Went down at 9 to get breakfast that was supposed to be over at 930. Looked like it had never even been put out. Completely clean and empty. Booked the hotel for the pool and hot tub and both were out of comission. Look like a swamp.

My husband and I stayed one night, our room had mold in it. And it was not a good smell also.

Checking in was easy, but the price was probably the first red flag. I have always loved Wyndham and have had great experiences with the brand, so it was especially disappointing to see this property associated with Wyndham. The clerk did not even tell us our room number; it was simply written on the key card. We were given no directions and had to find the room ourselves. The room was not clean, the hallways had peeling paint, and a conference room was packed with old chairs, bed frames, and other items that appeared to be a serious fire/safety hazard. The room had several basic issues. The coffee machine did not work, there was no TV channel guide, and two lights could not be turned off. The bright lights reflected off the mirrors and made it difficult to sleep. I was traveling with my mother, yet there were no extra toiletries available. Thankfully, we brought our own. Breakfast was extremely meager, and basic courtesy was not enforced. We watched a guest fill an entire bowl with muffins and leave, leaving none for others. The worst issue was the cleanliness of the beds. Lifting the sheets revealed a condition that was absolutely disgusting and made me question the property's overall cleanliness standards. We only stayed one night, but there were simply too many problems to overlook. I have had positive experiences with Wyndham elsewhere, but unfortunately, I would never stay at this property again. Management needs to address the many concerns.

1. Approach - No sign on the building but the map directions took me there. 2. Walking in - One of the doors is broken and will not close. The furniture in lobby is raggedy and the carpet is filthy. 3. Walk past the lobby - Starts the funky smell. Carpet is filthy and wrinkled. 4. Walk in the room - Long uneven table in the back and the A/C unit is underneath. Had to get on a knee to reach the controls. TV was in the back corner of the room. Drawers missing handles won't close all the way. Fruit flies everywhere! Then saw baby roaches getting up to use the bathroom. No hot water, just lukewarm. 5. Side door where car is parked - Smelled like a landfill. Trash overflowing can and all over the ground. People that clearly lacked personal hygiene and wealth hanging out by the door. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me $100.
