The hotel was close to I-81, and room was very comfortable. What I did find that was poor were the narrow, small elevators. I could hardly get the cart into the elevator. The door would also close very quickly not allowing much time for people to safely get on or get off.

This location was fun, right from our late check-in. Friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable and the a/c worked amazingly. The shower had great water pressure; those with long hair will appreciate knowing this. Breakfast was a well organized variety of hot, cold and fresh items. We had Activia yogurt, apples, bacon, cheese omelettes on a toasted bagel to start our day. The fresh apple juice and hot coffee were perfect. Great bunch of hard working staff. The fitness room was clean and designed well.

Ok overall. Furnishings in room were a little worn and there were a couple of stains in the carpet, but it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Extra points for have a couple of Level 2 EV chargers for guests, $.30 kWh.

The outside of the property was clean and kept well. The room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was well staffed and very good. Some suggestions: the hallways and elevator are in need of some TLC. The carpet and furniture in the room were shabby and stained. I am assuming there have been issues with the elevator as there were large signs indicating that only 5 people can ride at a time. Overall, for the cost it was an acceptable place to stay. The bed was super comfortable.

I had no problems with room or breakfast. I like the free breakfast when I travel with kids. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. Next time will look for a hotel with indoor pool

DONT stay here‼️when I check in the bath tub was so dirty but I arrive late in the evening so I decided to wait until morning and when I ask to have it clean the reception first ignore me standing their so I waited patiently until she acknowledged me then ask to have my room clean she basically said no so I researched who owns the chain and called customer relations and when I returned they only cleaned the tub and it still looked stain n dirty

Conveniently located off of Route 81. The hotel was clean and comfortable both inside and out. Although we missed the breakfast, there was still coffee in the lobby which was very good. We were very pleased with our one night stay. The price was also very reasonable.

While the staff were exceptional, the facility was dirty and there were stains not only in the carpet outside the rooms but inside as well. The bathroom looked as if it needed to be renovated and the tub had visible mold. The door to the bathroom did not shut completely also.

There was no staff at the desk when I arrived, so I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes until someone came. When I got to my room, there were toenail clippings, hair and other things covering the carpet. The bed linens had stains, hair and animal fur on and in them. The bathroom had toothpaste and soap congealed on multiple surfaces and the shower curtain and tub had brown smears… they sent someone up to vacuum and we received one new blanket… that was it. If everything in town wasn’t sold out I would have left.

Super close to all shopping and dining options. Room was clean and neat. Only there was a brown stain on the mattress cover that was not made by me. I didn’t notice until the last day. Kind of gross but overall stay was good.

Sheets and comforters were stained. I had to change rooms. The new room had 2 beds. The one bed was not fit to sleep in. The comforter looked like moths had eaten it and had a huge urine stain that did not was out. One of the wash cloths had a fecal matter stain. Disgusting. I will not stay there again.

In town for the basketball state finals. Lobby was nice, but when I went into the elevator I suddenly felt like I wasn’t coming out. Filthy, dated, in bad shape. Getting out of elevator there is plexus glass on a large wall, like it’s protecting it from falling more apart. Beds looked clean in room, bathroom door destroyed. Looked like and felt like a cheap closet door. It was scratched up and peeling. Found finger nail clippings in floor in bathroom. Rooms need major work. Bathtub was chipping…Cable and internet were good. Price was right in the area, but only because the nice hotels were really high. This should have been a $65 a night room instead of $115

Property was very convenient. Just a short drive off the highway. I would recommend asking for a room that does not face the highway though. Walls are a little thin. Easy to hear sounds from the room next door (in our case a very talented violinist!) Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Decent breakfast, decent coffee.

Just off I81 this hotel has great parking and checkin staff. The hallways to the elevators are so narrow that the luggage carts mark the walls prehaps putting sheet plexiglass would allow tthat to be cleaned easier than the wallpaper or paint

The lobby of the property was clean and updated looking. The breakfast area was clean and kept up with. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude and unfriendly. Did not say hello, did not make eye contact, did not speak to us clearly enough that we even knew she was talking to us. My daughter checked in separately and had the same experience. The elevators are very dated. The floor we stayed on was very dated and brown. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and dust in the corners of the floor, discolored mold/debris on the fan venting, marks on the walls, questIonable cleanliness of the tub. There were stains on the carpet in the main area of the room. We were in town for a funeral and were on a tight schedule the night we arrived and the following full day so I did not pursue this with the hotel. I also felt like if I brought it to the attention of the person at the desk who checked us in it would have fallen on deaf ears. The rest of the staff we encountered was friendly but I will not stay there in the future.

This hotel had friendly and helpful staff from the front desk, to the housekeeper, to the breakfast attendant. Our family got 2 rooms and we had a quick check-in and we enjoyed some complimentary nachos when we arrived. We went to the pool and there were a few pool toys that made it fun for the kids. The breakfast had a huge variety and tasted great! The only drawback was our keys didnt work on any outside doors so we had to go through the front entrance which wasnt very close to our rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfort Inn Binghamton is a convenient location to the interstate and there are places to pick-up groceries. I enjoyed a double queen room, the beds were very comfortable. The linens in the bathroom were clean and fresh. I suggest going somewhere for a healthy breakfast. The hotel seemed to be understaffed, since there was a long wait to checking in.

We were on Binghamton for the Luma Arts projection festival. The Comfort Inn was convenient to the highway and downtown. The breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal… Staff: The man who oversaw the breakfast was very attentive. Both woman who were at the front desk for check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and room smelled fresh and clean unlike many hotel rooms.

Bed came with throw pillows,no parking, pubic hair all over bathroom and toilet,walls and hairdryer was disgusting. Got to breakfast at 8:30 was nothing left was supposed to be until 9:00. All in all horrible experience.
