We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The one downfall is that there is not an elevator in the building and with a bad knee, it was tough to keep going up and down the stairs throughout the day. The bathroom was new and updated.

Really enjoyable stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and the free breakfast is pretty decent. The downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so lugging up multiple bags up stairs was not optimal.

The Clarion Inn features nicely re-done rooms in a sad older building. I loved the room updates - right down to the shower/tub, toilet and sink, so often forgotten when rooms are freshened up. I did wish for an outdoor facing window, as the room was musty when I got there. Running the a/c helped a little, thankfully. A word of warning: if you're a gym rat, don't plan on working out here. All they had were a couple of treadmills, an elliptical, a set of 10lb hand weights and one of the big resistance machines. No sign of any wet wipes for the equipment either! The breakfast was plentiful - eggs, sausages, various carbs to toast, a waffle station (!) and lots of other food. Overall, this was a great deal for the price. I'd stay again if I had business in Nashua.

It was a very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Out back there is a park and ride where clearly people are living out of their cars. Our room was facing that space, so we kept our curtains closed. There were no issues though. Lots of easy access parking and the pool was cozy and clean. Pool does close at 8 though that seemed a bit early for a hotel.

It was a good overnight stay. Room was clean and well arranged. I arrived late and no problems with check in. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, potatoes etc. My only concern was that they didn’t had an elevator so I had to carry my luggage through the stairs.

Breakfast from 6-9 AM, but at 8:20 no more eggs, no more saussages, no more potatoes. It’s included but not… The bathroom in the room was full of little hairs in the shower, on the toilet, on the floor. So my experience is just about sleeping and leaving.

We were offered a different room, but had little confidence in the property, so declined and made other arrangements. I rented a room because there’s work being done on the house I live in and there’s no water. I went to take a shower in the morning and ran it for 10 minutes. NO HOT WATER!!!! Might as well have stayed home!!!!

Liked that the rooms and bathrooms looked like they had been updated. Wondered if there are plans to replace carpet in all hallways and stairs as they are disgusting. Because of this probably would not stay at this hotel again

CLEEEEEAN! Clean floor, clean bathroom, clean bed, clean room overall (and I’m a stickler…like I judge a clean room by the grout lines in the bathroom….and they passed 🤗). The room was nicely remodeled, which was very pleasant. Morning breakfast is always a plus, and there is a 99. Restaurant connected to the hotel - I didn’t dine there, as I brought take out to the room with me, but definitely another positive feature). My memory of Clarion hotels rooms was that or old and drab dongeons….that is no more. I will certainly stay at a Clarion hotel again. Oh, and last thing about the cleanliness: the room was truly clean, not like masked by perfumes “clean”. Good job Clarion.

Staff were great, very helpful, but the first room they put me in had a broken heater and was stuck on 80 degrees. They moved me to another room, and kindly gave me a slightly larger room, which was appreciated, but it was dirty. In three separate parts of the room I stepped on dried food and other left behind waste. It had clearly not been vacuumed. You know not to expect much but the breakfast food was about the weakest continental breakfast I've ever seen. The hotel is also very awkwardly constructed with rather dodgy parking - expect to walk long distances to get to your room.

The hotel has a distinct smell of urine. Like a public restroom or a home with several cats. The room had nowhere to put luggage except the floor. There were no luggage stands. There were also no dresser or bureau. There were in fact no draws of any kind in the room. the room did not have a closet. just a small rack that clothing hung from it would hit the bottom of the box area. The pillows were horrible. The bed had 5 but they were so cheap that when you put your head on them, the filling would separate, and your head would sink to the mattress with no support. This was with all 5 pillows stacked. The toiled seat was also cheap and bendable. when sitting on the toilet, the seed would bend and move to the side, and you would end up sitting directly on the toilet bowl. This was also true in the public restrooms. The room had two chairs that were pre-renovation. Both were dated, damaged and uncomfortable.

This is an older property that has been refurbished. Had an “old” feeling I wasn’t expecting. Staff was great, room was very clean. Only negatives were the room was VERY dark. Not nearly enough light-only a few lamps. Bathroom lighting was also lacking.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property. Newly renovated clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast provided is a nice plus! Staff is friendly and helpful. A few things to note: rooms are generally dark, no overhead lighting. Majority of rooms have windows out into the common hallway giving Motel-level of privacy as other guests can walk right by your room. Those windows are the only natural light source.

