The hotel was fine because we were on the first floor but I wouldn’t have wanted to carry all of our luggage to the second floor. (No elevator) The bathroom was a closet and the beds were right up against the wall. It was very clean though.

The parking was perfect, close to rooms. Great breakfast, such friendly staff. The cleaning folks were outstanding. I have stayed there 4 years running and never had any issues. I very highly recommend this place to stay. AWESOME!!

I underestimated this place because of the carpet but the room was spotless, first time ever I didn’t see hair on the beds nor bathroom, I like to walk barefoot and carpet was very clean as well, I would recommend this amenity with closed eyes plus is so quiet, I didn’t heard any noise at all, love it.

Very clean, efficient hotel. Rooms are on the small size but nice. Breakfast was typical waffles, pancakes, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Nothing fancy but fills you up.

Very nice and clean place. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower great. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, plus much more. Quiet. Only thing I wasn’t empressed with was the wifi, it was really slow and I had to sign on multiple times.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. The room was pretty small from other rooms i've stayed in. No big deal tho. The property was clean, however, it is showing a little bit of it's age. Good continental breakfast in the morning. Convenient to everything in Bryson City.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had the same options every morning. Room was clean but immediately had a musky smell when we walked in. Beds were very uncomfortable; very firm. My friend and I both had back pain from the beds. Bryson city is a nice little town. You can walk from this hotel to all the town as to offer.

Lindsay at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions of things to do. Beds were comfortable and a/c was nice and cold. The only problem we had was the internet service. Could barely connect. Other than that , definitely recommend. Loved Bryson City !

The property is close to downtown Bryson city so it is convenient. It is kind of dated but comfortable. Rooms are kind of small and the bathroom is tiny but functional. Breakfast was good. George the front desk person who checked us in was funny and welcoming. Overall a good stay.

Check in was easy and the clerk at the desk was super friendly and genuine. The room itself was fine. Breakfast was served until 930 - we were sitting eating and at 9:28am the breakfast attendant snaps at us that if we “want anything else we better get it ‘cause this closes at 9:30”. She then began aggressively spraying tables down, and in the process sprayed my back. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and told my family it’s Easter Sunday, she probably just wants to get home to her family. Sadly, not the case as the manager came in and asked her if she was good to stay until 12:30, and she happily replied yes. She has all the food gone, and drinks turned off by 9:32. Ive never seen someone work so fast. Unfortunately, she soured the experience for us, we are regulars to the Smokies, but it will be doubtful that we use this location as our base in Bryson City again.

The place was very clean, staff were pleasant and responsive. There were no elevators and the front desk offered help to get our bags to our room. They also gave treat bags to my granddaughters, who were riding the Polar Express. Would definitely stay again. Excellent experience!

Great staff, location and overall stay. Very safe feeling town. The only suggestion I would have is if the hotel could offer more in terms of snacks and drinks for purchase because the town itself does shut down fairly early. Great time and we will stay again next year.

Nice, clean, newer rooms. Check in clerk was throughout and friendly. Only drawback was no elevator to second floor. Not quite walking distance to downtown Bryson City but only a three minute drive and parking is easy enough.

The property was clean, quiet and just a short distance from the shops, restaurants and train station. The only thing that I would not have liked is a second floor room as there is no elevator. We did have a room on the first floor, though. The employees were excellent in their service and friendliness!

Very nice budget hotel that is well maintained and clean. Stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. All of the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to Bryson City.

The room met all the requirements for a good nights rest. It was on the small size as was the bathroom. But since all i needed was a place to sleep, it was perfect. The breakfast was skimpy lacking in choices of food items. There is room for improvement.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and suggested a wonderful restaurant when we asked him for a suggestion. The hotel breakfast was more than expected, pancakes,waffles, etc. and the lady overseeing the area was in it! The stay was excellent and we will be back!
