Hampton Inn Batavia

The bathroom floor had long black hair all over. The bathtub was dirty and also had long black hair in it. I’m blonde. My boyfriend is bald. Also, the final disappointment was that the bath towels, 2 out of 4, had holes in them. Of course you don’t see that until you open up the towel when you get out of the shower. I always stay at a Hampton inn when I travel. Theryre always great. This horrible.

We traveled to your location for specifically your pool. We called the hotel to confirm it was open and was assured “yes the pool is in operational use” My children jumped into the pool and screamed in agony at the temperature! Come to find out the pool was approximately 60 degrees and the heater was broken. Per the hotel staff, corporate was aware and had no plans to fix. The pool heater has been broken for months!!! Not our idea of a fun night at your hotel. We called the head office that night, furious, their response, “talk to the manager in the morning” we agin proceeded to inform them and was told nothing can be done. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

The room was fine, not super comfortable but not bad. Breakfast was less than great. Missing a lot of things at opening and the lady was not friendly or helpful at all.
