We needed a hotel with two rooms for a funeral. We chose this one because it was the most affordable and we weren’t there for a vacation. Our one room was sticky and smelly and our other room had cigarette burn holes in the bedding. Paint was literally peeling and falling off the ceiling. The towels are basically paper thin. It was a rather loud hotel. The breakfast was mediocre at best. They don’t have an elevator so luggage had to be hand carried up the stairs which isn’t exactly convenient. The staff was very friendly. Yes, these are first world problems and the site did say “no frills” but I wasn’t aware that meant no real comfort or cleanliness. If you’re looking for a bed and that’s it, this is the place for the price. If you are looking for a little more, pay a little more and drive down the road.

Close to my sister's house in SE Medina OH. Liked indoors hallways better than nearby Red Roof motel with old style outdoors walkways and room access (better security, much warmer rooms). Very good continental breakfast open from 6 am to 9:30 am. Rooms clean although a little worn. No insects or bedbugs in rooms. Good parking. Friendly office staff. Was actually $2 per nite cheaper than nearby Red Roof.

The staff went out of their way to fix any problems (including a luggage issue I disovered after check in). Additionally, they corrected an error by Expedia, who marked the room as mobile-accessible but did not relay to the hotel. Only real property issue was the room lacked working electrical outlets. I had to recharge my phone and use the coffee maker in the bathroom. Parking was a breeze as we could park near the building, a plus for my wife. And the night manager handed me a towel on my way in from my car when it started raining. Overall, a good value when on a budget. Comfy beds!

First when we arrived they didnt have a room assigned to us, so front desk had to call to get us a room number, I went to the room that was assigned to us i noticed a door hanger on it so I decided to knock, glad i did because someone was in there. Second they had to find us another room which was on the first floor thank god because they dont have elevator and the first room assigned to us was on the second floor and we had alot of stuff. Next the beds are not comfy at all, they are hard. The first night I started to itch real bad which was different I turn the light on to check the bed it was lot of short hair pieces on the sheets,my mom had to go to the front to get me some clean sheets. The breakfast was okay the heat in the room blows real good and the tv channel selection was real good. The price was good but next time ill stay at a bigger hotel

When I searched we were looking for a hotel with a pool and some how this one didn't I we didn't realize it until we got there. That was probably my fault for not confirming before a made the reservation. This hotel doesn't have an elevator and my wife and mother-in-law have mobility issues. Our mother in law couldn't even visit in our room. Tablet and watch found in drawer from previous guest …. made us wonder how well the cleaning staff actually cleaned. Burn marks on bed sheets in one room. Comforter had rips in it.

The Motel at first glance seemed rundown. But when I went to my room I was surprised to see how clean it was and looks to have been recently renovated. It was very quiet for the most part. Motel was good for the price. I did not like, when checking in, going into a cigarette smoke filled office. I am very allergic to cigarettes smoke and it gave me a bad headache afterwards. Employees who need to smoke should smoke outside or in a designated smoking area. Not the main office area where people check in. Also the parking area needs repaving or pothole filling.

Other guests were noisy and left trash and beer bottles on picnic table and window sills outside. The back door exit didn’t work well. Had to slam on it to get open, not good for safety. Toilet was leaking and laundry facilities were dirty. Old hotel that needs many updates.

My husband and i were dissapointed in comfort and cleanliness. The blankets were like brown army blankets. Not soft or comfortable, the toilet moved side to side. I thought we would fall off. The carpet was not vacuumed from previous night but the absolute worse was the bugs. These were all on the side of the left bed and one under the fitted sheet. Never will be back.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night for $159 per night. The room was dark and smelled like strong cleaning chemicals I ended up with breathing problems and by Sunday I ended up with a sinus infection. The room was not clean daily. Although staff was friendly.

The biggest issue I have is that the room sold and designated as non-smoking smelled like a dirty ashtray. It was disgusting. The bedding, the shower curtain, the carpeting- everything except the towels, which was sweet relief at least. I couldn’t sleep, it smelled so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

Last minute stay after traveling all day. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and had great recommendations. The room was clean and fine for one night. The bed was super hard and personally that makes it uncomfortable for me and I dont get much sleep. There was breakfast included which is definitely a plus, but there was not a big variety and it was lacking. The lady at the front desk did not even say good morning and definitely was not friendly when I asked about finding milk for the cereal. It worked, but I wouldnt be bringing my family back for an extended stay.

Woken up at 230 am to loud neighbors. Woke up to make coffee and there’s hair bands in the coffee maker. Front desk lady was super nice and came by the neighbors room at 230am to tell them to be quiet or they will have to leave. Overall terrible night sleep and maybe not all on the hotel itself. Had to work next morning and super exhausted.

The property is a little run down and could use a upgrade but the staff is proud of their hotel and do their best to spruce it up with lots of flowers and smiles. Overall worth the money but expectations should be tempered. Enjoy.

Prepaid for room and had receipt and then they said card wasnt accepted even though it was prepaid. Extrememly noisy all night. Breakfast ran out of almost everything and attendant no where to be found and when sh did show up only partially filled to what i assume to save money. Will pass on this facility in the future.

When I arrived the computers had been down due to a winter storm, which is understandable. The man at the counter seemed very agitated and put me in a room. When i went to the room it was already occupied by another couple. When I went downstairs to share this information he became more agitated, and put me in another room. Once I got into that it was noticeably very cold. That is when I noticed the heater/ac unit was ripped from the wall. The room was okay after he popped it back into the wall, but it was such a nuisance.

I needed to make contact with my husband who was in our room. He did not have a cell phone. I called the office and they wouldn’t connect me. They said they would get a message to him to call me, but they didn’t. I will never stay there again.

They offered breakfast but there was nothing but scraps and leftover crumbles on the counter. Besides the man that was sitting in the breakfast area that had been there for atleast 2hrs that I was checking for more food to be put out to eat, that he had alot of the breakfast food on his table. Plus he was dirty and smelled, so that was probably why noone was ever in tbe breakfast area with him.

Friendly staff, cleaner smell was overwhelming walking into the room, but was clean. The breakfast is basically cereal or waffles. Bed was too hard for us. They do not supply any soap or shampoo/conditioner
