Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Room service was not on demand, had to be scheduled a day in advance. Water had to be refilled by going down to floor 1. A general sense of hostility from the reception desk prevailed throughout the stay. More like a motel experience than a hotel.

Front desk staff had quite a bit of confusion at check in. After checking out, I received receipts showing zero balance. Front desk called back to say there had been an issue with my credit card but kept forwarding me to corporate as I tried to resolve it corporate said it has to be with the hotel. I’m in circular logic for a problem that does not appear to be mine. Breakfast buffet was 5/10. Eggs, waffles, and potatoes were cold 2 of the 3 days we were there.
