We were locked out of the pool area.Help eventually got the key. Pool was very dirty on the bottom. Also pool was VERY COLD. We could only stay in a very short time because it was so cold

We have stayed at many Comfort properties through the years and believe they offer great value for the price. In this case, part of the reason we booked this hotel was to provide some indoor pool activities for the grand children. We were very disappointed to hear that the pool was down for maintenance with no comment about its return to service. Almost felt like the ice cream machines at McDonalds...

Hotel is run down! The A/C did not work, rooms are not clean, pool water has too much chlorine, some staff were not really helpful. The tv doesn’t connect to wifi. Wifi in general extremely slow

Our family vacationed on a road trip for 12 days, and this was our favorite hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary, at the front desk, went way out of her way to be so helpful to us in everything we needed. The pool was opened for a short time during our stay, but mostly was out of service. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Room included a fold out sofa for our 3rd child, which we appreciated. More towels were available when we requested them. Quiet rooms. It was a really comfortable stay.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The floor felt gross, the bathroom definitely not touched. The bedding looked and smelled clean. The breakfast was not much of a breakfast. No coffee, barely any juice. Very limited seating space for a family hotel. Waffle machine wasn’t filled until we asked. The hotel had many guest. Other guest also voiced their opinions of unhappiness and dissatisfaction with the place. The pool is ice water, not blue or green water and is the size is a little bigger then a hot tub size, 2-3 kids and it was full. Again the whole place was dirty, the lobby was the only clean area. The lights in the room worked when they wanted too. The room was either a sauna hot or an ice box, the thermostat was up high and hard to read and adjust for a normal size adult. We saw fleas out in the lobby area when we sat for breakfast on our last morning but didn’t see any in the room. We don’t see anyone with any pets at all.

They need to change the name because there is nothing Grand about this place. The pool in closed which is why we came. I told the lady on the phone we were coming with kids to swim and she never told us it was closed down. It's really run down and dirty. The shampoo and conditioner was already used by someone. There was hairs all over the floor. The room smelled. I am very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

There was Roaches in the room. The tub filled as the shower ran. Someone wrote on the sealing in the room and they didnt clean it. The wifi was horrble the connection wasnt stayin at all. there was no cereal for breakfasts for the kids. The coffee was horrible and cold. The locks looked broken. When we pulled up the sign wasnt even the same. An Asian worker said its been like that for 2 months already. The whole room was horrble. I will never book here again. I took photos of everything and showed front desk guy the video of the roach. For some reason this app will not let me upload my photos.

This was the last of 4 hotels we stayed in with my family. With 6 of us, we used the fold out bed in each hotel. The fold out bed was TERRIBLE. My 7 year old could feel each of the springs. The manager moved us to 2 different rooms and they were all the same so he gave us the executive suite. The "executive suite" was smaller than the others, had mold all around the grout lines of the tub, and no toiletries were there. The other rooms had these issues as well. We only stayed because we were leaving at 4:30 am and needed to be close to the airport. It will definitely switch hotels next time!

I booked a suite and when I went to the room it was dirty. There were clumps of hair and debris on the floor and chair. There was no power cord for the TV. I walked around and several doors were not secure from the outside, the fire extinguishers had not had monthly inspections, they made me sign a waiver stating that they were not responsible for any injuries occurred on the grounds. I asked if they had insurance and they didn’t even know. I did not feel safe so I asked what they would do. The girl at the front desk left and didn’t return so I went to my vehicle and contacted Hotels.com, they could not resolve the issue and I was leaving when the girl showed back up with someone else. I went back in and they stated they would issue a refund in the morning because they couldn’t do it with the staff at the time. They have now refused to issue a refund and Hotels.com has not done anything about it. I will never stay at that hotel and I will limit my booking with Hotels.com because they have allowed a hotel with such poor standards to be on their site.

Our sheets and comforter and mattress pad were all dirty. The mattress pad had dried blood on it. The sheets were ripped and they had something left on them as well as the comforter. We made a complaint and they did not bring sheets to us. We had to get them and change the bed in order to go to sleep. There was 1 towel for two people and the shower had little pressure

The room smelled like pot. The smoke detector was covered by a bag. The coffee maker smelled like it had never been cleaned. The tub was disgusting. The hallway had a random dirty sock, hairballs, dirt everywhere. The walls need to cleaned with a preasure washer. Outlets didnt all work in the room and the wall paint/paper was coming off the walls.

