The place was very run down and not well kept inside or out. The non smoking room was very smoked in. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The whole room felt damp. The shower was gross. I did t even want to take a shower in it. I called ahead for early check in and they said we could come at 1:30. Got there at 3 and had to sit for 15 min for them to clean a room. Weird people and homeless people lingering around. Pool was closed of course. Not recommended

For the price, it was as expected. We were changed to a 2 queen vs 1 king room, which was fine. But the toilet flushed really hard and there was a visible gap under the hallway door. Oddly, there were 2 refrigerators. We did not use the shower. The only things disconcerting was the exterior door that should have been a security door was not locked. Breakfast was decent. Again, as expected.

I wish I could leave the property a zero star review. The pool was “undergoing maintenance” and closed. Looking at other reviews it appears this has been the case for about a year. Let’s call it what it is - closed because not well kept. The outside of the building looks abandoned. Parking lot is one giant pothole. Interior is dirty. Rooms are dated and dirty. We booked the room out of necessity because we were in town for a soccer tournament and all other hotels were full. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel and we ordered a nonsmoking room. Entire lobby and our room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. When we came home we had the stale cigarette smell climbing to us. Front desk was unable to help with anything. The individual at the front (I do not recall her name) indicated she was new and I’d have to talk to the manager who was never on site or available. Poor experience, poor customer service and worst of all - still full price. I would encourage everyone to stay elsewhere - unless you’re looking for a dirty hotel where you can smoke cigarettes and weed in your room with zero consequence- then this may be the perfect hotel for you.

Overall, very dirty and dingy. There was no lock on the back entrance door so anybody could go in. The carpeting in the halls and stairs dirty everywhere. Rooms were old and dated. No landscaping weeds everywhere.

A/C would not cool room down, sink faucet was super loose, couldn’t give my child a bath due to no drain plug in the tub, and we picked this hotel because it had a pool and are child could swim, and we didn’t find out the pool was closed until after checking in.

AC was not cold - very old window unit. However, they resolved. Very weird pulling into parking lot from street. A run down, abandoned building and overgrown parking lot must be crossed over then the old looking hotel building with no sign. Mattresses are strewn about the property. Exterior doors randomly propped open. Smoker smoking at back door half in hotel, half out, causing cigarette smoke smell in hallway. Pool drained and closed. Lots of luggage in pool room.

This hotel is horrible, it is filthy and rundown. The outside of this place is just as horrible. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. The bathroom was filthy with black mold in the shower and on the ceiling. This place should be shut down.

On arrival, the place doesn’t even have a sign. Walked into the foyer and it smelled damp and like smoke (even though there are signs saying it’s a non-smoking hotel). First thing we see: Big sign: Pool is closed. Getting the cards for the room and taking the slay elevator to the second floor where it also smells damp, like smoke and just not ok. The room was dirty, dirt stains on the surfaces and on the wall, the shower was dirty and there was an armchair that looked like from a crime scene (massive stains). My wife wanted to wash her hands but the sink was not draining. The TV didn’t work. The bed sheets were dirty, too. This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen, tbh. And no, we’re definitely not picky people. But this was just nuts. Sorry but this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

I had to get a refund there was absolutely no way I was letting my family stay there. Gum on the head board not vacuumed prices of bugs on floor. Black mold in bathroom.smelt awful.blankeys had cig burns . Sheets with hair dirt and blood. Hell no never again.

I wanted to share with you that my family was given our room key at about 4:30 ish in the afternoon. We went up to our room and the room was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets were taken off the bed and put on the counter and the trash from the previous guest was still there. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room since ours was not cleaned. After they gave us a new room it was half way cleaned. The bathroom had hair all over the floor many half used conditioners and the sink was covered in tooth paste. The sheets also had cigarette burn in them. It was a very disgusting stay I really didn’t want to stay with my family here

It was disgusting. Non smoking hotel but all you smelled was weed and cigarette smoke. The coffee pot didn't work, the hairdryer was broke, and the drawers were nasty and hadn't been cleaned. The curtains were ripped and when I went to fill up the sink with water that was broke too.I complained, and I was told that she would let the manager know and in half an hour I would hear from her. Waited 2 hours and gave up. When I checked out they asked how was my stay and I told them it was terrible, not realizing that I was talking to the manager. I told her about complaining and was told she never heard anything about it. So now I am pissed off because I was lied to. The manager had me write down word for word what I just said and she would email it to the owner. Then she had me to email the pictures I had. First room the tv wouldn't work so went down and said could wait am hour for it to be fixed or change rooms we changed rooms and same issue had to stand at the tv to turn stations no guide so had to stand for awhile to find what we wanted. Weed smell was very strong down our corridor in this hotel is of our list for future trips to 18.

While the size of the room was nice, the issues were centered around upkeep, especially of the jacuzzi tub and shower. Both leaked, with the shower dripping all night and the jacuzzi leaking/seeping from around the faucets and creating additional water issues pooling and running onto floor. The heater thermostat also was questionable, as temp set did not seem to match the temp in the room. Other issues were state of curtains and outlets that were too "loose" so plugs would fall out.

Pros: Convenient, price, room was clean, breakfast. Cons: First floor room got noise from other visitors rooms and room on second floor. Would stay again if need be, but would request a second floor room away from others if possible.

This property is about 40 years overdue for a complete overhaul. The facility is very run-down, the carpets in the common areas and in the guest rooms are stained and dirty. In the room I was in, the A/C wasn't working properly, and the faucet in the bathtub wouldn't stop dripping. The furniture in the room was dinged and the finish was peeling off. The television was very small, and a message kept popping up on the screen that the HD cables need to be upgraded. Picture quality was poor.

