The stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. The room and public areas are very clean. There is no smoke smell and the AC was wonderful on a 90 degree day. There is easy access to Rt. 17 and SUNY Binghamton is less than a ten minute drive. Plenty of free parking. The drain for the tub/shower can be loud and vibrate if the not fully open. Scared my wife with the tub vibration, but only happened once during our five day stay. Traffic noise is a little loud, but did not bother me. Breakfast area is nice, but it is simple. No eggs or bacon. The waffles are great and there is yogurt, breads, cereal and juice. Could use some fruit for vegetarians. Overall, we were happy and will stay again in the future. From what others mentioned in our class, it is probably the best midrange hotel in the area.

Front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially Marianne! Room was quiet, spacious, and clean. Plenty of food delivery options in the area, and the ice machines on premises were heavenly to have. Couldn't ask for a better stay. We'll be back!

Super efficient check in. When I called to confirm about my reservation before arriving, the lobby staff already had my name from the number. Nice and clean place, decent gym, location very closet to restaurants and other areas of interest.

This property served our needs nicely (visiting Binghamton U). Room & bath very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good . Convenient on/off for local highways and ample parking. Would definitely stay again.

The swing door lock is broken. The bed was wrinkled and stained. The breakfast has barely anything to choose from. It’s like the hotel people are too lazy to cook any eggs or sausages, there was only bread to toast ourselves. The front lady spoke in monotone and wasn’t friendly.

My room was amazingly clean. The housekeeper is next level. I am a housekeeping supervisor in a hospital so attention to detail is what I do. Even the pipes for toilet were clean. Not one hair in sight. I was very happy.

The room was in good condition, and staff was polite. However, the location of the hotel is pretty bad. It was surrounded on at least on two sides by I-86. Our room was outside of the sound barrier. The traffic noise was loud. Fortunately, we were tired enough to be able to fall asleep. If one is a light sleeper, that might be a problem.

Not impressed with the quality of outlets. The outlets on the desk did not keep the plugs in. We ended up having to unplug the clock and light behind the beds to plug in our CPAPs. we were uns ke to charge our phones etc due to sideways plugs on the desk.

Cindy at the front desk when I checked in was great, very friendly. Every employee i encountered was always pleasant. The continental breakfast was good. I would have to say I would stay at that hotel again.

Lady at check-in was obnoxious. When told that I checked in online, instead of asking my name, she condescendingly stated that how should she know my name and mumbled some other stuff about someone else checked in online and it was a woman so obviously I must be the male one.i think she was just annoyed that I disturbed her knitting.

Everything was very good until after we checked out and were on the road. We received a call from the manager, Mary Ann. She said our record showed that we had requested an extra pillow but that it was not in the room. I said that we never requested or received an extra pillow and that it must be an error. She said, “So you’re accusing my employee of being a liar.” I said, “No. just that someone made an error.” She refused to believe that we did not request then steal a pillow. She was rude and unprofessional, and completely off base with her accusations and completely unwilling to accept that we were telling the truth. We called Wyndham corporate to lodge a complaint and will not pay for the supposedly stolen pillow. And while the overall stay was fine - including the our interaction with the employee who erroneously put an extra pillow on our account - we will not ever be staying at this location again.

The check in desk clerk was great. Easy and quick and she was very nice. The check out clerk the following morning was wonderful. Maryann. I had issues with my truck and she was incredibly understanding and helpful. I will be staying there again.

Hotel is nice and clean . Front desk lady was rude like every time I’ve been there. Tried to. Heck in early at 130. Yes I know check in is at 3. But this lady was nasty and made us sit in the car in the cold and snow and wait . Barely any cars in the parking lot. Pretty sure there were several rooms available for me to check in . We will not be staying here again and she should not be working in the industry if she can’t treat people with respect.

Came up from Philadelphia area to visit university for my son, hotel was located very close to shopping, dining and the school. Only one complaint, we were on the back of the hotel close to the highway and it was a little bit loud, could hear the highway/trucks etc. Overall though, great staff, clean, well located and great price point.

I guess I might have rated it higher if not for some misleading stuff and one thing that was a complete waste of time. Unless I was 9, there was no free breakfast. Bread, a waffle and some cheap, non-Greek yogurt is not breakfast. There were zero protein options, just a bunch of empty carbs. I also got a link to checkin online, which I did, but that was a waste of time because I went through the complete checkin process when I arrived. When I checkin online at a Hilton, I’m done, and I expected similar, but that process was just a waste of time. Outside of that, the room was fine, though a bit drafty unless you really cranked up the heat. I would still recommend if you actually were more honest with some features/processes.
