washing our faces. Breakfast was good though and staff was friendly

The staff when checking in was kind. But our room stunk. Our pillows and blankets had stains on them. Our room did not have towels. There was a lip gloss kiss on the wall by the mirror. The breakfast was horrible. There was only one lady working the front desk and breakfast. She told me that she has never made gravy again in her life. So it was just water in the crockpot. I asked her what you were supposed to put gravy on and she said the biscuits I did not put out. So the only thing they provided for breakfast was waffles. It was not a good experience at all.