Both rooms were clean... both rooms because we had to move at 11pm due to no heat/AC in the room. Wall control was completely out of order - blank screen. Room was suffocatingly hot. Ended up moving from our King Bed overlooking a quiet pool to the only available 2 queen bed room overlooking a noisy parking lot. We had an early wake up to attend an event that started at 7:30 am. Refrigerator had to be moved/angled to get the door to close.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was safe and quiet. All the staffs at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and courteous and very helpful. They all went above and beyond in assisting with every little requirements. A big thank you to Vito, who was at front desk when we checked in, Kayleigh (I hope I got her name right, my apologies if I did not) went above and beyond and got my card key enabled when it did not work, and of course Michele Assistant GM very professional. Thank you and hope to come back soon.

I arrived late and tired on a Sunday night and just wanted a quick checkin and sleep. Nobody at reception desk…quiet empty lobby. Sat and waited for 20 minutes…called hotel and could hear phone ring at empty front desk. Finally a clearly angry and disgruntled employee arrived…no apology, no explanation, no nothing,…just a curt “ can I help you” as if I too was bothering her evening…I wanted to ask what happened and why I waited and almost left but her brusque and prickly demeanor suggested I better shut up and go to my room. So - terrible, inefficient, rude and really inexcusable lack of any reasonable customer service makes it hard to recommend this hotel to others….

We arrived at 2:15 we were told we could go to the room if we paid $20 otherwise we had to wait until 3:00 (even though the room was ready). Maybe they should have given us a $20 rebate since we checked out at 6:30 am the next day. Credit card machine was broken at check in. The location is a bit down trodden. Room was clean though at least.

Absolutely atrocious experience. I had booked a room with a double bed, had the booking screenshot and receipt to prove it and the gentleman at the front desk agreed that i had a double bed but for some weird reason he couldn't honour that booking and kept saying that my booking was routed through a third party called "Derbisoft" which was a name I had never heard of, let alone used. The front desk attendant grew exceedingly uneasy and rude and we were in a hurry to leave for an event so we figured we would get the room after. Later in the night the front desk attendant said that while we did have a double bed booked, and had paid for it in full, I was gonna have to pay him 20 bucks to be "upgraded" why would it be an upgrade?!?! Terrible twrrinle customer service, avoid at all costs!!

I left my boots there & the front desk said they found them. I let them know I was from Ohio so I couldn’t pick them up, and Fed Ex told me the hotel should be able to drop them off using my credit card information to ship from me. The Clarion staff told me I had to pick them up or I’m out of luck. VERY unprofessional because they were extremely expensive boots. I’ve never had a hotel not help with returning left behind items.

The AC in the room didn't work, so the girl at the desk (Kayleigh, I think it was spelled) not only switched us to a different room immediately, but called the room later just to check if everything was satisfactory. We had already decided we'd definitely be back, but her service and attitude clinched it for us!

Great value. There was trash in my trash can when I arrived. The area is okay. There is a park and ride lot just above the hotel with a questionable group of cars/occupants at night. Other than the trash can, the room was spotless. Nice little fridge. Free breakfast and coffee. There is a Whole Foods less than a mile away.

Just what we needed. We didn’t use many amenities as we mainly used the hotel for sleeping. It was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area and the front desk staff was superb. Very conveniently located off the interstate and close to shopping and entertainment.

Nice location. Quick drive to the downtown area as well as the outlets. Some features look a little dated but everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the free continental breakfast. We would definitely stay again!

We were directed to park in an alternate lot beside the hotel as it would be most convenient to our room. It is a “park and ride” lot. There was a truck with a flat tire that had been clearly parked there for some time. Also the general appearance of the lot seemed “shady”. We ended up parking in the main lot out front where it was well lit, more visible and just a walk up some stairs to our room. No complaints at all about the room and facilities. I would refrain from suggesting patrons park in the commuter lot as it doesn’t represent the quality of your hotel.

The room was very clean and the daily maid service was excellent. The room had no magnifying mirror and the front desk had no solution. The free breakfast was a real disappointment. Powdered eggs, sausage and potatoes were marginal at best. All condiments, yogurt, instant oatmeal, syrup and granola bars were full of dyes, chemicals and other unhealthy ingredients. Everything else was carbs and more carbs. The coffee was strong and not bad.

This review is based on a 5 night stay. Our room was clean and refreshed daily which is uncommon these days. Outdoor temperatures were in the mid 90s all week but the A/C was up to the task of keeping the room cool and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The complimentary hot breakfast offered a nice selection and was monitored closely by an attendant to replenish and tidy up.
