Rooms were clean and the adjustable height table was fancy but for a Sheraton in a castle it was fairly basic. Clearly more designed around conferences and events. Requested adjacent rooms, was told they were and they were not... They couldn't fix them either.

Great stay- a few minor issues: stained towels, and very dark parking lot. Towels were plentiful in the bathroom, but had to search through the 6 towels to find 2 without stains. Parking lot did have a portable floodlight to the lower levels of the lot, but the middle layers were very dark (and didn’t feel comfortable going back to the car alone).

Great location, but that’s about where the positives end. The gym was straight out of a horror movie—dark, neglected, and reached only by walking an endless, unmarked basement tunnel with zero signs. Breakfast was a joke: no staff present when we arrived in the morning, and the overall team seemed completely disinterested in their jobs when we asked. Would stay again because of the location not necessarily because of the hotel itself. For a Sheridan, not impressed.

The hotel clearly needs renovation — the property feels dated throughout. Check-in staff were not wearing uniforms, which gave the experience a very informal feel, below what you'd expect from a four-star property. Breakfast was particularly disappointing: instead of a proper restaurant, there was only a small café-style counter next to check-in, with one staff member taking orders for a very limited menu — just three hot options like a sandwich or a muffin. It felt more like a small snack counter than the dining experience you'd expect at a four-star hotel.

Our go-to place to stay when we're in the Nashua NH area. The staff is always warm and inviting, the room clean, functional, and comfortable. They have everything that I need and the location is exceptional - near lots of dining and shopping options.
