SpringHill Suites by Marriott Billings

Convenient west end location, evening staff were friendly. However.... elevator made very loud metal on metal screeching sound when closing, small dark closets are not a good place for suitcases, couch had many white stains, faucet/sink combination poorly designed, stained white towels, and though we requested housekeeping services every other day via the Marriott online app, they never came and front desk said they knew nothing about it.

Very comfortable spacious clean rooms… Great breakfast… Friendly helpful staff… The only complaint was the hot tub was not hot it was barely warm and there was no towels in the pool area

Close to main shopping areas, pool to ourselves, and walking distance to three restaurants for lunch or dinner options. Multiple breakfast options are only a short distance away.

Beds are on the firm side, great breakfast & daughter enjoyed the pool. The only issue we had was noisy neighbors and street noise. 2nd night I had to call down at 1 am and ask that they call the rm next to us and ask them to quiet down and stop the kids from jumping on the beds & hitting the wall. Not sure if they actually called because the noise didn’t stop till the kids passed out & then the adults continued to talk loud. I think having a quiet time policy that’s enforced would help!

It was 104 out and no air con. Called front desk, maint. responded. no ac in over 20 rooms! New units on order. The rub was no mention at check-in, no sorry, no offer of compensation. Young lady at front desk said that she would leave a note for the manager. This property is a complete failure and an embarrassment for your brand. It was an absolute waste of time and money. I will never recomend this motel.

We decided to stay at the Springhill because it was conveniently located right next to our dinner spot, Texas Roadhouse! First of all, it feels fresh and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and I liked the coffee bar. The room was nice and quiet, didn’t hear a peep all night! I liked how large the room was, with a TV that could be turned away from the “living room” as my baby was sleeping in there. The hot tub was nice and hot and the jets were very powerful! However, there were so parts of the Springhill that I didn’t enjoy. They only had one crib in the whole place and it was already being used that night, I think having two makes more sense, but that might be a personal opinion. Next, we were excited to use the pool, but it was quite literally freezing! There was no way we could get in it let alone take our baby in, the pool area was also creepily dark. After that disappointment we went to our room for a nice hot shower, no HOT WATER! Front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do. In the morning I went to make a warm bowl of oatmeal at the breakfast area, no microwave! They had hot water, but I like milk. Overall, our stay had pros and cons and I tried to include some good points so I don’t come off to Karenish. We will not stay here again as I think there are better options nearby at the same price point or less.

First room given wasnt cleaned. Second room was, but tub is cracked & stained and looks dirty, even though it isnt. Room size is nice for family of 4. Beds super hard, so thats awful. Hips and back killing us after one night of sleep.

The hotel was at capacity and yet it was quiet and clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were very nice and were very helpful. The view was nice on the 4th floor and the room was in a good spot. The only complaints I have are: -The pull out bed under the couch sheets had stains and were dirty. -The there is little to no noise reduction. You can hear everything from the neighboring room to the cars on the highway. -This is a small complaint, but the TV is in a really bad spot. If it was on a mount so it could swivel to watch on the couch or bed it would have been great, but it is in the middle of the room. It is just in a bad spot. Overall the stay wasn't too bad!

Very nice property in general but the person that made up our room prior to arriving was lacking. There was 1/4” of toilet paper left on the roll with no replacement rolls. A used towel was still on the back of the bathroom door. And there was no hair dryer in the unit. Mentioned it to the desk clerk upon checking out and she shrugged it off but did apologize. Did not offer to mention it to anyone.

Check in was quick and front desk was super helpfull. Very clean on the grounds and in the room.

The ONLY reason I chose this location was the possibility of being able to have high speed internet so I could work uploading files for work. The front desk rep was terrible, looked like he’d been doing something inappropriate in the back room when he finally came out after a long wait. Later he was less than helpful with my needs. A major waste of time. Wish I’d gone somewhere else.

The layout of the room was really amazing--made it seem bigger than it was. Beds fairly comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Just an excellent experience from every employee, from the night clerk , the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff. Would recommend!

Breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, oatmeal & toppings, and a fruit offering. The staff was super sweet!

This springhill suites was clean. The check in was easy, the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Great hotel to stay in when in Billings. About a 10 minute ride to downtown.

The property is easily accessible and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Right across the parking lot you have a restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel is just OK.

The breakfast was good and a nice variety. The concern I had was how prepared the service was each morning for the guests. Breakfast would be even better if the napkins and silverware were well stocked.

Customer service was great! The rooms are big and feel more like a suite. Breakfast was better than most places. Lots of options.

We try to stay here each time we are in Billings. Nice continental breakfast, good location, consistent with all good things they do.

It was overall good. Breakfast bar ran out of things early & were not replaced. Some of the front desk were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Kenny was over the top…GREAT!!!