We liked the location. The room was ok, nothing spectacular but ok. Pillows sucked, too small. Service was wonderful, people were nice. We were on the end and a big bright light shined in our room all night, it was horrible. Had a big curtain but could not close it!!!

The location is convenient. The outside of the property could use some good landscaping. The room seemed clean but as someone who is attentive to detail, the detail cleaning wasn’t there. There was a “clean” smell to the room when you walked in, which, for me, I would rather there be no smell bc even though it was a clean smell, it was a bit much. The room was a bit humid and when there’s more than one of you in the bed, you’ll both roll right to the middle.

The room was disgusting! The toilet backed up with first use, called office and the response was it's going to be awhile, the sheets on the beds were stained and gross! The hallways to the room were extremely dirty and gross! The whole place just was a totao disappointment! I asked for a refund they agreed we wrnt to a much nicer holiday inn! Then they have recharged my card for one day after agreeing to the refund, when i called they were very rude and said they would look into it, i will be disputing it with my credit card company if it is not removed in a couple of days! We were extremely unhappy with this hotel!

I wish I could leave the property a zero star review. The pool was “undergoing maintenance” and closed. Looking at other reviews it appears this has been the case for about a year. Let’s call it what it is - closed because not well kept. The outside of the building looks abandoned. Parking lot is one giant pothole. Interior is dirty. Rooms are dated and dirty. Entire lobby and our room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. When we came home we had the stale cigarette smell climbing to us. Front desk was unable to help with anything. The individual at the front (I do not recall her name) indicated she was new and I’d have to talk to the manager who was never on site or available. Poor experience, poor customer service and worst of all - still full price. I would encourage everyone to stay elsewhere - unless you’re looking for a dirty hotel where you can smoke cigarettes and weed in your room with zero consequence- then this may be the perfect hotel for you.

Very clearly in the middle of a renovation. Smells funny and a bit run down looking with a dumpster full of old beds and wood sitting outside. Breakfast is absolutely horrible with bad coffee and powdered eggs. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and in good condition.

The little room fridge was not working to our knowledge. Let us check in early as a room was available as it was going to be later when we would come back at night. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location and they did print out directions to assist us in getting to Progressive Field.

The staff placed us in an amazing room that allowed us immediate use of the dog area for our service animal. The room itself was dirty and half-painted in areas, but the location of the room and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really made up for it. Breakfast was great too, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and waffles, with fruit and cereal options.

When i got to the hotel early, thry charged me an early check on fee. Even after i called the night before to make sure there wouldn't be an issue. The service rep at the counter chatged me anyway. Once I got to my room, i was greeted with a room that smelled horrendous of dog urine, air that barely worked, (had to have the constant fan on), bathroom door falling apart with no lock and black electrical take around it, the shower head and towel rack were pretty much falling off the wall, the beds were like sleeping on wood. I stay at quality inn all over the state, and Ive NEVER experienced these conditions. I eneded up just leaving in the middle of the night because the bed and the smell were just to much. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!!

We liked the mints at the front desk. What we didn't like, rooms not anywhere close to as advertised. Smelled of wet, stale old cigarettes, mold and standing water. Black mold in tub. No outlet covers, stained furniture, and unsafe and very shady location. Broken pool. Food was gross, unsightly and bland. We took plenty of photos. This location is a health hazard. Exterior doors had broken locks and anyone can get in without being a guest. DO NOT recommend.

We liked the location. The room was ok, nothing spectacular but ok. Pillows sucked, too small. Service was wonderful, people were nice. We were on the end and a big bright light shined in our room all night, it was horrible. Had a big curtain but could not close it!!!

Excellent location. Appears to be on decline and ready for refurbishing and upgrading. Pool under repair. TV reception using DISH was spotty. Adequate for one-night stay and comfortable sleeping and bathroom facilities.

The location is convenient. The outside of the property could use some good landscaping. The room seemed clean but as someone who is attentive to detail, the detail cleaning wasn’t there. There was a “clean” smell to the room when you walked in, which, for me, I would rather there be no smell bc even though it was a clean smell, it was a bit much. The room was a bit humid and when there’s more than one of you in the bed, you’ll both roll right to the middle.

This place would have been lovely back in the day, with its pool, big reception area and staircase. Now it's faded and a bit rundown. But at least it's clean, hygienically if not cosmetically. The management are nice and helpful, and the breakfast is similar to other motels. The surrounding neighbourhood isn't pretty, but if you just want a clean room to sleep in for a relatively low price, I recommend this hotel.

Overall, very dirty and dingy. There was no lock on the back entrance door so anybody could go in. The carpeting in the halls and stairs dirty everywhere. Rooms were old and dated. No landscaping weeds everywhere.

AC was not cold - very old window unit. However, they resolved. Very weird pulling into parking lot from street. A run down, abandoned building and overgrown parking lot must be crossed over then the old looking hotel building with no sign. Mattresses are strewn about the property. Exterior doors randomly propped open. Smoker smoking at back door half in hotel, half out, causing cigarette smoke smell in hallway. Pool drained and closed. Lots of luggage in pool room.

It is run down on the outside, lobby has been done up. Csrpets sre soiled & stained. Parking lot has very rough sutface, needs repaving. Every night we had to.have our key reset (Thurs-Sun). Breakfast was a sad looking thing, maybe 4 bagels, a few slices of bread. No yogurt, No sweet rolls. Juice was watered down. No fresh towels, no restock.of coffee, shampoo, toilet paper etc during stay. Houskeeping was still doing rooms at 7pm, but no one asked if ee needed anyhing. Building in front of hotel was abdoned & unappealing to view.
