The room was expensive. I booked it because they had an indoor pool. After we arrived, they shut the pool down due to some mechanical issue. The property overall was not up to the normal Hampton standards. Was a bit older and somewhat less clean.

Everything was great. Only negative was the hot tub. Seems like jets were installed incorrectly and are pointed up towards the surface, creating annoying splashing and overflowing the tub

Hallway being was leaking- pool and hot tub closed- (which is why we went). The woman at the desk was VERY nice. But the place was a disappointment. Didn’t even stay the night.

No hot water in room, no tissues, pool water temperature was very, very cold, no cream or sugar in room for coffee, no tea bags in room, no paper towels in men’s room downstairs. A sign said that feedback is welcome, but when told of some of these things the staff said “oh we have heard that from others too.”

Stayed here because they had a pool for the kids to play. Pool was closed due to renovation. Was not made aware until after check in. Bathroom was gross in the room. Had hair in the bathtub and bathroom counter. Would not stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were so nice. The Hotel was pretty cleaned, needs a lot of updating. The pool water was so cold, no where to seat near the pool. The Hot Tub was old and the jets didn’t work. (Pool and hot tub area needs a lot of work.

She had a hard time finding our reservation when we checked in. When we went to our room, which was number 20 one the door was wide open, and the bed was unmade. When we went back down to the desk, they gave us room 30 one and never told us that it was a handicap room. The curtains or blinds were missing and did not work so there was no way for us to close the windows. The view was the highway behind us. Everything was very dated and the rug was very dirty in the bathroom. The handicap rail was completely rusted and a toilet was dirty. Very unsatisfied with the stay

Toilet was not clean. Need towel racks in the bathroom. One tiny bad of soap. Need to tell customs about your cleaning policy rather than depend on leaving a paper in the room.

The room had mostly dead bugs along the edge of the walls. the closet had a few dozen dead bugs on the floor. the electric curtain was broken and stuck down. The A/c did not work from the wall remote. Not sure if the room had not been used in a while but did not feel clean. Then when a few of the bugs turned out to no be dead...

Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Bed was comfy and staff were nice and happy. What ruined our stay was very stale smell in our room and it was very damp so it was uncomfortable sleeping. There was mold in the corner of the bathroom. When I told the front desk they said the staff will make sure it gets sprayed better, hence masking, probably a major issue with the room. We were in room 221.

Our first room smelled like smoke, but we were moved immediately to a new room, which was greatly appreciated. However, in the new room, the air conditioner was extremely loud and seemed room seemed like it needed a dehumidifier. The breakfast, while free, left much to be desired.

I reserved a King bed room through Hotels.com and paid for my stay on the site. When I arrived at the Hampton, they had my reservation but did not have a King bed available and did not have record of my payment. I accepted the Queen bed. I showed them my payment receipt from Hotels.com but they insisted on charging me anyway. The hot tub was merely warm and my complaint to the front desk staff fell on unconcerned ears. I went to the desk in the morning again to confront the double charge for the room. After much arguing, they "found" the double payment and reimbursed me. Disappointing at best. Fruatrating.

The front desk gave made multiple room keys for my room. As we ( daughter and grandbaby) we relaxing, ppl were trying to get in. Front desk blamed it on the " Indian lady" who owns the hotel. After yrs of coming here...never ever again! The word will be spread!!

We were awoken at 11:30pm when someone was trying to enter our room. Followed by a phone call wanting to know who I was and what our room number was. They said we weren't in the system. Followed by a second phone call wanting to know if we were part of the national grid. Then a third call, by now it was midnight saying that I had to come to the desk with ID and a confirmation number which I had already provided at check in. When I went to the desk they took my info and finally found or reservation saying it had been canceled. We were checked into our room sleeping. How could it be canceled. Then they said it was canceled because my card had been declined. Well, my card was not declined. Expedia took my payment off my card then when they went to pay the hotel the card they used was declined not mine. The desk clerk said she would call expedia and straighten things out and for me to go get some sleep. Im sure this could have waited until the morning to be handled. This was a very unpleasent stay to say the least and will not use expedia or stay at a Hampton again.

Close to food and nearby attractions. Beds were uncomfortable, only one poor lady working all weekend trying to meet the needs of all guests, bathtub was caulked and caulk floating in tub, only had 2 towels for 4 guests, elevator wasn’t sure if it was going to go and the door was going to open or not, hot tub out of order.
