The only reason I booked this hotel is for the shuttle service and they told that they have no drivers so there was not shuttle service to the airport I paid 40 dollars for an Uber

No hot water for 4 days. Cold day 1 and 2, tepid days 3 and 4. Tub pooorly maintained. No towel bars. Door secondary safety latch inoperable. Broken elements on refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Only one elevator of two working and it rattled, jerked and thumped! A bit disconcerting. Staff members were pleasant and polite. Manager graciously did not charge us for day 3. Parking area was the highlight of the facilities. Easy to use and well lit.

Not a very friendly staff . The 2 Elevator , one didn’t work at all , the other one when it went up was very jerky . The pool area was dirty and the hot tube was not working at all. The room furniture had stains on the chair , broken light in the corner. No fire alarm in bed room .Wifi was not working. Asked for another room and they said they couldn't give us another . Got there early 45 min , was told we would have to pay an extra $ 25.00. Breakfast was good .

Rooms were dirty and not well kept. Air conditioning was spotty throughout the building. Door from the parking lot into the building were not secure. Door to the pool area from outside was not secure. Anyone could walk in the place at any time. One elevator bounced the entire time you’d ride. Free breakfast was disgusting. The door to the bathroom in our room would get stuck and we would need help from the people in our room to get out.

During my stay, I experienced multiple serious concerns. Several of the exterior doors did not lock, allowing anyone to walk in, which created a major security issue. The pool door was secured with nothing more than a padlock, and the guest restroom did not lock at all. The complimentary breakfast was bland and tasteless, and my nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Even more concerning, there were unleashed dogs throughout the hotel, including in common areas. One of my family members was actually bitten by a dog on the property. When I brought issues to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding that it was “not their job.” Overall, the lack of safety, cleanliness, and customer service made this an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience.

We booked 6 weeks in advance. We get there...our roo. Isntvready..come back in an hour. Ok. We come back... NO HANDICAP ROOM AVAILABLE UNTIL TOMORROW, SO WE'LL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT. So we go yo the unacceptable room. Hubby goes to check the pool and get our luggage. POOL IS DOWN. Nope. Thats it. We canceled and were able to book at a radisson for LESS money with a pool, hot tub AND a larger room. Will NEVER book at laquinta again!!

This is a filthy hotel. When we checked in, the corner of the fitted sheet was barely on the bed in room 103, the mattress was severely stained!!! The bathroom floor was filthy! Went to the front to ask for a different room and Joe at the front desk escorted me to room 107 as he didn’t my want me messing up the room. That room was dirty as well and you can tell all the mattresses in the hotel need to be replaced.

The staff were amazing however the rooms were filthy. Rust/mold in the bathrooms. Lobby was constantly dirty and not swept. A family member of mine staying at the same location changed her room 3 times, again staff was accommodating but goes to show you the cleanliness of the rooms. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Got checked in went into room, as soon as we walked in the bed had brown stains all over it. Called down to front desk they said they would move us rooms. Got moved rooms, 2nd room we step into right away also the linen had not been changed. There was hair covering the pillowcases. Mind you we haven’t even sat down yet. The bathroom was leaking water and the trim was falling down. Room was very dingy and dirty. Asked to cancel my 3 night stay was only granted 1 night back. So had to pay for 2 nights of stay when it wasn’t even my doing but the hotel. One of the worst stays iv had.

The staff was very nice but I left my room because the refrigerator was dirty an had hair in it. They switched me to another room only to have hair all in the shower/ tub. It was cleaned and was very upset to see the second room was dirty as well. But one i told them about it they only said ok they will tell the manager.

The bathroom was too dirty. The shower tub and toilet was disgusting. The water in the tub was going down slow. One of the pillow was wet. The carpet floor needs vacuuming. Overall my room looked like it was never cleaned. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. One of the guys let me have a bottle of water with no change.

At $130 a night I expected much better than what I received. Upon entry there no early check in available due to the rooms not being cleaned yet. It wasn’t until 230pm that I was allowed to get checked in to my room and upon entry the room was still not clean. I noticed a dark brown or red splatter on the wall above the headboard that I was hoping was some kind I’ve beverage that must have exploded and not blood. I informed the hotel staff right away and asked that they have someone come and clean it. The staff said they would be by to take care of it and never showed up. One of the light fixtures was broken and hanging off of the wall. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall as well. The complementary soap and shampoo bottles that they leave in the room for guest half empty. I did not check to see how many rooms the hotel had but I was informed that there were over 55 guests checking in that evening & that’s why they couldn’t switch me to another room,that being said the free continental breakfast was extremely limited with one waffle maker That never worked properly and would have your waffle stuck to it to be peeled out no matter how many times you sprayed it with the spray that was meant for it not to stick. I was in room 102 which was the closest to the lobby so I assumed I would hear some noise but hotel staff allowed people to conjugate in the lobby past midnight, laughing, joking, and making a time of noise. Personally I wouldn’t recommend staying

We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival , the lobby looked and smelled clean and updated. Checked in, the room is small and smells musty, old and outdated. The air conditioning unit had a french fry in it and blows directly to the bed closest to it so if you want a cold room, the person laying in that bed will freeze. The table felt sticky. The shower/tub is old and didn’t drain! So by the time we were done showering, water would be to your ankles. The water pressure was weak unless you changed the shower head to the “beat you up” setting. You can definitely tell this hotel is lacking cleaning! The best part of the room was the bathroom mirror! Breakfast was basic. Hot breakfast included eggs and sausage links. Also, not a single ice machine had ice!! 5 floors and no ice!

