Stayed the night for a local concert at Darien Lake. Yes, this hotel is very conveniently located to Darien, but is an absolute dive. The beds were small, the amenities were lacking, very loud, and don't get me started on the "free breakfast"

Expedia messed up my reservation. It seemed like every employee smoked. Sign do not smoke within 25 feet of entrance was posted but foot traffic was funneled right by the smokers. Manager and family with at least two children lived in apartment right off of lobby with family noises echoing right at front desk. At breakfast the children were in an out getting food and their manners left a lot to be desired. The closest parking space to the front door was reserved for the manager and not a handicap Space which as being handicapped myself found this concerning .

Stayed 2 nights

My room had some small maintenance issues that I could get around for my 2 night stay. The hallway was occasionally noisy but I slept well while I was there.

Thankful late arrival wasn't a problem. But no staff visible when we needed to check-out in the morning, even after ringing the bell several times, so we left the room keycard on the reception desk. The room we were in had some wonky lights, and at least one very wobbly outlet. But for the purposes of sleeping a few hours and hitting the road again, it served it's purpose.
