Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. A couple of minor complaints. Had to ask for new towels all 3 nights we were there. The height of the ledge in the tub/shower is a challenge for older/disabled people. And be aware there is no elevator to the upper floors.

Everything was broken or out of order, I don’t know how you call that breakfast, no coffee before 6:30 am, no phone or remote in the room, broken ice machine, broken laundry, broken pool, broken room key machine, no elevator! You charge money for people to be comfortable away from home and with everything that is NOT available and or working is complete inconvenience. I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst ever! I would never recommend this hotel or stay here again. It should be shut down until proper repairs and upgrades are made. Never been so disgusted by a hotel experience!

Small lumpy pillows, a strange odor permeated the place. Lousy coffee and breakfast choices. The bed was comfortable only because we had our own pillows. It was quiet. No smart TV. The workout room was the size of a bathroom. Not worth the money.

The laundry for guest was broken, the lock on the exit door facing route 98 is broken. I asked the general manager how long the lock had been broken, she refused to answer, admitted a part of the lock was broken/ missing. I asked for the hotels corporate number to ask why it wasn'treplaced/ how long it's been broken, she refused , but gave me the hotel number, which is useless since she already refused to answer the questions I asked. I looked up the hotels main page on the internet and sent an email to Tom Elis (Tom.Elis@Cipher.com), in which I received an email error code 550 5.1.1.-- user unknown. I then tried to email through the website, which didn't work, so i called phone number on the website. The number was no longer in service. That phone number is listen as 901-123-4567. Its a fake number? Not sure, but it wasn't in service. Basically, if there's a safety concern about a lock not working and anyone can walk inside the hotel, you can't report it to anyone except to the person refusing to answer the questions. Not good customer service. A patron who was with his wife got the door to shut, but once he got it to shut, the key wouldn't open the door from the outside. Safety should be a top priority, in my opinion, but my opinion is only that, an opinion. I won't stay at that hotel again.

Grass needed to be mowed. Very limited breakfast options. Outside door did not lock correctly. Location has a pool, however there is no water.

All around a very dissapointing stay. Hotel room was dirty. Bed sheets were stained and seemed uncleaded. The Washroom wall was dirty and the blinds were broken, the room joing door lock wasnt working properly either. The Outdoor pool was closed even though it said it was open upon booking. Also someone was smoking in there room and set the fire alarm at 2am in the morning. Had to evacuate! Just wouldnt stay here again. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful the free breakfast was average. Just sharing this as I was dissapointed nothing was done to make the situation amy better Cheers

Maintenance of building very poor. Doors without handles, broken exterior door, carpet on stairs dirty, not enough towels, & though it claimed to be a nonsmoking facility, it smelled Smokey

Hotel was Ok. Upon entering room there was an odor I can’t describe. Website said there was a pool, pool was not open or maintained. Pool is 1 reason I chose this location. Only instant coffee available. The price was right, but goes back to the saying, you get what you pay for. Several large potholes in lot. Would not return.

The pool and vending machine was broken. Toothpaste was all over the mirror and the toilet was not flushed from the previous users. It did the job, but I fear we will not be back.

Much need of repair & TLC. Side doors entering building had no lock system, so anyone could come & go. Basic needs met- running water, flushing toilet, decent bed & AC. Did not stay for bkst.

We got caught in a horrible snow storm and it was the only hotel left with a room don’t stay here. It was frightening. Stains on the ceiling, dirty coke bottle behind the bed side table, blood spots and something worse on the underside of the quilt. Weird yellow stain on the “new” bar of soap. We did check for bed bugs and didn’t see any but we “slept” on our coats on top of the bed until the roads were cleared. It was horrible

Filthy place

it took the staff more than 15 mins to check us in or out everytime we went to the counter over the weekend because they were sitting in the back room on their phone. you could see and hear it. very unprofessional. and our room was extremely dirty. there was hair and dirt in the tub and all around the bed. the parking situation is awful with an insane amount of potholes everywhere. worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel was old and dirty. The stairs to our room were not clean at all. Our room was gross to say the least. They did not have a hot breakfast in the morning.

Overall disappointed and hotel did not come close to reviews. Smelled like cigarettes and fish. No toilet paper. Toilet did not flush. Sink did not drain. Stains and splatters all over walls. Bed had hair in it. Stick in window to hold it shut.

Dirty stained bed sheets and blankets and asked for replacement bed sheets, they gave us more stained bedding. Clumps of random hair left in tub and bathroom wasn't clean

BEDBUGS. Woke up with them crawling all over the bed. There are three mattress covers so they are obviously very aware it's a problem. Stay away.

This place is old, dirty, noisy, and trashy. Nothing was comfortable or clean. Don’t waste your money — there are far better options nearby.

Had to move to another room at 2:30 am because of a bed bug problem. Disappointed management did not comp at least that night.

The hot water situation was really bad. It ran out very quickly which made the jet tub very difficult to use. The room was around 55 degrees when we arrived. The fitness center was unusable. The room was taped in plastic with freezing cold air blowing around. It was probably 40 degrees in there. Wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is very outdated. My room smelled like very musty and I’m just glad I could keep my window open for some airflow. The price is right for what I need which is just a place to sleep and shower for work but the hotel definitely needs some upgrades.

