The hotel seemed to be in a nicer suburban neighborhood. They were working on the exterior of the hotel when we were there, but it did not affect us. The hot tub was not working! We had specifically chosen this hotel over many others with lower prices for the hot tub. This seems to be a problem with many of the hotels that advertise hot tubs. We have stayed in several hotels that advertised hot tubs in the last two years and only one (1) had a working hot tub. Multiple Hampton Inns that advertised hot tubs told us they were "waiting for a part".

Due to construction at the hotel one of two elevators did not work. The other one works only after one called the front desk requesting the ride. A lot of noise and obstruction. Room maintenance was provided only once during our 3 night stay.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and updated. All of the little details taken care of. Front desk staff at check in couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast was amazing. Not one complaint honestly.

This hotel is normally very clean. Consequently, the shower wall had hair all over it. That was extremely hard to overlook. I Was very disappointed; because, this hotel is one of the best hotels to stay in the beachwood area.

The hotel needs a facelift. The carpet, doors, cabinetry are very very worn down. There were multiple areas near elevators and stairwells where broken/old furniture was just piled up. There had recently been several inches of snow so customers were dragging in snow, ice and salt that made the common areas so messy and no one was cleaning it up. In fact, we checked in arnd 8 pm and the floors still hadn’t been cleaned when we came down for breakfast at 9:30 am the next morning. And breakfast was not good. The reason my rating is as high as 3 stars is because the room itself was very clean and beds very comfortable. Also, the personnel were friendly and helpful. On our first night there was a room next to us playing loud music at 11:30 pm. We called front desk and they addressed the issue immediately which I appreciated. Overall the property needs work, but if you just want a clean room and comfy beds, this hotel could work

I specifically rented this hotel because it had a pool and a Jacuzzi. The pool was ice cold and dirty and the jacuzzi did not work. There was no little mini fridge in the room.

We settled in our room, which looked great. Took our shoes off only to step a very saturated wet area near the foot of one bed. Got some towels and covered area which did not smell but did turn to a yellow color. Your guess is as good as mine as to what the wet area is caused from. Even though this is a pet friendly hotel, we did not have any pets.

The room was big (5 of us) and most importantly, clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and was kept stocked even with the hotel being full. The pool area was clean and water warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only "complaint" (more of a personal preference) is that you can't turn the air lower than 67° in the room and no option for a constant fan. At night with the air coming on/off it got a little warm and I need the fan noise so that woke me up when it would shut off. I would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The hotel is under renovations when I booked the reservation it was not advertised in the pre-booking which it should have been. I was in a room ending in 13 that was right at the elevator shaft, noisy all night could hear the elevator continuously room was comfortable had a king bed, my last stay in November the bed was much more comfortable. This stay mattress not as comfortable.

The accommodations were really nice. We were greeted with a smile and two bottles of water and a fresh baked cookie. The only down side was the room was a little warmer than we would have liked, like they had a temperature control and it wouldn’t get below 70

We arrived for a late check-in. Ed at the front desk was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us order food for delivery. The staff in the morning at breakfast was equally welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast variety is very nice. Spacious, well-maintained and clean room. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

The room we had was honestly quite nice the beds comfortable and clean with a modern look. Drippy water faucet was a small minus but closing the bathroom door did the trick. Decent breakfast especially the premade little omelets. Coffee was mediocre unfortunately “.

The property and room were newly remodeled. Unfortunately, I had a 3pm check in and my rooms were not ready until 6pm. Front desk was unable to provide me with an estimate, although very apologetic. I did request to speak with a manager and one was not available so I had to contact guest services via Hilton. I was able to speak with the manager in the morning and was told that I should reach out to Expedia for compensation because I booked via Expedia. However, my issue was not with Expedia, it was with this particular Hilton hotel. The manager was nice, personable and apologetic as well. I understand that things happen out of our control but I paid for 2 suites and was delayed 3 hours for my daughter's birthday to prepare for friends and had less than an hour to set up. I should most definitely be compensated. I paid full price and did not get to enjoy my rooms fully. Thank you to the day manager for listening and also the front desk clerk upon my arrival. I just hope that this does not happen again. Other than that, the area surrounding the hotel is nice, there is a shopping area with restaurants, shops and a movie theater within walking distance.

My boyfriend and I decided to get a hotel with a hottub for our anniversary. We went down to enjoy the hottub, but there was a group of kids following us and harrassing us for being queer. They were calling us names, splashing us, and following us around. No parents to be found. We complained about the harassment and homophobia to the front desk. She said she would take care of it. She did not kick them out and they stayed until the pool closed. The entire reason for our little getaway was to enjoy the hottub and we couldn't due to poor service. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of action and complacency with harassment.

Couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub, children were dangerously reckless, there were kids under the age of 10 jumping in and trying to swim around in the hot tub playing with toys ,the toys was very dirty which made the hot tub water very dirty , contacted staff and they was not helpful, they would just say “kids are not allowed in the hot tub” then leave and as soon as the staff leave they get right back in and do the same things , just a very uncomfortable stay

Called prior to check in to let the hotel know we were coming after the Morgan Wallen concert. I booked a room with 2 beds. Got there at 12:45am and they tried to give us a single bed room. Said they were completely sold out. We have to drive 5 hrs back to Indy. I want a refund and I am livid this happened!!!

We stayed here for a family reunion, and it was delightful. The lady who checked us in was warm, friendly and even was able to upgrade us because we were Hilton Honors members. The coffee in the lobby always seemed fresh, our room was large and well arranged (I love having a sink outside the bathroom) and breakfast was very nice. One morning, I asked if the Western Omelets were vegetarian, and the lady refilling th e tray said that they weren't, but to go sit down for a few minutes and she'd bring me some eggs without meat in them. She really didn't need to do that for me, I could have eaten many other things, but it was really nice of her and I deeply appreciated it. I thought this hotel was great and would happily stay there again.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Cleveland Clinic. Check in was easy and when I told the lady why I was there she said next time let them know because they give Cleveland Clinic patients a discount. Which I think is great because we’re already stressed because we’re having surgery so to get a discount helps out. The hotel itself is extremely nice in a nice area close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and nice. The only complaint I have about the room is the shower made a loud noise but I reported it when I checked out and they said they were going to address it right away. I’ll definitely stay there again if I ever have to go back to Cleveland Clinic. I give them a 10/10

Excellent location in a nice safe suburb with lots of shopping and dining nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was fresh, strong, and piping hot. My only complaint is the elevators. They are slow and clunky. I usually ended up using the stairs even though my room was on the third floor.

Great stay and clean hotel. Safe area - walked to the nearby Pinecrest for dinner. Excellent complimentary breakfast - had hot food, waffle maker (plain, and Strawberry!!), pastries, cereal. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was quiet, clean and modern. The staff was wonderful! We booked a room for one night and decided to stay an additional night...they were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. There were many choices and the breakfast was different each day, which was nice. We will stay here again when we are in the area! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this property. It surpassed my expectations; it was so clean, the staff were all so nice and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect! There is tons of shops, food places, and right next to the highway.
