Staybridge Suites Cleveland Mayfield Heights Beachwood by IHG

I was disappointed the breakfast didn’t start until 730am, which seems very late. I had to Leave by 7:15 and there was nothing out but dry bagels. I travel a lot for my job and most other hotels open up breakfast at 6:30 AM or 7 AM and I wish that hours were advertised on the website because I would never have booked this hotel otherwise… I left hungry and a dry. . Also, I was disappointed to find out they hadan outdoor pool that was not open…. It was advertised being open May through September.. and even though it was May 2… It was not open So I paid more for this Hotel than other local hotels in the area…. and didn’t get the two things that I wanted the most which was a pool to swim in and eat breakfast before I left. I suggest others read the fine print on if the pool is indoors or outdoors and check the hours for breakfast if it matters to them.

Breakfast was Really good Clean, Good area and quiet area

The room was nice and clean. Hotel was in great condition.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Close to everything.

We walked in a cold room and had to stay there for a night and most of the next day. It was horrible.
