My only negative was availability of a luggage cart, that worked. The only one available had a broken front wheel. I do have to thank the front desk staff that took the time to help us bring our luggage to the room. That aside, the room was large and comfortable.

Property was well thought out for guests. The areas outside were fantastic. The rooms were nice but the one room had nasty stains on the curtains in the Livingroom area. Given my travel companions own a cleaning company, they thought that should be addressed. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Amazing place to stay! Check in was easy just id needed with reservations. Friendly staff! Clean hotel with a lot of amenities! Basketball court and 24 he fitness center, oh heated pool! Breakfast was hot fresh and staff present to help with anything! Definitely will stay again!

Check in was smooth. Rooms nicely designed . Often on our stays their is furniture that needs replacing. Or there is room furniture missing. Breakfast is good, pool is nice except tiles on floor are slippery and lighting is not maintained Overall staff is excellent.

I know this is a pet friendly hotel, but our room had a terrible dog smell. The living room carpet was stained in several spots and the one of the beds was broken when you sat on it at the foot. The staff was friendly and accommodated us with early checkin. The breakfast area was clean.

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Would not hurt to get enough towels since the number of guests was known before arrival. Also the pillows for the extra bed were moldy. We ended up sharing the clean pillows but those should be just thrashed instead of keeping in the room

The dirtiest rooms I've seen. Collected dirt and hair in corners that have clearly been there for weeks and weeks. Were offered a new room, went to examine it first and it was the same. Decided to cancel but was offered a large suite. Was brought there by a staff member to look at. It appeared* better so we stayed... One night. The smell was the worst (it was someones cooking), but upon further inspection it was also dirty. Brown marks on the wall by the toilet, hairs everywhere, and dirt and grime built up in corners. Where's the pride? It's like they do the bare minimum and nothing more for weeeeeks.

The room was clean and the HK supervisor, Yuri, was awesome, but after settling in, I noticed a very bad odor in one half of the bedroom- it smelled like an uncleaned house of cats. There were no more suites. So, I went & bought Lysol & Yuri sprayed a strong disinfectant. I stayed out of the room for the day Fri & most of Sat. Otherwise, the place AND hosts were fabulous.

The room itself was fine. But the bed was horrible. Lumpy, uneven, and generally not in good shape. The pillows were pretty much useless as they were flat ad held no shape at all. Not my favorite stay for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The desk agent was pleasant and kind at check-in. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I love the homey feel that Homewood Suites provides. The only feedback that I have which should be addressed is the water pressure. If you flush the toilet, it affected the shower water pressure which was not the greatest. We did adjust the shower head, but that only helped a little. We loved Nashua and will be back.

The hotel is very nice. Clean. People are very friendly and helpful. The rooms could be better. They are clean. The beds/pillows need updates. My bed had very noticeable people indentation. Its an old spring bed. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. My husband woke up with a sore neck.

We travel often for youth sports tournaments and have stayed in our fair share of premium priced but less than stellar properties. This stay at Homewood Suites in Nashua was excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious room with warm and welcoming staff who accommodated our early check-in and speedy check-out. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff (older woman) was really nice and friendly. Really a people person who always asked if everything was okay. The room was okay, but the kitchen was very small. We had to ask for liquid dish soap which didn’t make sense. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Choices were limited. Shower water was scarce. Just not good water pressure.

We had a very large group and everything ran fairly smoothly. We had one mishap with one of our adjoining rooms but I’m confident there will be an adjustment made. Also, Maryann and Judy were very cheerful and accommodating. They are definitely an asset to the hotel.

within the first 5 minutes in the room my dog found garbage under the couch. It was disappointing that after a 16hr drive the gentleman at check-in wanted to argue that I didn't cancel 1 of the 2 rooms booked. I offered to get the email in which I had the confirmation number, he declined been then continued to debate and act as if he was doing me a favor by canceling original smaller less expensive room. Other than that 1 "gentleman" all other staff was awesome.

stayed here before and liked that it was close to shopping/restaurants and it was clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Not everyone wants to check in online so not a good idea to keep pushing that.

Things I liked: This is a nice and comfortable place to stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. Things I didn’t like: Housekeeping only cleans the room once every four days, you have to get towels and supplies by asking the front desk or housekeeping. The breakfast was really subpar. Just some bagels, bread, a few muffins and a few danish with some pieces of cake. Limited supply of cereal, no skim milk, no yogurt and no fresh fruit. Two types of juice, oatmeal and some nasty looking eggs, bacon and a rotating variety of potatoes and sausage. We preferred to eat breakfast out half the time we were there. If they had a decent spread for breakfast I would have rated them 5 stars.

Very friendly staff, helped with some minor inconveniences. Very clean, tidy property, great food recommendations - most nearby. Room had what we needed except for throw pillows on couch. (We didn't think to ask so used bed pillows for comfort.) Pricing was excellent - especially when comparing to other options similarly located in Nashua. I used to live there and was pleased to have this as an excellent place to return to. The one complaint? No fruit for breakfast. When I asked, their delivery was due that day. But the breakfast type burrito was perfect!

The property was clean but the bed was a little sunken in on one side. My main complaint was the dirty serving dishes and lids for condiments for breakfast which had not been wiped for a while. They were disgusting and made me wonder what else was not being cleaned. There was one lady working and she sat in the dining area and checked her phone or talked to other staff the entire time I had breakfast both mornings. Her attitude was so entitled and lazy I was appalled. It brought down the entire reputation of the hotel in my mind. There’s no room service or in-hotel dining, I believe, but they do have arrangement's with restaurants and delivery company in the area
