It was a nice stay! But they need to let their customers know that they are not allowed to park at the outlet parking. My truck got towed and I had to pay to get it out. There was no parking in the parking lot for the hotel and this is not right. I should have gotten a free room for the nights I stayed.

The hotel was quite charming I enjoyed the vibe. One thing that kinda didn’t sit well is the sauna was never hot enough to use . Upon arriving it needed to be heated about an hour and a half to two hours later it still wasn’t warm enough. I paid more for this place because of the sauna which I never got to use . A bit disappointing.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was small but comfortable and clean. However, the place was nearly devoid of coffee, a real game changer for me. There was no coffee in the lobby, no coffee maker in room, and when I went downstairs to the lobby in the morning I was told there wouldn't be any coffee available until 6:30. By then I was gone.

The property has a nice breakfast, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The pool is maybe 15 feet by 12 feet, and the hot tub water is green and looks dirty. At night, there are street racers that kept us up until 1 and 2am. The breakfast room smells like trash, especially by the coffee. We went outside to eat and had to rearrange the dirty patio each morning. Because the pool was so small, only one family could be in it at a time. So, we sat in the chairs by the pool. The trash was overflowing and wreaked like old tuna. We left immediately. If they cleaned things up more and mitigated the racing, it would be a far more pleasant experience.

Hot tub and pool were nice but could have been cleaned up a bit more. There are no coffee makers available. Coffee is available only from 6-9 in the breakfast area. Older property but well maintained. Loved the toiletries provided (Lather brand)..I just wish a coffee bar was available 25/7 or that you could get a coffee maker for the room. I would hesitate towards boom again only for that reason..

We were informed that they no longer have coffee makers in the rooms and that there would not be any coffee in the lobby - only in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. We had an early flight. So we bought coffee at a Starbucks the night before and heated it in the morning. Ridiculous.

My room was clean, spacious and quiet. Great fridge with a freezer section large enough to freeze my 4 ice packs for my cooler. Took a while to get hot water, but once it came in, it was hot and good pressure. Towels were really soft. Luggage cart was available and easy to steer. Too chilly to swim, but the hot tub was really nice. Only complaint is that the sauna never got hot enough and the evening staff person wasn't helpful in the situation. Breakfast was limited, but good scrambled eggs, sausage and green chili sauce. Pancake machine wasn't working.

For the price you couldn't beat this hotel. It was very clean in the halls and rooms. The only negative is that the rooms are fairly small so if you have large bags then it is pretty crowded. The breakfast was good for the price as well.

Check-in was pleasant and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However… the air was not on in the room when I entered, and it was very hot and stuffy. I opened the window and turned the AC on and it never got to a cool comfortable temperature in the room while sleeping. After traveling all day, I was parched and wanted some cold water. I turned on the faucet and black specs came out of the faucet and the sink was not draining so those black specs were visible in the sink. I went to the front desk to ask about getting some ice and some water to drink and told him of the issue. I was told I could buy bottled water for a few dollars. I asked about switching rooms so I could have a sink that I could drink the tapwater but apparently they were sold out. Very unpleasant experience. Additionally, there was an item left in the fridge from a previous guest, which I turned into the front desk and when I pulled back the sheets, it looked like toast crumbs in the bed. I inspected the bed to make sure it wasn’t bedbugs and did not find any indication so I swept the crumbs off and went to bed. All I needed was a clean and comfortable place to sleep after traveling all day. If I return, I will bring my own water to drink because it is priced right when all I need is to get a few hours sleep before hitting the road again.

There was hair at the shower entrance, in the shower and on our sheets. Could have been cleaner for sure. Pretty big quirk that stood out to us was no coffee in the rooms. We asked the front desk where we could get some in the lobby and were told we had to wait for breakfast to open and go get some there. A bit challenging when you check out before breakfast opens. Location and price was good but probably wouldnt stay again.

We chose this hotel based on its nearness to the interstate since we were only staying one night before traveling on. It was easy to get into and out of, but it is only walk-able to the fashion outlets - not to any restaurants. We drove about a mile away to a great family owned Mexican restaurant - El Comal - which was recommended by the hotel staff. Our room was small but clean and quiet. The mattress was too stiff and made for an uncomfortable night's rest, but mattress comfort is subjective. The breakfast offerings were basically white starchy breads with eggs, beans and sausage, so we grabbed a yogurt and tea and were on our way. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fact that there were no outlets, charging options on both sides of the bed is out of step with standard rooms in 2025. We appreciated BF, but only having "white bread"

The heater in this room was incredibly loud. When it started it sounded like a diesel pick up truck accelerating from a stop light. We turned off the heat at night. The furnishings are dated and the room is quite small. (think European central city small) in spite of the rural location.I don't expect to return.

Room was quiet but small. Quiet is important to us. The breakfast was average. Nothing special compared to any other hotel. I was disappointed they didn’t offer any fresh fruit other than apples. We would definitely stay here again

Older hotel that has had some updates and isn’t bad for the price paid considering the area but with a few more renovations I could’ve given them 5 stars. Excellent breakfast, clean room and hotel for the most part. However there was a huge patch in the shower floor that felt like you were gonna fall through it and over half of the TV channels were inaccessible supposedly due to a bad storm. Again, for the price we paid it wasn’t bad and we would stay again at that price but not any higher.

The check in was a terrible experience! The nasty 20 year old punk at the check in was the type of person you would never put in position to be with public. I’m 73 and asked him if I could get a room closer to the entrance and instead he put me in the farthest room from the elevator on the third floor. Then he said “there’s an elevator’! Then he said he didn’t like my attitude. If I hadn’t prepaid I would never have stayed there. It’s in the middle of nowhere anyway. Would advise to find something else. The bathroom has a tiny stall shower. No tub. Bad experience overall. The parking lot was empty when I checked in so they could have easily accommodated my simple request. So much for customer service or respect for your elders.

Waken up on my first night by a call at 1am followed by knocking on my door. It was a staff member checking to see if the room was occupied. Who does that? Other than that there is not enough seating in the breakfast area or parking. Hotel is about what you should expect for the price but that unexpected 1am wake up will have me looking elsewhere next time i am in Santa Fe.

Parking lot is safe. Front desk staff is excellent as always! Especially a Young man on Monday, October 13. He was so helpful when a local restaurant delivery service, did not bring our drinks and plasticware so we can eat. The young man gave us some plastic wear and was very helpful and professional. Great location right by highway. Nice feel to the hotel. Thick carpets, nice furnishings. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked. Staff knowledgeable and efficient but not always warm and fuzzy. Bus takes you into downtown Santa Fe so that you can leave the car. Huge Walmart very nearby for last-minute purchases.

The room and hallways were clean and well lit. No funky odors. The breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfast. In addition to the eggs and sausage they offered fresh green chile salsa and pinto beans. The only thing that would have made it even better is if they offered corn or flour tortillas! I would definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed here two times on our recent road trip- once on the way there and once on the way home. It was reasonably priced, everything was clean and well decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the beans and green chiles with the eggs! It's not something we typically see back home and really fit in with the southwestern vibe of the area.