The hotel was booked solid although now I wonder why. The front door of the hotel was broken and stood open the whole time I was there. The phone in my room was disconnected and did not work. No one attempted to fix it. The hand rail in the bath tub had rusted off the wall. I wanted to take a bath but could not because I knew that with no hand rail support once I was down in the tub I would not be able to get out.so I did not get a bath. Not good! The elevator shut down twice while I was there...I'm so glad I wasn't in it at the time. The only thing good about my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The hotel is in bad need of remodeling (woodwork, carpet, walls) If Wyndam has any smarts at all, they will do this and do it soon. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? NO!

We wee ordered a suite for room to have friends over and the extra space was just an attached hotel room with only a couch in it- no tables, one chair, no lamps, a tv on a wall. Meanwhile, the bedroom had the microwave, fridge and workdesk and dressers etc all crammed into it. It would have been much more comfortable to have the desk, kitch etc, and a table in the suite area to open up some space in the bedroom that as pretty crammed. The place was mostly clean during the busy Christmas week but could have been a little better. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety. We usually stay her as we like the area near great Northern Mall and the convenience to get to family. But the suite was disappointing.

They didn’t have our room that we booked so gave us a room that was left over. Bathtub had strange curved sides so standing to shower was uncomfortable. Drains in sink and shower had no covers. Tiny bathroom.

The room had a king sized bed.. However, there was no chair or loveseat to sit on. I did ask for a chair and they brought a dining chair. Not comfortable for reading or watching TV Also very noisy.

I believe it’s a miscommunication with staff, one person told me I would get a receipt in the morning and when I went to check out that individual told me that I could not get a receipt and it will also take seven to a month to get my deposit back. I have never heard of anything like that before Another issue I had was the stains on sheets instead of complaining. I took it upon myself to just go downstairs and ask them for another sheet and I just changed the bed myself. Another issue was water was not hot enough in one room so they just changed my room

I’ve stayed at this hotel chain in several cities in USA but this time it was very special thanks to Dev and Shaliza, every single day they made me feel at home, always attentive to any situation, no matter how minor it may be; their kindness and gentleness was unique. All the front desk staff were great too. I can say that I found a new family in Cleveland and that was awesome. This is a strange hotel. It is good at providing basics but why doesn't it provide luggage racks in rooms? Are we supposed to open our luggage on the floor? Why isn't there daily housekeeping? I think it's simply strange that a hotel operates this way.

Jess who’s a supervisor wrongfully cancelled our reservation for our stay. Breaching contract. Gave our room away. And hung up on us while advising that this need to be resolved. We traveled out of state and were forced to make other accommodations elsewhere which resulted in us paying a higher rate. I will never book again with them and hopefully we can spread awareness that if your select pay at property they obviously don’t follow protocol and will lie and say they ran your card and it declined to give your room away. And will take no accountability for it. Save yourself a headache and money and book somewhere else.

Rude owner/desk paid for 2 room suites on Travelocity got standard worn out dirty room. Desk said it was Travelocity's problem and they would need to refund difference between prices of our 2 reserved suites we paid for and the dirty destroyed rooms we ended up with that weren't ready at 3pm check in and required us to stand around until 7:45pm almost 5 hours late. All garbage cans inside and outside were over flowing full time we were there. Will never ever stay in another one. Couch was so gross we put a bed sheet on it just to sit on it.

This hotel was very disappointing. The tub was dingy and there was hair on the bathroom door upon arrival. The pool, hot tub, and one of the elevators were out of service. People were loitering and drinking in the parking lot and at the entrance, which felt unsafe. The air conditioning barely worked, and the back door entrance didn’t lock — another safety concern. I would not recommend staying

Room was comfortable, shower could use new latex and drain needs cleaned. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken awaiting a part. Stayed here in the past and looked forward to that. Breakfast was good, very nice assortment of choices. Would stay here again but will call ahead to make sure all the amenities are working.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice with the exception of the shower which had not been take. Care of from the previous guest, and the shower curtain did not fit the rod. Also, the quality of the breakfast provided was subpar-eggs were not edible.

I was charged a second time for my first nights stay even though I had prepaid days ahead through Expedia. It was eventually resolved but after I returned home. Was clean for the most part, except for the ants all over the breakfast area where you were supposed to get your food

The breakfast could've been alot better. Not much of variety like other hotels that also offer free hot breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing. And there were barely any toiletries. ( one hand soap, no shower wash soap and no lotion. And I'm pretty sure the room wasn't clean properly because there were trash under the bed .

Building was fine. Hot tub was hot and pool was good. Tiny shampoo bottle only lasted 2 days but staff gave out more. You don't get any maid service Friday to Monday. "Continental breakfast" was abysmal at best. There is a restaurant called Scramblers about 1/4" mile away- go there for breakfast.

No towels in pool area. Hot tub not working. Staff said it was broken. Garbage and dirty towel bin full (mid day). Pool area dirty. Waffle batter ran empty and no more to fill it at breakfast. No syrup (ran out). Had to track down desk staff to fill coffee and refill breakfast items. Eggs were the worst I ever tasted. Luke warm water in shower and sink. Sink drained very slow...partially backed up. Checkin was good. Staff was not attentive the remainder of the stay. Worst hotel stay Ive ever had.
