Was nice until we went to the pool and hot tub that at the time I could have swore was advertised as I have children so we don’t stay unless they have a hot tub. They don’t. The power went out at night woke up freezing

The hotel did not update their hotels.com information, so only after calling the hotel after making my reservation on hotels.com did I find out that the hotel did not in fact have pack n plays for our twins to sleep in, so we had to bring our own which took alot of time and was a hassle to assemble and disassemble during the un/packing process. The lady (who refused to give her name) I spoke to on the phone about this prior to our stay said that the new GM was still acclimating and she did not know when the hotel would purchase new pack n plays. The digital key system was not working both nights we stayed at the hotel (1 night stays 1 week apart to/from our vacation destination) so I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes to check in and did not even receive an apology from the hotel, only an offer to waive the damage deposit (which you get refunded anyways if you cause no damage so there was really no point to that gesture). Definitely not worth the $200+ we paid per night.

They were replacing the carpet in the hallways and the crew was tearing it out until 8pm at night. Hitting all the doors and making a lot of noise. No one told you up front that that would be happening. The water in our shower didn't work at all. We checked out a day early and they didn't even refund our money. I was under the impression they would. Will NOT stay there again.

Overall nice rooms, nice staff and the complimentary breakfast was very good. However there were several area's in yhe main lobby where a wall was falling apart and the elevator to the room felt very unsafe.

Overall the stay was good. The beds were very comfortable and the room updated. The bathroom was nice with a modern shower and shampoo/conditioner/body wash was attached to shower wall. Free breakfast was decent, but they ran out of coffee too often. The desk clerks were polite, especially David. The hotel elevator did go out for awhile and we were on the 3rd floor so had to use stairs. We utilized the gym, but over the several days we stayed the water filter in the dispenser never got changed. It wasn’t the best Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in, but I’d still give it a 7 or 8.

We had a brief wait before someone came to the front desk at check-in, but once she arrived she was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ok. Beds are not very comfortable and room wasn't very clean. It appeared clean at first glance, but the bathroom floor looked like it only gets mopped in the middle. The edges, around the toilet, etc were quite dirty. The carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed. We found a Bobby pin and other little things on the floor. Also, when we opened a drawer to put a few things away it was full of pet hair and dust/dirt. The breakfast was great, which is the main reason we usually choose Hampton Inns. They were out of milk, but otherwise everything was stocked and tasty. The pool area was clean and enjoyable for our family. There was a shortage of towels though. We only had 3 towels in our room for our family of five, and though there was a rack in the pool for towels, there were only a few left and we needed them all. We swam around 8:30 am so the rest of the day I assume there were no pool towels for anyone else. This was our second stay at this location (we were visiting family in the area) but after this visit we will likely stay somewhere else next time.

Shower curtain had brown stains on them. I requested clean towels multiple times but they were never left in my room so each time I had to go to the front desk. On my 3rd day, I expected my room to be clean but it never was during my stay. Very disappointed in the operations at this location.

We liked the accommodations and location. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We slept well; no complaints about the mattress. Clean bathroom with lots of hot water. My husband liked the large TV for watching sports. Breakfast was more than adequate with hot items (eggs, waffles, hash browns, sausage, oatmeal) and cold items (cereal, bagels, breads, yogurt, danish, fruit). We will definitely book this hotel again when traveling.

I stayed here last year and it was great so I booked it again for this year. Unfortunately pillows were garbage and I still have a kink in my neck and the AC was not working. I mentioned it to the front desk and nothing happened about it so night two was also hot. We weren’t happy.

Danielle st front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Sabrina in housekeeping was very friendly and assisted us with what we needed. Maureen at breakfast watched my support dog, Faith while I got my breakfast. All of the housekeeping, front desk and maintenance staff were really friendly.

The hotel didn’t have my Expedia reservation correct. Front staff was extremely rude when I was very confused and trying to figure out the miscommunication. They blamed Expedia, Expedia said they never confirmed the reservation. Despite the two front desk staff telling me they had rooms still, the Operations Manager told me they didn’t have room for us after all. I was refused a $275 refund so now filing a claim with Expedia. We didn’t even get to stay here!

The elevator was extremely slow and dirty. Once we reached the room, we were impressed with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The bathroom and shower were exceptional. Breakfast was included the next morning, however, there were no hot optioned available at all other than oatmeal and toast/bagels. There were only bowls available - the attendant stated that there would be no hot options until plates could be purchased and brought in. The breakfast offering began at 6:00 am and we were there at 7:00. This was our second attempt staying at this hotel. Our first time was cancelled as the hotel did not have any water, and we had to find another hotel at the last minute - that was a year ago.

The hotel was right off the freeway but behind some restaurants, so it was tucked away a bit which made me feel safe. It had several restaurants within walking distant which was nice- fast food, sports bar, steak house. It was a nice variety. A couple of gas stations were nearby, too. All in all, it was convenient. The staff were all friendly, too. The door wasn't secured when we first got there, which was weird. No one was inside, though. The bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could be and there was a stain on the sofa. Otherwise it seemed clean. The area was pretty quiet except for the AC. The air conditioner rattled all night long. We were only staying one night and it was late by the time we got back from dinner, so we didn't feel like calling anyone to deal with it. The hotel was all booked up that night due to the solar eclipse the next day, so we weren't going to be able to change rooms. I thought the price was expensive, but the demand was higher than normal, and they took advantage of that. All the hotels were doing it that had rooms left, so I guess that's what we get for waiting until a couple of days before to book a room. I would stay there again if the price were to come down.
