Super 8 was great! My stay here was for less than 24 hours, so I have no real complaint, the hotel and room was clean, & the bed was comfortable. The free round trip airport transportation was very helpful & on time, as I had to go right back to the airport the very next morning.

In complete transparency, my needs were simple: a place to sleep a few hours and a way to get to the airport at an unreasonably early hour. Being the cheapest room around was a huge bonus. Staff is very friendly and they run a shuttle to the airport every half hour, all night long. We are very pleased!

The airport shuttle worked fine. What I did not like is that in their hotel info the shuttle was free, but then we were told that it will cost us $59 to keep our car there until we return. There was nothing telling us that when we booked the room. I think we should be reimbursed for the $59. The night (early morning) clerk was fantastic.

I was very disappointed to be told that despite the website saying there was an airport shuttle (which was why I chose this hotel)), the shuttle is only for airline personnel. Fortunately I was able to get an uber. That was not an expense that I had planned on.

This hotel totally exceeded expectations in every way, was spotless with comfortable beds and a friendly, helpful staff. It's located at a busy intersection in a suburban area near an interstate highway, yet is built like a fort with no discernible noise reaching our room. Yes, our room was small but everything else--especially cleanliness and comfort--were first-rate. Additionally, the rates were affordable. We would definitely stay at this excellent hotel again.

The room was ok but the bathroom was not the cleanest. There was hair in the sink, shower, and on the floor. Also, the heater was really weird there was no regulation so if you turn it on it just keeps running. With it off the room was too cold and with it on it was too hot, so I didn’t sleep well. The ceiling in the hallway was also leaking, but that didn’t bother me that much.

We have stayed multiple times and find it is a great place to stay for a great price. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only marks off would be the chlorine-like smell, mainly in the lobby. They do not have a pool, so I am guessing it was from a cleaner. It was not crazy strong but was noticeable during check-in; at least you could tell it was cleaned. The smell was gone when we came down later that night. Overall our stay was good.

When I arrived after 8pm I was greeted by a lovely young man. Very thorough and organized. He gave me a lot of information in a friendly manner. The hotel was spotless, room clean. First time ever staying at a Super 8 for me.

The location is convenient to many things.The property is clean and the day staff seemed friendlier than the night staff. The driveway is weird as it seems like your pulling into Mcdonalds. The oulets could use updating, all outlets were loose and had trouble holding any plugs. The morning of check out we had wait for hot water to shower, the hotel was sold out the night before.

I booked a specific room due to the description that it slept 5 people. During the online pre check in, I requested the room sleeps 5 people as advertised. Once we entered our room it contained only 2 double beds. I went down to the front desk to inquire and was given a roll away bed, to take back up myself with an additional $17.00 charge. The room was incredibly hot upon arriving, the air conditioning wasn't turned on. The toilet ran loudly continuously, the beds were uncomfortable. The room wasn't soundproof. I could hear people at the hotel next door outside, people in the halls, doors slamming. Twice it sounded like someone was trying to enter our room. This was second stay at this hotel. The first time was good enough that I stayed a second time. I won't stay here again. I can say the room and bathroom were clean but small.

We got delayed crossing into the US from Canada. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 3:30 in the morning. The night time attendant was kind and courteous and helped us get checked in quickly so we could get to bed after traveling all day. The rooms are a little outdated but as clean as can be expected. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely spend the night at this hotel!

Ratings have to be on value. This motel is 100% worth the value. I was by myself visiting family in the area and just needed a reliable bed to sleep in. WiFi was fine, TV was fine. I was SHOCKED when my they cleaned my room daily. For the price, not going to beat it. Only issue was thin walls, noise from parking lot and McDonald's drive thru. Are there better places nearby? 100%. But you'll pay more.

The outlets and usb connections on the bedside unit were not working. Had to unplug the light and move the bedside table in order to be able to plug in a cpap machine and charger. No outlet available on the other side of the bed either. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Quiet, bed was good. Room clean.

Really small bathroom.Sink is 2’ off the ground. I am 6 foot one when I go to brush my teeth. The sink is down at my knees. Why would the sink be that low? No grab bars in the shower I thought that was cold in New York ?

We stayed here one night on a road trip and it is a good value for the money. Nothing fancy, but clean and safe and exactly what we expected. The only downside was our window faced the McDonald’s drive thru, and there were lots of motorcycles that were pretty noisy.

When I saw that all the reviews that said the hotel was Excellent, I was wary...and rightfully so. While, it was clean (save for a few spots on the microwave), there were spots that were in need of repair especially in the bathroom. Caulking job was terrible, the faucet was loose, and worse, the shower curtain rod was rusted and leaning out of the wall that the curtain wouldn't stay closed. These items are beyond repair and should be replaced.

I stay here anytime I am flying out of Syracuse on an early flight. I have always enjoyed my stay. This time, the front desk person in the morning when I went to catch the shuttle was extremely rude. I may need to find another hotel. She really needs to be coached on how to speak to patrons.

The hotel is one of my favorites in the area when I’m traveling through. The staff are the best. Kind, accommodating and I’ve stayed here almost a dozen times. Janet at the front desk received me with a positive greeting and set me up in a quiet room upon my request. This hotel is affordable, clean and most importantly, has a cool staff. Thank you again!

Property was EXTREMELY clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Checkin went very smooth! Check out did not go well as I forgot to return my key after I exited and since the property was locked in the early morning hours on Saturday, I ended up banging on the window to get the clerks attention. She seemed very peeved that I was disturbing her. Also, I had reached out twice the night before departure to the hotel to confirm the availability of the airport shuttle, but it turns out I didn’t have a reservation. Fortunately, the shuttle driver had an extra seat, but take note… especially during early morning shuttles, you will need to have a reservation on the shuttle as there are limited seat seats. However, did I mention how clean the room was? That kind of made up for everything as far as I’m concerned.

This is my 2nd time here in 2 months. I returned because my first visit was so comfortable and the front desk staff are so friendly and kind. Taedon took great care of me upon arrival, giving me a great suggestion for dinner and giving me the option to have a quiet room on the 3rd floor after I said I was exhausted from travel. He even asked how dinner was, and if I was comfortable when I returned from eating. A true gentleman, thank you, Taedon.

The Night lady with a crunchy wig that needed to be retired years ago very rude and wouldn’t tell me her name so I that’s how I’ll describe it. She acts as if customers are bothering her while she’s working before I can even tell her this issue she was already huffing her breath. Then the Morning Manager I guess it is I ain’t get her name she had yellow rotting bottom teeth she was rude too because of what the lady told her she already had an attitude when I approached her.

If you're looking for a hotel room without a lot of bells and whistles - just a place to sleep while you busy yourself with other things around Syracuse - AND you have access to a car to get where you need to go, this will do the trick. The staff is cordial and helpful. The air conditioner in the room worked well. The bed was comfortable (if you like firm mattresses). The bathroom was clean. And it's a 5-minute drive from the airport.

The stay was good. We were only going to be in town for two days so it served the purpose. The cleaning staff was very pleasant! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Bathroom was a little too small other than that it’s a good hotel. Oh breakfast wasn’t really breakfast food!

I love that you can safely park your car stay in a clean room and have 24 hour shuttle bus service to the airport. Only complaint was the complimentary breakfast. All that was offered was bagels juice and coffee.
