Property appears to be an in process update. Clean and great mattresses and pillows. I was expecting a coffee pot in the room and an open pool and a free continental breakfast. I was charged $5 per “bag” for a small muffin, yogurt and orange. I hope that Wyndham has future plans of changing these issues. Also being summer without a pool, the guests should be informed before booking.

Friendly staff. Convenient to places I needed to go. Good continental breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. Hotel is close to highway and busy intersection so there is lots of road noise…which doesn’t bother me but may bother others.

I should have known better as soon as I pulled up and saw you had to check in through a no contact window like you see at gas stations in bad neighborhoods. You have no access to the so called amenities, and by the clientele I saw within 30 minutes, I understand why. The guy standing outside the main office started to get closer and closer to me as I pulled my wallet out, and I got the same feeling I did in a similar situation where the gas station worker had to chase them out with a shotgun before calling the cops to keep them away. I’ve stayed at some questionable places, but this rivals the one where I could still see the shoe print from the door being kicked in and felt like I had to shower in the dark. I thought it was funny my room reeked of weed as much as it did at first (you do you), but then when I went to get my dog from a friend’s house, I saw people talking to themselves, a woman walking aimlessly through the parking lot leading her boyfriend who was holding onto her hair, and a few others who just made you feel like you need to watch your back and hope your dog scares them away. Staff didn’t even question me when I called back to cancel. Don’t travel here, and if you have to, don’t do it alone…or without some means to defend yourself. At least the hospital is across the street?

Completed online checkin but needed to do it all over again at the desk. Property outside area is rundown and building in general is old. Rooms have some renovation. Much nicer hotels in the area for a similar price.

Pool was closed and no coffee pots in the room. Beds are clean and comfortable. No continental breakfast unless a $5 bag of a small muffin and yogurt and a old looking orange constitutes a free continental breakfast 😉

The front desk check in area and staff were very nice. The room however was horrible. The sheets were damp either from washing or humidity, not sure. The bathroom was tiny, very dingy, and nothing like the pictures online of the room. Lighting was minimal and dim. Humidity just hung in the room no matter what making everything just feel damp and gross. Made the mistake of taking my shoes off and the floor was sticky. Slept with the light on because I had seen a bug or two. Should have left and got somewhere else to stay but it was late.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and sweet and she tried to help me - the first room I was put in was suppose to be non smoking and it smelled like stall cigarettes plus I killed two huge cockroaches - the second one crawled away behind a permanent picture frame - I went immediately to the office and was placed into another room which was a bigger room didn’t have a strong cigarette smell but baby roaches were in the tub and scattered when I turned on the water . I get that it’s summer time and bugs are inevitable but clearly this hotel has an infestation- I woke up this morning and had several tiny bites on the back of my thighs- just very disappointed and will not be coming back to this hotel .

Not worth the price. Beds had worn out mattresses. The shower tub was one big plastic mold(to include the wall) that was worn and stained. The fridge was either broken, unplugged or turned to the very lowest setting because it was full on mold. The smell almost made me gag when i opened it, thinking i would cool a couple of drinks for later. Dont know wkere it came frim but all of a sudden there was a cockroach crawling across my bed, luckily no bed bugs. And this was a queen room.

We spent two nights at this hotel for Dreamville. The first night was good, except the bathroom seemed dirty. Then, the second night was horrible. I saw two huge cockroaches, one of which fell on me when I was getting ready for bed. I didn’t realize that there were many reviews for the same issue. This was very disgusting; I’m very traumatized.

Bear in mind this is a motel and the doors are on the outside of the building. There are NO pictures on Expedia of this and I found out when I looked up the building on google maps on my way there. Other than that, Raleigh is unbelievably expensive to stay overnight in hotels or motels so the price was not too bad but still overpriced which I’m sure is just due to being in Raleigh. Clean and reliable. Noisy after 1am since people were racing in the area and I heard people fighting nearby. Was okay and the staff were very friendly. Pillows and sheets were soft and clean.

Good location, lots around and quick access to downtown. Staff is kind. It didn’t seem like the hotel was super busy, which makes me question why we would be placed in a room with a direct neighbor next door. Unfortunately there is little to no sound barrier between adjacent rooms. Our next door neighbor’s television volume was loud enough to be able to hear what they were watching. Additionally, they left for the afternoon & forgot to turn off their alarm clock. Had to call the front desk to ask them to send someone to turn it off-which they did relatively quickly. We ended up leaving the night before our check out. Having driven in from Asheville for the weekend, we just wanted to get back to the comforts of our home. For a quick, cheap trip to Raleigh this was a pretty agreeable choice. However, next time would probably elect to pay a bit more & stay downtown or in a hotel with more privacy between rooms.

I wasn't too impressed with this hotel. I choice it because of its rating on the room but the rooms need more improvements. I paid 150 dollars a night and spent less at other locations and had a better experience. It looks like the rooms have been renovated but there are still cracks in the walls. The outside looked really run down.

The "handicap" room was laid out very well, with easy access to everything needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the noise level okay, and the pillows not quite as awful as in most motels. Good job!

We booked a handicapped-accessible room so that we were ensured a first floor access. The room was very large, looked recently updated, had a fridge and micro, and was clean (not spotless but none of them are). The bed was comfortable, they are pet friendly, and it was convenient for the locations we needed to access. I would definitely stay again.

The morning staff was disrespectful had no professional at all. The rooms smelled like weed smoke . The floors were very dirty . We had a 7 day stay . There is a sign in the room that says they only give out towels and bath cloths every 3 days. Never been to a hotel that does that. O yes and let’s not forget about the prostitution that was going on , on the second floor. Was sitting in my car on a phone call when i notice guys was coming and going from the girls room above us Then she comes down after the second guy leaves and hands another guy some money and goes back up and here comes another guy in her room for no more than 10 mins. When I called corporate they said they could give me some points for my discomfort. No how about give me back some money. We only stayed because it was near where we needed to be . Never again. This is not a place for family to stay.

Check in was easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

The front desk associate was very rude when I tried to ask her simple questions. I’m a frequent guest at this hotel and she definitely rubbed me the wrong way last night. Our room seemed to have mold stains on the curtains but other than that everything was fine.

It was good for just a no frills hotel. Room was nice and clean. Bed was so so. Nice that they had a decent free continental breakfast. Employees there were nice and friendly. Price for room was very reasonable.

It’s just a place to stay. The bathtub was VERY STAINED AND THE SHEETS AS well. The refrigerator was falling apart. But it did work. This is motel not a hotel. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING and the front desk WAS THE BEST. It’s not a place to stay more than a night or two. Very safe area.
