This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Why? The bedding and towels were high end. The restaurant on site was amazing. Not just fantastic food. Great lobster roll. Not just perfect drinks, but 5 star service from the solo young lady taking care of everyone on a Friday night. Then I go to the hot tub to find the best hot tub I’ve ever seen. Pristine pool. Jets blasting in a giant hot tub and a sauna in the locker room that took all my travel tension away. This was everything. Gorgeous shower, safe, fridge, little couch.. Honestly $200 is a lot for us but I would pay it anytime for the amenities in this place. And I’d almost forgotten what customer service looked like until the front desk and restaurant in this hotel. What a breath of fresh air. If your going to spend your time and money somewhere the gym, pool, and amenities of this hotel are worth the price

Overall, a good stay. Affordable,clean and easy. Only problem is the parking garage is low. They should tell the guests at checkin that if you have a full size truck to park in lot NOT in garage. Could have been a disaster.

Booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and the hot tub. Was told at check-in that they were closed for remodelling. Would've rescheduled for a later date if I'd known, but we'd already packed and travelled (with excited kids), so we weren't going to cancel once we got there. Microwave is listed as being an amenity in the room, but the only microwave we found was all the way down in the lobby...which meant several trips down to heat things up. Other than those two dissapointments, the hotel was fine. Room was basic, but no issues. Staff was friendly. Hotel seemed clean.

We specifically rented this hotel to swim in the pool. We booked our one hour time slot for the pool which was not listed on website. No big deal. The ENTIRE time we had our time slot the pool was being used for swim lessons. We were told to pick a corner of the pool and stay on it. Kids were directed multiple times on what side of pool to swim on by the two instructors. The hotel should state the pool has one hour time slots and is leased out for swim lessons. We booked our time slot in the morning before check out and it was senior citizen swim time. Luckily this hotel is located with lots of other things to do in Nashua. Will not be going back. For the money should not have to be told to stay in the corner of pool due to swimming lessons. Another family had the same issue. Parking was very limited as well.

Service was excellent but the pool the only reason we go to these hotels are for the kids to swim and this is by far the worst hotel to swim my children are 5 and 6 and are terribly sick from all the chlorine in that pool as for me I have asthma didn’t even go in the water and I have had nothing but breathing problems if you have children and they love to swim this is a major no go!!! I won’t return

The hotel was great, room was excellent, service from hotel staff was awesome, breakfast awesome, but went there for pool and spa tub and they closed it early on us, I booked this stay for pool and hottub was told it would be open till 9PM but the pool and fitness worker closed early which was a surprise to all of us patrons.

Part of the ceiling was falling apart near the window in our room. It was being held up by painters tape which seemed odd to say the least. The couch in our room was visibly dusty leading us to believe it is never cleaned. The toilet was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to use. Many of the food and beverage options near the front desk were not priced. $10 for three bottles of water seemed extreme. There were two options but after waiting in line to purchase I just wanted to get the water and bring it back to our room. I would rather see them offer a free bottle of water to each person staying in a room as opposed to a free cookie. That being said, the free cookie they advertised on their website and on promotional materials inside the lobby and on a vehicle outside was never provided. I could care less about a cookie but it was odd that they promote it so much without actually offering it. The pool had some sort of plastic liner that was not fixed to the ground which caused it to float above the actual bottom of the pool. Very awkward feeling when walking around. There was also a thick line of dirt around the liner just above the top of the water. The parking garage ceiling was so low that the trunk to our Mazda CX-5 hit it which resulted in a chunk of the trunk door chipping off. The hotel rates were comparable to other options in the area. Considering that similarity I would have expected much better based on our experience as noted above.

Tv didn’t work at all bathroom fan didn’t either, and they had no other rooms available and couldn’t get a refund because we booked through a 3rd party site. Elevators were very dirty.

We had a very nice stay at the Doubletree Our room wasn’t cleaned on our second day and we had to ask for towels two days The staff was very friendly and accommodating though. The entry way was full of leaves and debris every day

Mixed feelings about our stay. We booked a room for 4 (one bedroom king with sleeper sofa), but when we arrived we found there was only enough sleeping space for 3 (a king with a twin pullout). We were told by the check-in desk that this was Hotels.com’s fault and that they had no other rooms. They provided a cot but it did overcrowd the room. This seems specious- the hotel shouldn’t allow bookings for 4 if the room only accommodates 3. The room was also what felt like a mile away from the check-in desk in a wing above the garage- you have to traverse a series of hallways (think Severance for those who have watched that show) and then have to climb stairs so not accessible for those with strollers or wheelchairs. The hallways are not heated, making the walk back to the room a nightmare with small wet children who have just exited the pool. However, we will say the pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was good. The bartender Frank is an absolute gem and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Extra stars just for meeting him and other friendly folks from around town.

The bed was hard, the comforter was worn, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower door was installed backwards, you have to go into the shower to turn on the water and get sprayed by cold water..the fixed panel prevents you from turning on from outside the shower unit, it's back asswards..

The check in process was seamless. Very clean inside and the outside was clean and landscape was nice. There are restaurants in walking distance as well. The batteries in the tv controller were dead. I called from desk and they were there in 2 mins. Literally saying sorry it took so long when I was amazed how quick they got there

The majority of the staff was great, pool/hot tub was nice and the hotel was very clean. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Dining options inside the hotel are very limited, and 18$ a head for the breakfast buffet was a bit steep. Hot water was an issue, and even though the website states you can do a late checkout for $50 they refused when I asked.

Not impressed. Been here several times in this time I have a different opinion not only was the room that I had selected the day before my trip changed as I was driving into the parking lot. Also, my son and I got stuck in the elevator and they had to call 911 to get us out. We had nobody apologize to us. The only thing they did when we got out was give us a warm water and told us we had to walk up eight flights of stairs to put our luggage on the rack because we weren’t allowed in the employee elevator so after my body was already trembling from being trapped inside an elevator, I was told I’d have to walk up eight flights of stairs which in reality is 16 flights because there are two flights to each floor. I also was told my credit card would be charged once for a hold and it was charged twice.

Great for short stays but longer durations, less so. $30 a night for incidentals across 7 nights is a bit excessive for a room with no mini-bar etc (even if it is refunded). I was not near it but ice machine was excessively loud when it kicked in (felt bad for those close to it). Rooms were acceptable. No channel guide for the TV and Bathroom had no exhaust fan which means everyone is smelling everyone business. Window did partially open which was helpful. With no regular room service, it'd be nice to have coffee/sugar stocked for your duration but service desk was kind enough to refill us. Staff was very friendly. Hotel restaurant (Speakers): Blah. Menu is extremely limited and the service was SLOW due to 1 server working bars and tables (ridiculous for a holiday weekend). Pool is designed more for exercise and less for family enjoyment. Two families can crowd it pretty easily. Workout Gym looked awesome though I didn't partake. Would stay for 1-2 nights if in the area but would consider other options for longer stays (especially with kids).

Nice place to stay the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The outside of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous but the inside is a bit on the dated side. It was clean but could tell it was in need of a bit of an upgrade. Parking garage is available but the ceiling height was EXTREMELY low so just be aware! There is also no continental breakfast but the restaurant is nice. Overall I would stay here again if I were in the area

We’ve stayed here multiple times when we come to the area to visit our grand daughter. The hotel is one of the nicest in the area. The food in the restaurant is good and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the cost of items in the little snack shop are a bit high.

I have stayed at the property once or more per year for the last decade and the place has been through a few owners. The current owners have stopped the airport shuttle service and changed the bar and menu so it is no longer the great destination is used to be.
