My family stayed here over the weekend, the property in dire need of repairs and maintenence. The hot tub was broken. and had been for two months. The pool was condemned by Fargo cass public health. Unknowlegable staff still allowed people in.

Overall, this was a very good stay. The only downsides that we saw were that the pool and the first floor ice machine were out of order, and when we left for holiday events on Christmas Eve, housekeeping came into our room and replaced the towels (not a complaint), but when we returned our keys no longer worked to enter our room. Otherwise, this was a very clean and quiet hotel!

Do not go to the pool!!! It is disgusting!!! They never clean it so they put an overwhelming amount of chlorine that your eyeballs feel like burning and it gets worse if water gets in your eyes. The hot tub is so filthy, it's covered in foam... the foam forms from dead skin and chlorine!!!! So it doesn't get cleaned. The room was ok

The pool was shut down for the season when we arrived but then opened & we weren’t notified during our stay or we would have used it. The internet was horrible for working, thank goodness we have a hotspot. We thought the price was a little inflated for off season travel but the room was nice & the bed comfortable .

Comfortable bed. Clean pool area. Hot tub not working. They’re doing renos on the rooms and ours was freshly painted. Older furniture still and old doors as well, and they don’t close very well. But it was quiet and clean.

The room was spacious, nice size fridge, the bathroom tap was overly loose. No drane plugs; couldn't have a bath. we had gotten 3 tv remotes none worked. Our room was never cleaned. The hot tub was broken. The pool was closed for cleaning. On a weekend!!? Breakfast; waffles and yogurt was good. Not enough staff. Just an all over bad experience

The shower did not look cleaned as there was hair stuck where the grab bar should be in the shower. The grab bar is also missing in the shower. The wall above the mirror/light in the bathroom had what my Aunt thinks was toilet paper splattered in 3 spots. A dis advantage was the pool was closed due to being shut down by the department of health. Booked here so my daughter could go swimming. Staff at check in were extremely kind and helpful to get another blanket for the hideabed. We were just mostly unsatisfied with the overall cleanliness of the room and building.

Just stayed at this property. Specifially booked as a hot tub was advertised. Was broken when we arrived. Spitballs on bathroom walls. Blood on wall behind door. Extremely disappointed. Only good point was the very friendly and helpful front desk clerk.

The location was convenient to the mall. We arrived mid afternoon and no one was at the desk. We rang on the phone per the sign. The staff member sounded like we woke them from a slumber and said to hold a minute. 11 minutes later she arrived at the desk. The bed frames are metal and you feel like you're sleeping on a futon - metal clinking noises and all. The freezer/fridge was frozen solid and the door barely closed because of the amount of ice and frost build up. The room was otherwise spacious. The bathroom had someone's toe or finger nail clippings in the bathtub. There was a ring of mold/mildew around the sink where the counter and sink connect (under mount). There was a ball of hair behind the bathroom door. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were quite a few homeless people walking the street in front, even during the day. We would choose another hotel next visit.

We checked in to our hotel only to notice human crap on the floor of the bathroom. The front desk was not helpful and stated they were busy. Cleaning did come but we had to ask 3 more times since them missing spots. The walls were literally covered an inch of dust. Definitely won’t stay again.

Only issue was the water in bathroom smelled funny and there was gaps in the heater unit where I could see outside which I covered with towels provided to me it was -30’s out so it was cold in my room from those gaps . But was easily fixed on my end .. other than that very clean quiet cozy staff was nice .

Great space for our needs. We were traveling through and needed a place to rest our heads! Seeing there was an option with a pull out couch and 2 queen bed made it even more attractive as this allowed kids to have their own beds! Only complaint I have is there is too much furniture in the room when the couch is pulled out it is difficult to get past to the washroom. But for one night we certainly managed.

Needed a stop on the road trip and it did the job. Too tired to swim but the pool was open. Had access to vending machines which was super convenient for me. Breakfast was skipped as it was sugary choices. Staff were friendly. Didn’t like the area too much though but they can’t really help that. Might stay again due to the pricing and comfortable sleep. Beds were comfy and clean, bathroom was clean. Overall the room was clean I just felt like the hallway was dirty maybe it was just outdated.

I liked that they appear to be renovating but attention to detail is missing. I had to attach the door knob to the bathroom, checked in at 3:15 but they were still cleaning our room, booked a king size but told they were all out so was offered a 2x queen size bed room, the TV picture was horrible-snowy, a staple was sticking out of the carpet base board so I removed it before someone stepped on it, of the 5 lamps only 3 were plugged in, bar fridge was on full with freezer all iced up and motor loud, bathroom floor needed to be mopped.

Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. It took him about 30 minutes to find. ⁃ Secondly the amount was charged twice at two different amounts ⁃ Thirdly she gave us a room which was already occupied ⁃ Fourth, she never apologized for her mistake and she laughed about this situation.

They didn’t provide extra bedding , for sofa bed , and the tv had poor reception it was blurry . And the front desk said they would come and check and bring extra bedding . No one came or brought any bedding , very annoying when you pay almost 200 for a suite a night and treated like it was an I’m inconvenience for them . Won’t be staying there again or suggesting otherwise.

The front desk lady was rude and horrible. Major attitude. Didn’t greet at check didn't say a word about breakfast or where the room was or pool area. The throw the blankets and sheets at me when i went down to get them for the fold out bed. And got really rude when i asked for them as if it was an inconvenience

Nobody in the morning spoke english and they ran out of milk in the breakfast area 10 minutes after they opened and apparently didn't have anymore. The coffee machine was out of order and there was a container of instant coffee and a electric kettle out instead.

We stayed at the Quality Suites for one night. If you need a suitable place to rest your head at night with a mediocre breakfast than this is the place for you. There aren't tons of options for breakfast but my kids definitely enjoyed the waffle-maker and apple juice. For the price I have no complaints.
