The property and facilities are nice and clean . The parking lot is not driver friendly . Too tight especially for SUV’s . The staff were all great except the women who checked us in . She was rude and not very welcoming at all . I almost cancelled at the check in desk and would have had we not been so tired . When I booked the room I chose a suite room that slept 6 people. The room was not set up to sleep 6 But the staff did accommodate and delivered 2 Roll away beds . I did end up sleeping on coach cushions on the floor but at least my guests were taken care of . Overall I would recommend this hotel and hope you either get rid of the rude host or remove her from dealing with the public . A host should be warm and welcoming .

I mean, one of the reasons we booked a more expensive room here than a cheaper room nearby was because Hotels.com said it had a pool. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and saw that they were both outdoors and covered for the winter. It would be nice for the properties to indicate that information so we can make a more informed choice. The room itself was large and comfortable, with a fantastic bed. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was dismal, every time someone walked by we could hear their conversation.

This particular location was less expensive than other Residence Inn by Marriot. This location is in a safe area and is close to shopping and restaurant's. The staff was excellent and the grounds were clean. A couple areas of improvement would be the following. The weight room is severely outdated and lacks a lot of equipment. Some of the rooms are located only yards away from the highway making it noisy and difficult to sleep. I would reserve a room at this location in the future albeit I would request a room not facing the highway. All in all a good experience.

I travelled from Maryland to this Residence Inn location for a Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland at the Huntington Bank Field. The field was only 30 mins from this location and super easy to get too. There is a good pick of fast food options right by this Hotel. The staff were impeccable! Extremely friendly! The hotel itself was super clean and the Breakfast was delicious. They are pet friendly, have a hot tub and pool as well!! Can’t beat how convenient all that is! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here !!

Staff was amazing. I love the basketball court, pools, access to food they provided and the shopping plazas that are close. I came here during Covid and now and they only have gotten better. Very clean wnd spacious.

Overall, I’d say it’s just an average hotel if not below average. Initially walking in the person at the front counter was definitely not welcoming. She seemed unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there so not a great first impressIon. She was like that every time we saw her. Room smelled very musty when we first walked in it. The more we were in it, the more we realized it smelled like dog pee by the couch. One big reason I booked here was for the hot tub. It ended up being completely drained. When we ask, the not very friendly lady said it was closed for the season. They really need to advertise this on their website. I told her that’s one of the main reasons I chose that hotel. She showed/gave no empathy or apology whatsoever. Breakfast in the mornings was definitely not great which again was another reason I stayed here. Food was very bland and some of it wasn’t cooked completely. Coffee was cold the first morning. On a positive note, shower had good water pressure and the soap in the shower I really liked. Bed was comfortable so those are the couple things that were good. Honestly, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I mentioned all of this to the hotel when checking out and they did nothing to try to make anything better. For that reason, I will never stay there again. Don’t recommend unless you don’t care about paying a high premium price for very little in return. So disappointed because this was a weekend away for my husband and I.

We always stay here during our drive from St. Louis to the Syracuse area. We are so happy that we found you! Everyone is always so very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are so clean, cozy, spacious and reasonable. We always rest very well, prior to getting up early the next day and resuming the rest of our drive. We adore Noosa Bistro across the street! We often get up before the breakfast area opens; however, the workers there are always so very kind and gracious. They offer us coffee, of course, and then ask if we wish to take anything with us to eat as we prepare to hit the road. Thank you for always going the extra mile. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Property is old and worn. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning and update. Pullout couch in our suite was so dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on. General Manager was very kind and helpful.

The room was dated and dingy for the price. The non-refundable pet fee for our cat was $115 for just a one-night stay, which felt excessive. On top of that, the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. Overall, not worth the cost.

We love staying at this hotel, as a stopping place from St Louis to upstate NY. Everyone is hospitable and accommodating. The rooms are comfy and spacious - clean and very quiet. We love walking to Noosa Bistro across the street. All staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The property and facilities are nice and clean . The parking lot is not driver friendly . Too tight especially for SUV’s . The staff were all great except the women who checked us in . She was rude and not very welcoming at all . I almost cancelled at the check in desk and would have had we not been so tired . When I booked the room I chose a suite room that slept 6 people. The room was not set up to sleep 6 But the staff did accommodate and delivered 2 Roll away beds . I did end up sleeping on coach cushions on the floor but at least my guests were taken care of . Overall I would recommend this hotel and hope you either get rid of the rude host or remove her from dealing with the public . A host should be warm and welcoming .

I travelled from Maryland to this Residence Inn location for a Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland at the Huntington Bank Field. The field was only 30 mins from this location and super easy to get too. There is a good pick of fast food options right by this Hotel. The staff were impeccable! Extremely friendly! The hotel itself was super clean and the Breakfast was delicious. They are pet friendly, have a hot tub and pool as well!! Can’t beat how convenient all that is! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here !!

Staff was amazing. I love the basketball court, pools, access to food they provided and the shopping plazas that are close. I came here during Covid and now and they only have gotten better. Very clean wnd spacious.

Overall, I’d say it’s just an average hotel if not below average. Initially walking in the person at the front counter was definitely not welcoming. She seemed unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there so not a great first impressIon. She was like that every time we saw her. Room smelled very musty when we first walked in it. The more we were in it, the more we realized it smelled like dog pee by the couch. One big reason I booked here was for the hot tub. It ended up being completely drained. When we ask, the not very friendly lady said it was closed for the season. They really need to advertise this on their website. I told her that’s one of the main reasons I chose that hotel. She showed/gave no empathy or apology whatsoever. Breakfast in the mornings was definitely not great which again was another reason I stayed here. Food was very bland and some of it wasn’t cooked completely. Coffee was cold the first morning. On a positive note, shower had good water pressure and the soap in the shower I really liked. Bed was comfortable so those are the couple things that were good. Honestly, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I mentioned all of this to the hotel when checking out and they did nothing to try to make anything better. For that reason, I will never stay there again. Don’t recommend unless you don’t care about paying a high premium price for very little in return. So disappointed because this was a weekend away for my husband and I.

Great place to stay, close enough to Cleveland, 15 minute drive to downtown. Great place, hotel lost power during the night. Made it impossible to sleep due to using a CPAP. Even with the power outage I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Our Residence Inn Mentor stay was very comfortable. It's location is convenient for visiting Cleveland's University Circle and Kirtland's Holden Arboretum. Staff was wonderful! AND the inn allows pets which is a big help to our family.

Good: Staff was exceptional. Check-in clerk was amazing and so was the woman who ran the breakfast kitchen. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a nice veriety each day. Not so good: Rooms and hallways were out of date and shabby - worn and stained carpets. Our room had torn carpet and the stovetop was kind of glued together. We stay here frequently and it really needs to be updated. The carpet on the floors and elevator look dirty The elevator also squeaks a lot and is scary if you aren’t expecting it. The staff is wonderful and overall, the facility is very good and smells so clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable! Breakfast is okay, but it has been better in the past.
