So we all know that hotels cut corners when cleaning to help minimize cost etc. However, when it comes to germs etc. no one need to play around after Covid. I checked into my room and there was a dirty comforter set on the bed. What seemed like feces. I was immediately disgusted. But I gave grace and asked for another room. So they can have a chance to correct their mistakes. But upon entering into the second room, smh. Omg! The smoke detector was hanging out the wall. The a/c was broken, and the water was rusted when pouring. Seemed like they downgraded me in terms of the quality of the room?! Then I found smudges of what seemed like blood AGAIN on the comforter set!!! I was too tired to complain, so I waited upon checking out to say something. Seems as though no one is cleaning the comforter sets in these rooms! This is the short cut I was referring to in the hotel industry. I see why I only did 4/5 star hotels. There is a clear difference! This is what I get for being CHEAP! Never again. OH AND THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST, ONLY COFFEE. Thank u to the lady at the front desk. She tried to help me but I want a partial REFUND. I’ve spent too much money to be sleeping on dirty linen.

The room was clean and air conditioning worked well, bathroom was clean. When I arrived there was no WiFi available as they were doing maintenance which I was not very fond of because I needed the WiFi for work and I was not able to check for over an hour because there was no internet. To make things worse the power went out in the whole hotel for 6 hours.

At first glance everything smelled and appeared good, until we unpacked and there were roach coming from the drawers and bathroom vents and then when some water spilled and when we wiped the floor it turned the rag black with fifth. The vending machine ate my $5 and front desk gave us the ohh well answer, we came back from work and the power was out, day one the wifi was down so not even the tv worked. So over all this property is a 2.5 tops and we have to wash all our clothes and we were threw our bagge away in fear of roaches or eggs getting into the luggag. Stay at your own risk and the app doesnt seem to care so after this ill be looking for a new app unless Hotels reimburses my stay.

I have stayed at Main Suites Raleigh-Cary several times over the past four years. It is a solid, affordable and well-located property if you are in the Triangle area. The property may have been upgraded recently and I was pleased with everything overall. It is not perfect but I'm not going to nitpick a 3-star hotel! Front desk staff and manager were pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Whoever cleansed this room needs to be fired the side of the bedding skirt, the comforter on the bed the walls and the smell of the room was awful. The only thing that was clean was the bathroom.
