Fairfield Inn & Suites Billings

When I booked the room there was no indication they were remodeling the hotel. The photos appear that it is updated. After we checked in, they told us the elevators were not working due to remodeling. I had elderly ladies with me that have problems using stairs and walking. If I would have known this I never would have booked this hotel. We returned from dinner and decided to park near the entrance closest to the stairs so the ladies didn’t have to walk as far. The entrance lock was broken, with a note that said due to remodeling the key card would not open the door, we had to walk even further due to this. Once to our room, the television was broken. Rooms were updated, but the bathtub was still worn and gross…. Breakfast attendant was nice, small but typical hotel breakfast. Outside of the building and things just aren’t as nice as other hotels, their remodel appears as they just put lipstick on a pig.

The room was clean and noise was minimal. Breakfast food was good it was hot and different varieties.

Great, clean rooms, helpful staff, overall a great experience.