When we arrived at the door to our room, it was open. The door did not close properly and therefore failed to close. There was food in the fridge that was not ours; Like open food and spilling tartar sauce. The couch was visible dirty with stains and handprints. Similarly, the window was dirty with handprints and marks. Everything is visibly dusty. Not a great hotel experience. Choose elsewhere.

The pool was very small. Room was rather large however linens, carpets and couch were all in very rough shape with a lot of stains. Over al cleanliness was rather poor. The breakfast was substandard at best. They staff reminded me of a reformatory staff rather than hotel staff.

This place appears to be a chain hotel that's recently rebranded. Nice lobby. Room was spacious & clean. Everything worked. However there were signs of neglect. The couch in our room was dilapidated. What may have once been graffiti was now an area of the bathroom door sanded to the core. Even the inside elevator doors were scratched up. All these things would be addressed more competently by a guest-focused management...they reflect poorly on the place.

Pros: Staff were very sweet and professional. Overall, the building was clean. Breakfast was standard and replenished often. Quiet rooms. Hotel has easy access to highways and food. Cons: Obvious old water damage in corner of our room. Soap scum in bathtub/shower. Mirrors all had white residue on them. Pool water was chilly.

Do not stay here. Full service price for low budget services. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. Want clean towels go to front desk and you can get them if someone not outside smoking. No maintenance staff to fix.change out non working TV. NOISY. Pepsi bottling plant to the north. Camping World to the south. Not a standard Comfort Suites/

The location of this property was convenient to get to. It was in a quiet area with several dining options close by. Our room was spacious and attractive. Staff were friendly. Parking was near the entrance. We did find the couch to be very low and hard to get up from. Everything else was great!

This place needs an update. The pool conveniently ”broke” the night before our stay. WiFi was bad and wasn’t even strong enough to run their “smart tv”. Dead light bulbs and broken toilet seat in the bathroom. The pull out coach needs to be replaced. I don’t expect much for a “free breakfast” but this was terrible. I regret every part of my stay!

The room was clean, only thing wrong with the stay was the staff. We went to town for a concert so we got back pretty late and were excited for a mid morning check out. We checked out before the check out time but had multiple staff members question and make comments about the check out time we chose, as if it were an inconvenience that we were not out early morning. I've stayed at this facility multiple times under a different establishment and sadly will probably never go back again based on the professionalism of the staff there.

Well from the time I checked in there were issues. The room we paid to guarantee it was given away. We then had to switch to a different room where 1 of our children had to sleep on a comforter on the floor. Then we were told the manager would be in when we checked out in the morning and she wasn’t. Then the manager said she was going to give me a discount which still have not received and this was almost 2 weeks ago now. I tried calling and keep getting told she’s not available. Don’t lie to guests if you want them to come back. I’ve stayed here numerous times under the old name it had and now we’re not going back.

I had issues with other guests’ dog barking and had to move rooms. Then, had to move rooms again for the second night of my stay. All of this was navigated patiently and with priority by the woman who works the night desk. She made it happen at minimal inconvenience to me.

Room key had to be reprogrammed 5-6 times. Very inconvenient due to needing multiple trips down to dest on 1st floor each time. Also, no one cleaned the room or replaced towels.

Evening check-in was fast and easy. The room was beautiful and well-stocked with towels and amenities The ac/heating unit worked well and quietly. Good breakfast fare, including good coffee. Staff was pleasant and friendly, helpful folks on all shifts. Plenty of parking, well-lit. A great find!

The room was clean and well-furnished including a nice-sized couch. I wish they would erect a roadside sign or a taller sign on the property to make it easier to find. With the large signs for other surrounding business, I didn't see why they don't invest in better signage.

We got off on the wrong foot with check-in. Not that it was bad but the attendant was not friendly or helpful. We weren't pointed in the direction of the elevators or told what time breakfast would be, pool hours, etc. The pool was very small. Breakfast left much to be desired, even for a continental breakfast. No cereal, no milk, no muffins or pastries. We really just use the hotel for sleeping and breakfast, so we're not looking for top tier hotel options, but a good breakfast makes or breaks the stay for me. And this was a deal breaker.

Polite and helpful staff. Room was large with two queen beds and pullout couch to accommodate 5 plus a dog. Bathroom shower was in need of renovation. Breakfast was below average. Lobby was very clean and modernized. Pricing was better than average.

The room was nice but the night stand had something sticky all over it and the tables were dirty. There wasn’t a single towel or washcloth in the room or complimentary items. The complimentary breakfast was a disaster. Nothing was stocked. The ladies working were very kind though.
