Nice sized and nicely decorated room. Kinda dark, not many plugs, ripped sheets on the bed. Check in left 30 minutes before the posted closing time, but did leave our keys in an envelope. Piano bar vacant all weekend. Parking is seemingly plentiful, but lots of weird angles if you have a big SUV or truck. Great walkable location near great places to eat and drink in downtown Santa Fe. Not all bad but lots of other nicer options offer all the same good stuff and less of the not so good.

Bedsheets were ripped and had holes. Breakfast staff was on phone while at tables. Had to go to the kitchen to ask for silverware. buffet plates were dirty and chipped, glasses cracked. Air system in the room didn’t work properly. Ants in the bathroom. All but one staff dressed very unprofessionally. probably would not stay there again.

The staff who are onsite from 8-8 were very pleasant and helpful. We especially liked the location of our room on the ground floor with a small, private patio and its close proximity to the shopping plaza. The room could use a deep clean as there were noticeable areas that have not been addressed in a while.

The charming New Mexico character and atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — within walking distance of the Plaza and the Atlantic theater, which was perfect for the show I attended. My dog was also welcome, which made it an easy choice. I’d happily return. The restaurant staff stood out as particularly attentive, though the rest of the team seemed to be either short-staffed or still finding their footing.
