Syracuse Inn

This place is an absolute nightmare! I had to switch rooms three times. The first room they put me into, the shower was covered in black mold. The next room they’ve moved me into was filthy dirty the floors were disgusting. The third room they put me into had not been cleaned and the maid asked me to change the sheets on the bed!!!When I asked them for clothes hangers, they told me they did not have hangers. After I looked at him and said this is a motel, correct why would you not have hangers? Miraculously two appeared. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was stained. The shower curtain was stained, and the toilet was not connected to the floor completely. Needless to say me and my partner went to a local CVS and bought cleaning products to clean our own room. I plan on filing a formal complaint. This place should be condemned!!

Room had a broken window had to change rooms. Put us in a smoker room.

Booked a room on short notice. As soon as you walk in the room there is a pungent odor like cigarettes,sweat and body odor. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting there was fecal matter smeared on walls throughout the bathroom sink and toilet were stained. The front desk person was a decent guy but he was never around and when I mentioned the condition of the room he seemed indifferent. There is also a large number of people either on substances or in recovery occupying the premises at any given time. 0/10 would not recommend!

I was assigned a second room after the first was too dirty to sleep in. The second room had two empty nightstands and one floor lamp. The tv and dresser were fine. The couch cushions were heavily stained and upon inspecting the mattress, I discovered about 2/3 of it was covered in a mysterious stain. I left and requested a refund which the host kindly agreed to. I don’t know where the positive reviewers stayed, but it sure wasn’t at the same hotel!

Common arears were filthy, toilet seat cracked.
