The hotel is good overall, comfortable beds, clean room. They did have some trouble with the water fan a day or two but seemed to get it repaired. The property is a good size and having an ice machine only in the lobby at the main desk is a pain but otherwise good. We will stay here again

At first glance, it seems to be a small, forst floor only, building. There are actually three buildings, set behind a thick area of trees and far enough away from the busy road to offer quiet and privacy. Check in was quick and easy, the room was comfortable and clean, location ia convenient to everything you could need, and parking is plentiful.

Clean. Actually had shampoo and body wash in the dispenser. Very well lit parking lot. Really great TV once you figure out how to apply the code. Good overnight stay for good price.

we were placed in 1st floor room, second floor occupants had tv on so loud that my own TV could not be heard. They left it on all night. gnats in bed and bathroom, stains everywhere including that it looked like the bathroom sink was not cleaned, the room smelled musty and the fitted sheets has numerous holes. When we called the front desk on Sat 9/13/25 around 4:30pm, he was cavalier and said he will let the cleaning person know.

The room was dirty, outlets hanging off the wall lights falling off, the freezer and fridge was dirty , there was garbage left from i assume the previous stayer. Couldnt wear no shoes bc my feet turned black feom the floor

Where to start this place should be condemned. No water pressure, bugs, water coming out of the bathroom sink was milky, had to brush my teeth using the shower. No vending machines the pictures on the website have to be stock photos cause they look nothing like our room. Very thin walls, noisy neighbors. But to top everything all off, there was a mouse in the bathroom. This place is absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this to anyone

My husband and I booked this room last minute after our original hotel called to tell us they didn’t actually have a room for us. The gentleman who did check in was friendly and check in was easy. The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming in the lobby and in our room - to the point that I had a headache within five minutes. And it wasn’t exactly a good smell - kind of like an old man’s cologne. Room was ok - shower could have used a scrub, it was a little moldy. Air conditioning sounded like a freight train, the lighting from the parking lot was like broad daylight, curtains did little to block it. Neighbors had their tv blasting till 3 am and through the thin walls we could hear everything. All this to say - if you simply need a cheap place for your stuff while visiting Asbury, this place was ok. Wouldn’t really want to stay longer than one night.

This location was not well maintained with cleanliness. The shades on all the lights had 1/4 inch of dust on them in the back and the furnitures were all very unclean and not vaccummed for months. The bed springs made noises everytime you moved on the bed and was very uncomfortable.

Nice little place if youre looking a for a 1-night stay. Not very sound proof rooms though. There were people in the room above us running around and banging things in the middle of the night and the one bed made a loud, metal banging noise when moving on it (weirdest thing ever! Lol). Other than that, it was a clean, pleasant stay with simple amenities. Had a nice nature view, too and faced away from the main roadway.

Very run down, wood construction so you can here almost everything in adjacent rooms and squeaky floors above. Bed reminded me of beds in my grandparents house, noisy spring supported mattress. Slightest movement would make the bed creak.

I couldn't get the air conditioner lower than 68. When i told management they said its working fine instead of being honest so i could move to another hotel. It seems they have the temperature set to 68 to save money. Also, wifi is spotty and water is dirty.

We chose this location because of its proximity to a concert venue. We didn't need luxury, just a place to sleep for one night. This was a basic, decent, clean room at a reasonable price. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was very quiet. I would recommend it if you don't need lots of bells and whistles.

I was NOT happy with my stay here. I knew i was in trouble when the night night attendant declined in giving me extra towels because "Four should be more than enough." What really sealed it for me is when I asked about late check out for Sunday. That was greeted with a laugh, and that there was NO late check out. After I get to the room time forgot, the shower sounded like it was going to explode to through the walls, and you can hear and feel almost every other guest around you. I am proud to report that management knocked on my door PROMPTLY at 11:04 to tell me I had to leave. NEVER AGAIN.

changed rooms to a room that was supposed to have grab bars in the bathroom an accomodate a wheelchair... neither of which were true. We left and got another hotel. Need a refund!

The five rooms on second floor partied all night. No one on the first floor slept at all. At the end 6 police came to shut down the party. I paid 200 bucks for one night of sleep and got none. I don’t understand why the staff would give 5 teenage groups 5 consecutive rooms on the second floor, they obviously don’t care about any other customers.

Staff was friendly and dedicated. Room was good size for the price. Bed and pellows were comfortable. Room was very clean. Snacks and beverages are sold for cheap price at the front desk. My only complaint is the smell of the room. Can’t pin point what it smelled like.
