Nice facilities, clean hotel. In town for a soccer tournament and they made it almost impossible for the team to eat dinner & breakfast together. Policies about outside food/drink are strictly enforced, so we will be looking for a different chain next time that allows for a different guest experience. Pool/Slide area is great, except again for the fact you aren't allowed to eat/drink anything in there and there were never clean towels both times we went. 1 elevator was down so that congested things. Room, lobby and restaurant were nice.

Room was nice and clean. Staff at front desk was amazing. Need to clean the pool. It was disgusting. Dirty water and the water slide is filthy. Area around the pool is unsafe when wet. I watched numerous kids fall because it is so slippery when it is wet!

The primary reason I booked this hotel was the hot tub. It was good, but on Sunday night there were so many people it was chaos. They should have a separate Hot tub for Adults and children. I have stayed in a couple places that did that. Monday the Hot tub was closed all morning and into the afternoon. I asked the desk to call my room when it was open. I never got the call. With Temperatures outside -20 t hot tubs are important. Perhaps a warning if there is number of children staying. There was a lot.

It was very large and pretty clean. There weren’t many trash cans, or staff. Everything felt clean except the flooring, that was pretty dirty and needs updating.

Dirty, moldy shower curtain, dirty sheets, French fries all over the bathroom floor and a ceiling that was repaired and not painted. The beds were rock hard. Not worth the money we paid.

We got to our room and it wasn’t clean. They started cleaning it but didn’t finish. They moved us to a new room which was much better. The pool area was great and the staff is amazing!

We found a bed bug at midnight. They graciously moved us rooms but are refusing to refund me for waking up a birthday party of kids to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Now I’m waiting to see if we may have brought them home. Ugh!!! Worst ever!

Breakfast was extra and hot and good. Service was good as well. They were having problems with water pressure and hotel was basically shut down from 10-3 on our second day. They said Hotels.com should have notified us. They didn’t. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Biggest issue was the Wi-Fi was horrible. Couldn’t get our devices to download anything. Additionally, the tv had Netflix and YouTube available but you couldn’t get that to connect to the server either. We will not stay here again. I was looking forward to our 3 day stay as I thought it would be a class above. It wasn’t.

The outside of the property, the lobby, bar/restraunt, pool and all the main areas are nice. The rooms on the other hand definitely need some updating. You could tell the were updated a few years ago but have had a lot of use/wear since. The carpets were gross and stained and it could overall use a refresh. When we booked our room on Expedia it said it was a king room that slept 4 so we booked it assuming it had a pullout couch which would have been just fine with our 2 younger kids. When we checked in and got to the room it was just a king bed. We called the front desk and explained the situation and they said we could pay the difference to upgrade the room. I didn’t think that was right so I told the lady that we would just keep the room unless we could get it for free since it was one night and we got there around 9PM anyway. We never did hear back from her. On the plus side the pool is nice and clean and warm besides the slide part which was a little chilly but the kids had fun and that was the main reason we picked the hotel anyway.

Good location and clean property. Close to everything. Delta Marriott is generally my preferred hotel wherever I go, hits that balance of fancy and affordable. Delta Fargo is one of the less remarkable I’ve visited but it was fine. My room had the bathtub shower which is not my preference, and my request for a room with a view was not accommodated, but that seems to be the deal when you book thru 3rd party.. no special service or upgrades. Anyways Fargo was a light 8/10 for me

Overall the stay was good. Nice room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Room had a sofa area w/table & chairs, and a wet bar area. Lighting in the bathroom not great for doing makeup. Walk in shower w/glass door was nice. Not sure if we were over the ballroom but there was loud music & what sounded like someone using a microphone til midnight. Wasn’t an issue for us since we were still up, but definitely would be if you needed to go to bed or had little kids sleeping. It was well past the 10:00 quiet time listed on hallway sign. People should be warned if in that room & an event is going on. Restaurant & bar were a little overpriced for the area IMO, closer to Mpls pricing, but good. Staff were great. Definitely would stay here again. When I booked the room it said pay when you stay, but it charged me right away which seemed odd as it said you will not be charged when adding my card. Could be because I booked it same day of arrival.

The hotel itself is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the amenities were good. However, the air conditioning was horrible. The room was warm and humid making it difficult to sleep. The AC control went down to 67 degrees but the room never cooled below 74.

Brief stay for one night. Front desk was friendly and excellent both at night and in the morning. The food and drinks at the restaurant were awesome too. Nice place for an overnight visit. I'd come back. They didn't have a shuttle driver, so the sweet front desk gal took me to the airport. Above and beyond great service!

We have stayed here quite a few times over the past few years. The pool is great for kids and I like the lobby bar for relaxing in the evening without having to leave the property. Everything is always very clean and the bathrooms are very nicely upgraded with rain shower heads. The suites have loads of room and the TVS are smart TVS so you can log into your own streaming services. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows provided. The staff isn’t super friendly. Questions are usually met with bored stares and I when I asked to for linens for the pull out sofa on our last visit I got a big sigh and waited for a while before they were delivered. Overall love this hotel and would book again.

I called down for linens for the pull out sofa because there were none in our room. 45 minutes later, still nothing. I called again and they said there was only one person available to do that and they would call and see where they were. Another hour later, well past my kid’s bedtime I gave up and they all crawled in one bed. Worst sleep I have had in a long time.

Nothing but great things to say about this property and my stay. Clean and quiet even with multiple baseball teams staying. Shout out to Manny at check in - so friendly and kind and was able to get me checked in early in a great room after a long drive.

Over all the front desk staff was great but about an hour before check out we got a knock on the door one knock before house keeping tried to come in. They don’t say house keeping or anything just entered. We were in a room that had a bed room. I was alone with three kids. My daughter was changing and absolutely freaked her out. I informed the front desk they said the manger would be in touch ( never got a call).

Delta Hotel is an awesome hotel in Fargo. Nice clean rooms and lots of amenities. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Their Urban 52 restaurant and bar are excellent! We stay there every chance we get!!

As always, the Delta was very good but not great. One thing that we don't really like about the Delta is the fact that there is no breakfast with your stay and we have three kids to feed each morning. Considering two nights cost us $465, you would think the hotel could at least throw in a free breakfast!

The restaurant charged us 90$ for 4 people for a buffet style breakfast. We served ourselves and weren’t able to order what we wanted. The wait staff only provided us water and coffee. It was ridiculous!

The water didn’t get very hot, the lobby is extremely freezing because the wind goes right through all the time when the doors are open, and the bar staff are extremely overworked. Otherwise it’s a great hotel with plenty of space and updated features.

The room was great! Lots of space for 2 kids, the beds were very comfortable and everyone was friendly! The only things that stuck out were the water in the pools was exceptionally cold, and the restaurant in the hotel was very slow and didn’t refill their breakfast buffet very much. We also didn’t get any drink refills at all because no one checked on us during our entire breakfast. Overall, we definitely would stay there again! My children didn’t mind the cold pool and they had a great time! Our next Fargo trip will be booked here!
