Only two complaints. At check in, the clerk cancelled our Orbitz reservation and then tried to check us into a room for $165 rather than our $100 prepaid rate. She was adamant and wouldn't contact a manager (claiming no one was available until the next morning) until I advised I was an attorney what she was doing was unlawful. She finally called a manager who showed up 15 minutes later and honored our Orbitz reservation. Also, the peloton bike could not be used because it was not connected to the WiFi. The front desk clerk (different person than the night before) had no interest in trying to get it connected. We booked this hotel instead of two nearby hotels of similar quality because the pictures of the gym showed it had a peloton.

We were there for 5 days and our room was only cleaned 1 time. All the ice machines and laundry facilities were not able to be used. I booked this room 6 weeks in advance, someone could have reached out to me to let me know they were renovating the hotel. I feel there is no excuse for not cleaning my room, i even had to ask at one point due to our garbage can overflowing. Completely unacceptable especially for the rate of the room.....HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Old used Kleenex found in a "made bed!" Asking the front desk for assistance the gentleman said that he could give me some sheets so I could change the bed myself since he was the only one there and there were no housekeeping folks.

Cleanest well kept hotel I have ever been to including some very high end hotels. That includes the breakfast area down next to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Whoever sets the standards for your hotel is doing an amazing job. Your staff was very friendly as well.

We purposely chose this hotel because we needed a strong interest connection for a business meeting we needed to attend early in the morning. It’s a national chain we have booked with many times in many locations so the level of expectation was established. Come to find out there was absolutely no wifi we could connect to AT ALL. This is not acceptable.

OMG! This property is not only next to I 10 so you hear 18 wheelers all night! It is also right next to a train track! A very, very very busy train track. The bed Linen was absolutely wonderful. The bed was very, very hard/firm. No ice machines worked… And no warm cookies when we entered like we expected. Breakfast was OK nothing fancy The staff was very friendly

Their employees definitely need to be trained on customer service. When we arrived no one greeted us and they acted like we were not even there . The system was down and they could not figure out how to check us in . It was late and we were tired we just wanted to check in . The room was clean and comfortable.

Arrived at 1am and Michael provided the best check-in service I've received at any hotel, ever. Genuinely great human. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom. Great quick overnight stay!

I am 74 years old and need oxygen and CPAP equipment. When I arrived, their only elevator was out of service and there were no 1st floor rooms available. The staff was absolutely no help with finding other accommodations. I do NOT recommend the Hampton Inn in Demming.

The property itself was great. We got a good night's rest and the rooms were perfect. The area leaves a lot to be desired. Deming has potential as it is right off the FWY, but the town itself needs rehab badly. We traveled on a Sunday so dinner options were severely limited to fast food. Overall it was a positive experience mainly due to the hotel accommodations.
