Very clean, nice pool, and hot breakfast

It was nice but the pool was down and our key to the room didn’t work so good but overall it was nice and we would stay there again

Staff were kind, breakfast was great. My car battery wouldn’t start so with my cables a staff member jumped my car very kindly. The room’s tub had a problem with the lever you lift with the tub spout to redirect the water to the showerhead. As a result water pressure was less than 1/2 of usual water pressure- but again the staff was kind and thanked me, and I saw genuine “I could have helped” evergy when she said, wow, think of all the people who showered with jt like that and never said anything. Thank you so much for actually telling us!” I would rate staff responsiveness great. However, I would recommend getting a room as far away from or better, the opposite side of the building from the highway if possible to avoid the loud street noise from passing long-haul trucks that whip right past on the interstate. It was loud enough I had to put towels over the window’s drapes to try to dull it some. I was looking forward to the indoor pool but it wasn’t even big enough for any exercise, just the kind kids to go for a minute before bed.

From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, we were impressed with EVERYTHING. The rooms were clean. The hallways were as well. Beds were comfortable and the full size pillows were a plus. The ladies who took care of the continental breakfast were so nice and kind. Plenty of choices to choose from. We thought the road noise would be an issue, but we NEVER heard it. My son enjoyed swimming! The pool area was clean and perfect! I would recommend this hotel 1000 times to anyone traveling the area! Thank you for the most wonderful 2 nights! We will be back!

Stay was okay. They have renovations going on. Pool closed for renovation. ( Should be mentioned on hotel web site!) Highway noise. ( Hence the complimentary ear plugs in the room I guess)

Everything was okay. Itvwas a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Missed having the pool, it was closed

Very nice for the price also all the bells and whistles. The pool was heated. There’s a gym and breakfast in the morning although the breakfast sausage and egg omelet potatoes were lukewarm if even that.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs. Small room with no special amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were in large mounted bottles. No information on the area in the room and no pen or paper. Definitely a no frills room. The breakfast was included and good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room smelled a bit like sewage but overall tolerable. The price was very reasonable and you get was you pay for.

Everything was good and clean

Everyone I talked to was very nice. The room seemed clean. I woke up in the morning and noticed a brown stain on the blanket I’m pretty sure it was fecal matter. The bed was extremely squeaky. The air conditioner/heater was very loud. If it wasn’t for those things it would have been decent.

The room is clean. The bathroom looks tired and there is mold in the bathtub/shower. The road noise from I-75 is unbearable. We had a white noise machine that sounds like a jet engine that could not drown it out.

Had a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn. Clean, great staff and an excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants, gas and other stores. Walked to the Outback for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Completely outstanding across the board. Wonderful, friendly staff. The young woman who checked me in was so friendly and nice. Great rooms. Extremely clean. Extremely quiet, which is most important to me. I don't want to hear rude people slamming their doors and talking loudly and cackling in the hallway, elevators dinging, road noise, etc. I didn't hear any of that at the Drury. Awesome happy hour and breakfasts. Very wonderful breakfast staff. Their good mood put me in one and started my day off right. The people who stay at the Drury are nice too. The place seems to attract them. Not the usual assortment of grumpy, rude, non-self-aware, scowling, ne'er do wells walking around in pajamas with bed head and bloodshot eyes. The place is anachronistic almost--seeming to attract civilized, self-respecting, pleasant, and polite travelers of days long past. My guess is the hotel is intolerant of the riff raff, and I hope they stay committed to that. As long as they do, I won't stay anywhere but at a Drury unless I have to. Across my 54 years, I've never stayed at a better hotel. Keep up the excellent work, Drury!! You've got a good thing going on. Don't screw it up. Don't change a thing!

Really noisy road.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in a while. The guy who checked us in was nice, but that was the high point. First, the whole place smells like carpet cleaning powder. Second, the hotel is very close to the interstate. If your room is on the east side of the hotel, the noise from semis is very bad. Every 15-30 seconds all night long, a semi went by that literally shook the room. It felt like a small earthquake. We barely slept. The room came with earplugs next to each bed, and I should have taken that red flag more seriously. We asked to switch rooms for the second night, but the morning shift room and cleaning manager was obviously annoyed we even asked. She couldn’t accommodate our request, which I get, but she was a jerk about it. So, we checked out when we were done with our business for the day and got a room elsewhere. Of course, this was a non-refundable room, so I took a bath on this. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. We all have options when we travel. I’ll never stay at another Hampton Inn. I’d sleep in my car if my only option is a Hampton Inn.

Building is a bit outdated overall great location.

I liked that it was clean and ok breakfast. I didn't like that coffee was cold or there wasn't any at times. My room was facing the highway, so it was extremely noisy.

Convenient location. Room was small and a little tired. Could use a renovation. Staff was excellent.

Easy access to I75. Use the ear plugs provided as interstate is next to facility.

The only negative was the close proximity to the highway made my room very loud.

Our room was less than 100 feet from I75. The road noise was rediculouse. The room actually vibrated from trucks going by. Worse hotel experience of my life... Got about 3 hrs sleep.

Wasn’t allowed to check in to the room I’d already paid for in full as a Hilton Honors member because the Night Auditor assumed my lovely older female cousin was a prostitute!!!!!! He asked us to leave and advised he was calling the police. I’ve spoken with Hilton Corporate. That man is losing his job.

We could hear the highway very loudly. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work. We reported this to the desk the second night because my son found that the double pane window wasn’t all the way up. Someone come up and looked at it and said we could transfer rooms or they could have someone fix it tomorrow. We choose to have it fixed the next day. When we got back late we found neither was fixed and no one said anything to us. When we checked out the next morning and stated both items they said that they couldn’t fix the window and the exhaust fan was broken.

Lots of traffic noise all night long. Facility is run down and all employees are pretty casual and do not present professional as you would expect from a Hampton Inn. We worried about bikes on the back of our vehicle due to the area and lack of lighting in the parking lot so so brought them in our room. Fortunately we were on the ground floor. We went for breakfast 1 1/2 hours before it was scheduled to end and most of the food was gone except for some muffins. We asked if they would refill and they refilled the waffle mix and potatoes but not much else. Not to the standards of what I would expect from a Hampton Inn.

It was easy off the 75 on our way to Florida.

We specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast and because of the holidays at check in told us it’s not available. No other restaurants were open Christmas Day. Upset we spent the extra money for nothing.