Room was SUPER spacious. And I LOVED that the bathroom had a bathtub and not just a shower. Room had adjustable temperature and you could even turn the fan off completely for perfect silence. That’s what I’m looking for! Thank you!

The hot tub in the room is amazing!

Nice spacious room. I had the jacuzzi room and couldn't have been more comfortable. Check in was nice. Desk staff was very helpful. Enjoyable stay

Older property with lots of noises from air conditioner. I am a deep sleeper - but this place defeated me.

Lots of cosmetic issues, the floor, the paint on the walls, dirty carpet and floors. Beds were comfortable. Light in the bathroom didn’t work.

The room itself was fine, but every time I've checked into this hotel the woman who sometimes runs the front desk is rude and nosey. My partner and I cosplay sometimes for fun and she basically wouldn't check us in until she decided to stop asking us invasive questions. Really, is it that hard to just mind your own business? The man who runs the desk is very polite and doesn't do that. We won't be back, unfortunately.

Lack of a bathmat and washcloths was inconvenient. Having to plug in the TV and microwave was confusing. No phone in the room, OK, everyone has mobile phones these days, but also no card in the room with the phone number to call if help was needed. Luckily I had asked at the desk and had it, because I had to call at 11 PM because of very noisy neighbors. They handled it quickly. Perhaps a “Quiet Hours” policy would be helpful.

Enjoyed my stay . Staff were very friendly and Rickie , motel manager was extremely accommodating and professional.

I ran into weather problems. I called the hotel and the staff promised to call me back. I waited 3 hours. I called them back and they just said they could not help me. By then, it was too late to reach Orbitz. All i needed was a date change. There was no change in rate to stay 1/6 instead. I have stayed there before but never again. The staff misled me and I lost the room charge. Then, hours later, I get an email from them claiming it was my problem for using Orbitz. If there is absolutely no flexibility- during a non peak period to adjust due to weather, I will be sure to leave as many reviews as I can about the poor customer service. They lost a good customer today.

Tried to check in and the front desk was closed so we had to go to another hotel.....

We called the property at 1pm on the 10th to let them know we wouldn’t be there until almost midnight after our concert. The woman who answered assured us that it wasn’t a problem and we could check in then. We get there and they canceled our room and gave it to somebody else. I had never been so upset with a hotel and had to drive the three hours back home because of this.

Excellent staff at front desk the gentleman was very helpful and even upgraded me at no extra cost just honestly for being a repeat customer and a smiling face 😊 I will be returning again and again.

In a good location, although right off the highway which is a benefit and a drawback in terms of noise. The room was clean and comfortable as advertised. No complaints for a one night stay over after attending a nearby concert.

Hotel was located right off the main interstate which was great for travel in and out of Batavia. The room was in great shape, could have used a place to place luggage but diod have a table for my laptop, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was clean, staff was pleasant and attentive. Place has a small outdoor pool but we did not get a chance to use it. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Nice friendly staff. Hotel righr off I 90. Bed was good.In room jacuzzi was good. Room overall needs improvement. Wall paper peeling. Dirty in some area. Breakfast was modest but OK. Good for an overnight stay.

Breakfast was very limited

The toilet would not flush unless you removed back cover, had to have maintenance come fix it. The hallway smelled like cigarettes covered by perfume. The pressure in the shower was not great. When going to use the hairdryer it made a noise and started to smoke. All of which was reported to front desk. They offered another room but only staying 1 night so it was not worth moving.

Hotel reception were very friendly. Breakfast was to be included between 630-930, however by 8 the breakfast was depleted and when asking for more items was brought 2 apples and told all they could privide for day. Hotel has no elevator therefore not ideal for someone with mobility issues. Parking lot has deep potholes. Had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little in the room on the roll. Pool not open...under repaired for years. Very disappointed.

No coffee, no breakfast till 7:30 am . No coffee in Room. Fridge barely worked. No attendant after midnight.So dont misplace your key.. Its cheap so the rooms were clean and beds werent luxurious but good enough

This is well worth the price. Value is good for single parent family. Breakfast was awful not enough staff. Not much selection ran out of food, coffee and counter was a mess and no one cleaned it up. Lady from the check in counter was very rude and not trying to assist the families with anything. Could def be better.

Fairly priced, but nothing too special about this hotel. Area around the hotel is poorly maintained but the room itself was clean. Also friendly staff at the desk. Breakfast is included but rather simple: a toaster, peanut butter, jelly, boiled eggs, yoghurt, milk, cereal and coffee/tea and fruits like apple bananas and oranges. We missed the cheese, ham, bacon etc but well.. you get what you pay for. People book this hotel mainly for the nearby waterpark. We used it to avoid the very steep hotel prices at Niagara Falls which is about 1 hour drive from here.

The breakfast area was filthy. Coffee and cereal spilled all over counters. No one replenished condiments. 8am there were 3 bagels and some coffee.

Very kind , and the only thing not so great was the breakfast offered. It was more like a light snack. But everything else was awesome!
