Single level, spacious parking and property area. Room was clean, except for the carpet. It needs to be replaced! We were traveling with our dog & we're surprised the room had carpet.... Bed is elevated & comfortable. Lots of food options nearby in the quaint little town, and a dog park.

Quick checkin, easy place to rest for a night. Right off highway tons of room to park truck trailer. Got right out in the morning. Have a dog area on middle. Needs a playground for kids and it would be perfect for families with pets

Very convenient place to stay while traveling. Close to the highway. Rooms were clean and updated. Liked the fact that all rooms were ground level and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was good also.

We rented two rooms and one of them had a bag of trashed inside, an open packet of coffee and one bed was really dirty. One bed Looked like the sheets weren’t even washed because there was hair in the bed

The room was ok. It was dirty the towels were stained, there was sticky stuff on the window blinds. Alot of workers use this hotel so I was woken up at 530 with diesel truck noise, people yelling at each other of the trucks and whistling to get each other's attention. They turned on the trucks around 545 and left them running. Unknown if this is normal but it continued for over an hour.

The size of the room is very nice. So is the layout. They were blood stains on one of the blankets, but they were changed out when we complained. Towels are hard/stiff. We asked to have our room cleaned every day. They cleaned it the first and second day but not the third. We ended up running out of toilet paper.

A previous guest had smoked in the room I got. They tried to mask the odor of nicotine with a spray but it was still there and the combination of seeet floral spray and nicotine gave me a headache. The floor was dirty. I was too tired and was late in arriving so I didn’t bother to ask for a different room.Also, the towels were all dingy. I would skip this property.

Recently updated 60s/80s Motor home motel - single story with vehicle park in front of room / good for seniors and family with kids - serve all types of travelers including truckers - generally clean and comfortable beds but uses four half size pillows - slight ding on cleanliness as the calcium deposit on toilet is not address and towels worn with a hint of brownish - love the availability of an espresso machine for breakfast

Check in was Easy and Fast. The receptionist was friendly. I wish I would have remembered her name. The rooms were spacious and clean. The floors did not have carpet so that was a plus for me. And the Bed was Comfy. They do offer breakfast but I didn’t wake up in time.(Thanks to the comfy bed) Would stay here again.

Overall, this Best Western was good/very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with minimal I-10 traffic and train noised. The only negative about the room was the heating and cooling unit that was beneath the window as in so many motels. And like many of the units it was difficult to obtain a comfortable temperature that could be maintained during the evening. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes plus cereal, muffins, bread, yogurt and a few other items. The dining area was small but because we were there early we did not encounter a problem in finding a place to sit.

Expedia had the check in time at 1pm. When we arrived at 1pm the receptionist informed us the check in was until 3pm. They charged an additional $25 to check in at 1pm. The room was infested with flies and the door dis not close properly.

Arrived to discover I'd apparently requested a smoking room on the Expedia app, I was unaware you could actually do such a thing. I don't smoke and had no desire to stay in an ashtray. The clerk refused to switch me to a non smoking room, he said because I'd booked on Expedia he could not change my room. There are probably 50 rooms in this run down motel and less than 10 were occupied that night. Sadly the room was worse than sleeping in an ashtray, likely built in the 50's and extremely run down, the stench permeated everything. The TV didn't work, the shower handle just spun around non stop, the sheets were like sack cloth. The "breakfast" was laughable. You could not pay me to stay there again.

We booked our ADA room several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival we had Dr appointments that prevented up from arriving early. We arrived around 8pm to find that they had given our ADA room to someone else. We were given another room that they claimed to be accessible. However, there was a 3 inch step into the room! Went back to the office and was told that was all they had and that the room was accessible once you got inside! But I could not get into the room due to the 3 inch step. We were forced to look for another hotel. Lucky for us we found a better hotel just down the street. Hubby called the manager the next morning and was told there was nothing they could have done differently and could not understand why we "were so upset if we would be getting our money back"!! We got our money back but that did not compensate for the emotional and physical distress. I am a Polio Survivor dependent on a power chair.

The manager that checked us in went above and beyond to get us into our room. I had changed the date 4 days earlier however the hotel’s virtual agend did not change the virtual card which enabled the hotel to check us in. I spent 30 minutes and 3 agents later still not resolved. The hotel manager gave me the key and said please go to your room I will take care of this. She knew my husband had just had back surgery and needed to lay down. She got it all fixed after spending another 30 minutes on the phone with Hotels. She was a God send.

Deming NM is small town, but Walmart and Walgreens not to far from Hotel. Plenty of parking even if you have boat or trailer. Hotel had no noise from traffic or trains. Good value for the money. Not a big choice in restaurants. Did find a Chinese place Rate 3 out of 5. Prices ,$$.

Stayed for 1 night. The check in was excellent and the staff great. The room overall was great. I gave it an OK rating as the AC units seem older and very very noisy. The breakfast was OK, but the scrambled egg was dry. Despite a sign for yogurt, none was available.

Long road trip to see family. The room had updated floors LVP and furniture was modernized BUT linens have not replaced so they are showing and feeling their age. It looks like owner on premises and in process of updating. I would recommend that they invest in all new sheets and towels. Breakfast needs to be fresher( eggs look like yesterdays) it fits for anyone keeping to budget. We were tired and location, rate and bed were good. We felt safe parking in front of our room and plenty of lights. Room has had curtains replaced by privacy and darkening modern shades. Linens are probably in the works.

Unlike any other Best Western I have ever stayed at, this was a Motel. You had to walk across the property to the check-in counter, but it was not a problem. The breakfast in the morning was a little bit different because the waffle mix dispenser wasn’t working, so the girl had to make them up one cup at a time which was cumbersome, and they had a great coffee maker that gave you a wide variety of different kinds of coffee they could make, but it wasn’t working right! So that was a little bit disappointing, but things happen.
