Property is under renovation. We chose this hotel because it had a pool, it was under repair. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room only had one bed. It smell terrible.

Very busy hotel. Parking filled up fast. We often had to park around the side of building. The front desk staff was extremely kind & helpful. Our room was upgraded when we checked in, without even asking. That was a great surprise. We went from a king suite to a two room (king/queen) suite. That worked out so much better since. I had asked if by chance they had a shower seat we could use for my elderly parent. The man wasn't sure if it would fit in the tub. He said if it didn't then he had a handicap accessible room available we could use to shower, That was an above & beyond generous offer.

The gentleman upgraded the room for us without additional charging. That is a big surprise for us! This is a fantastic place to stay: not too far to reach asbury park beach, 5 minutes drive to outlet mall, pharmacy/ convenience stores and restaurants at the walk range, the breakfast services are amazing! I even enjoyed one cup of cold brewed coffee. The staff are very friendly. The only teeny tiny concern is the luggage carts need to be replaced but it won’t stop me thinking come back to enjoy a worry-free vacation here.

Got to the room and it smelled of smoke. Instead of offering new accommodations they sent a maid up who sprayed disinfectant around the room for a minute. Furniture seemed poorly put together as if it would fall apart. Pool still under construction. People were in the parking lot pooping next to the dumpster. Was unfortunate

Well, when we arrived, there were people hanging out all over the front. There was a guy dressed in regular clothes behind the check-in desk with the woman who is in her uniform. Who was very nice and friendly. However, it makes me uncomfortable to see somebody in plain clothes behind the desk when I’m giving bank information like a credit card With the amount of fraud that happens these days, you never know. Upon entering the two bedroom suite on 210. The room was not much to behold. The outlets fid not all work. There were rust on the lamps. The one bathroom, the shower was clean and worked, and the toilet did not flush appropriately and the other bathroom had pubic hair all over the shower and toilet was the same. Just overall not a great place to stay.

Room was spacious and quiet. Kitchen had a full fridge, electric stove, sink, and microwave. There was also a living room area and an office area. However, the bed could have been more comfortable and it felt like it was a large foam topper on a box spring. The heat in the room did not work. And the tub had a sunken in area that collect water after a shower. All said tho, I would stay there again provided the room issues were resolved. Staff was great. And the breakfast was also great!!

A level up from your average hotel room as this provides a kitchen area and living area. It’s very spacious, cozy and we’ll always favor the suites over any ordinary hotel room. For the price compared to others, you can’t beat it.

The stay was fine, Rooms were outdated amd some of the furniture including the bed was worn..Usually Marriott has amazingly comfortable beds. Unfortunately the middle was a bit sunken and was a bit uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed here twice for 4 nights on a work trip and both times I never had a hot shower. The first time I didn’t complain because there were plumbers working during the day replacing water lines or something. I chalked up the cold showers to the possibility that the hot water heaters were being serviced. The most recent time weeks later no one was working and I couldn’t find a single time of day to get hot water. Morning was cold, evening before bed still cold, right after work ……..yep cold. I won’t be staying here again

The stay was fabulous! My cousin and I traveled to Jersey to bring us "home" and visit the boardwalks of our childhood. The staff was so friendly and we loved our room. The location was great also for us to visit my other cousin. I hadn't been back since 1999 and it really was the best place i could've picked. Thanks to the staff for making it a super stay!!

We were only there for 1 night and about 12 hours but the room was large and clean. The continental breakfast that was included was great as well. Good options and the eggs and bacon were made well. Would definitely stay here again.
