They say there's a pool and hot tub. There is, but the pool is freezing and the hot tub was GREEN.... The toilet in the room felt like it was gonna fall through the floor. The peephole on the door was falling out. Never again..

After a long drive I was looking forward to utilizing the amenities of this hotel (pool, hot tub, dry sauna) only to be told they were all closed. A rate comparison with other local properties one would assume the use of the amenities was included in the price. Wish I would have booked somewhere else.

We stayed at the hotel in Deming New mexico. First and foremost this place is ridiculous, unsanitary, and rude place. To start with the bathroom was filthy I had to clean it. There was used toilet paper on the couch. The bed sheets had crumbs or something on them. The public bathrooms had no paper towels or anything. I had to wait 30 minutes to find a hotel representative to get us food and milk. We are trying to check out now and we can't find any staff. In the lobby there is a very toxic smell that instantly gave us a headache and nausea. I was robbed of major money and inflicted with pain from this place. We will never stay here again

We stayed 3 days and the only reason we were still there on day 3 was because it was paid in full. ZERO housekeeping done on our room. We had to buy towels and toilet paper at Walmart. Ridiculous.

This Hotel needs upkeep. Paint coming off tube. Mold in corner of bathroom by tube. Plastic bag over the smoke alarm. Closet door handle falling off. Very noisey on first floor.

This property is claustrophobic. The lobby is tiny, the breakfast area has the smallest dining area I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was meh. Beds were nice but again room was claustrophobic, barely space to move the beds. The bathroom was average, towels were terrible and the bathtub is VERY slippery, accident waiting to happen. Overall an average hotel for the cost but prob wouldn’t stay here again if I had the choice.

Small town, felt safe. My favorite part, the beds were so comfortable!! We stayed at a few different hotels on our trip from California to Florida. We all agreed the hotel in Deming had the most comfortable beds! The breakfast was good. The price was very affordable!

Only working ice machine on the third floor. phone to desk didn't work, limited tv programming, had to argue at desk to get a receipt for cash I was leaving as a deposit. She and her mgr said it was not their policy to give a receipt when holding you money. Not professional.

We arrived at 10 pm to no one at the front desk, no signs saying they'd be back shortly, or bells to signal someone to come to the front. After calling out several times and waiting we knocked on the door to the back and a young woman, Lequisha, came out of the back, ticked off that we had the audacity to knock on that door!! After finally getting checked into our room we found our phone did not work, nor the refridgerator, the peep hole was missing, and the bathroom sink was spraying water everywhere when turned on. We prepaid for four nights for a family event so were stuck there. Every night we came back to the hotel we had been locked out of our room so we were forced to go back downstairs to get our new key. I've never had such a crappy experience at any hotel and we travel a lot!! I do have to say that Gilbert was very helpful when we dealt with him.

No hair dryer in the room, when asked for one the service desk person stated that she would have to move us to another room with another charge of $90.00. I have a funeral to attend, I decided to go to Walmart and purchase a hairdryer. The service here is sad.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We showed up very early and they were short staff but they were so friendly and let us come in early to do laundry and then they checked us in early! Wonderful, wonderful staff!

they charged my card $100 deposit, that was ok but when it was to go back to my card after check out only $50 when back in. i called to see why and was told that we left a red stain on a towel, and that is not true. i asked for a copy of the the pic they said they took and have not received one. The manager was to call me back and has not. The person i sopke with said we stayed in room 315 but my receipt showes 313. I know we did not leave any stains in the room at all. I did call the head office of Comfort inn and filed a complaint

The desk clerk, Zeke, was quick to attend to us and was very efficient. He was so pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated him after a long day of travel!! The property is extremely clean and the room is nicely updated. It was great to get in the hot tub to relax, which also was very clean and in perfect working order. I would definitely return to this property!!

Hotel staff were wonderful rooms great. Hot tub was enjoyed. The neighbour hood was kinda scary when we went next door to sonic burger and people were asking for money. Then went across the street to circle k store and they followed us there too trying to get money. We didn’t have cash on us.

The property is fine. We did have an issue getting the room cool enough. The biggest problem was the breakfast. When we got to the dining room at 6:12 am, there were people everywhere. We went back to our room and waited until that group cleared out, around 6:30. There was NO food left. The person at the counter was it there so we had to ring the bell. We told him that there was no food. He slowly went to the dining room and put out a little more food over the course of the next 15 minutes. I recommend IHOP!

Check-in was smooth. The room was clean, bed comfy, shower had good water pressure. Charles was very helpful in the morning all while keeping the breakfast filled. The hot tub was a great temp. Pool a little cold. Things to know. This isn’t a new building. The price, location and services more than met our needs. Will definitely stay again if we pass through. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast, not fancy, but it worked. Great coffee.

Like other Comfort Inns I have visited, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The AC was easy to use and worked well. However, the tub was slippery and there was only one hand-hold. We ate breakfast in the Comfort Inn the first morning we were there, but didn’t go back. The coffee was cold, as were the eggs, potatoes and meat.

The motel was very dated, there was a Sonic Drive Inn across the street from my room that was busy with loud traffic till midnight. I got up at 7:00 AM for breakfast and they were out of eggs and sausage so I came back 45 minutes later and they had some. I don't normally right reviews but the night before I stayed at the Stockton TX Comfort Inn and it was wonderful.
