Clean and convenient smaller franchise hotel. Our room was an accessible one. A bit small but had everything we needed. Quiet, set back from the road. Well-appointed handicap friendly bathroom. Comfortable beds. One of the better values in the area. We'd stay here again.

I had reserve a room. But my spouse as a problem of claustrophobia and she is allergic to animals. She has always the need to visit the room before to accept a room. Why. Because it's when she is in the room she can see if she's well. When we entered in the room, she opened the curtains and a wall was pretty closed of the window. It's not only the size of the room that is important, she needs an open space outside from the window. We asked for the second floor to may be have an open space in front of the window. All the second floor was rented. We asked if there was a room on the parking available but those room were for people with animals. There was no room for her need available. It's a challenge to find a room for her. We asked all the time for a room without being occupied by pets but sometimes immediatly when she enters in the room she smells the previous presence of pets. Plus, the problem I had reserve with Hotels.com with a reward to pay the room. Somebody from the hotel is supposed to call me. No call up to now.
