This was the first time staying in an Avid. Our room was very clean. The work out room was clean and the equipment was in good condition. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet hotel. Not sure how old the property is, but it seems like new to me. Bed was comfortable and the room was decent size. We didn’t hear a thing in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good spread for breakfast. We have 2 small dogs, so I’m glad they accept pets. There is a $50 charge. They had poop bags and a doggy dumpster available. There’s nice grass all around the property. I didn’t see any dog poop anywhere and we walked all over several times during our stay. There are restaurants right next to the hotel - walk across the parking lot. It’s actually not a far drive to shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay there again.

First off, through no fault of the amazing staff the rooms here are in no way sound proof! You could hear conversatioms through the walls, and the people upstairs walking and rolling in the office chair. It is defintley pet friendly and you can hear pets in other rooms. Our pet was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us in every aspect of our stay. They stored our frozen foods in the freezer because we didnt expect not to have one. They also gave us earplugs for the noise. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole property was very clean. Not sure we would stay again as the rooms are small for a large family but I'd want to go visit and remind all of their staff of how amazing they all are!

The hotel was not ready to be open. The tvs didn't work, ice machine didn't work, room was not cleaned (beds unmade and obviously slept in; dirty towels on floor; and poop left in the toilet). Thankfully front desk was understanding and gave a refund so we could find another hotel for the night.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. When you walk the atmosphere is modern, cozy, and cute. By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the simplicity of the rooms was great. My only complaint was how thin the walls are. We could hear any movement that occurred in the rooms next to and especially above us.

Super clean, quiet and fresh hotel! The staff greeted us and were always friendly. The standard king room wasn’t very large for two people, but the restroom was a perfect size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and they had an easy set up! This hotel was perfect for a road trip night stay.

Every thing was great. Although the night crew on check were very rude and not willing to explain anything on the booking with the (3rd party) as they said and Charged me for a night that they had the money for already, but didn’t look into I had to text Expedia for them to fix the situation.

Avid has been my go-to hotel since it opened. I booked and paid for my room online, but when I checked in, I was charged a second full room rate instead of just the card hold for incidentals. I didn’t notice until the next day. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told the manager would call me Monday. By Wednesday, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called and asked to speak directly with the manager. I was given the runaround multiple times before finally reaching Sydney (manager), who blamed the issue on a “new system.” This excuse was not accurate, as the same thing happened to me four months ago. On top of that, the included breakfast was very disappointing. It’s advertised until 10am, but when I went down at 9:35, everything was picked over. When I asked about it, the staff member was rude and simply told me, “You should have come down earlier,” without offering any alternative or accommodation. Between the double charge, unhelpful staff, and poor service at breakfast, this was a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was no room ready for us even though we arrived at 8 pm. The desk clerk said we would have to come back later. Luckily a maod that was just leaving said she would get a room ready. The desk clerk did not seem to care.

We had to change rooms because of small screaming kids in room directly above us. The woman behind the desk could not have been nicer and we were set up in 5 min flat. Great customer service! Her name was Emily-5 Star!

Only compliant would be that it would have been helpful if the staff gave us a tutorial on the facilities (ie: ice is only in lobby, coffee available 24/7, breakfast schedule). Two restaurants within walking distance and a gas station and not much else. Overall, I would stay here again. It was a great price compared to the hotels in Billings, including the ones right next door.

We have stayed here twice recently. It’s a new hotel on the far west end. It’s very nice - grab and go type Breakfast which suits us well - fresh fruit, bagels, muffin, cereal - simple but good. They also have good coffee. That’s rare for a hotel! Last trip we had kids and the enjoyed the pool.

Front desk staff was great but other staff was less than friendly. The elevator floor was dirty the whole time we were there with muddy footprints. Some hot Breakfast food ran out before 7:30am and we were told that there wouldn’t be another shipment for a few days. Poor planning and ordering for a summer vacation season

During my extensive travels, I have had the pleasure of staying at several exceptional hotels, but none have surpassed this one in cleanliness . The hotel consistently met and exceeded its standards of cleanliness, both within the rooms and throughout the entire establishment. The rooms were creatively updated and provided exceptional comfort. The hotel’s prime location is noteworthy, as it is conveniently situated near a plethora of excellent restaurants and conveniently close to the highway. Additionally, I have never encountered a hotel that offers a freshly brewed cup of coffee anytime you want along with other warm drinks.

Ryan who checked us in was so nice and very helpful. The rooms are nice, the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, but that was our only complaint. I loved this hotel.
