When in the Streetsboro area, we would stay at the Fairfield. We had no issues. The staff was friendly breakfast plentiful and the fitness center was sufficient!

It was easy to find and park even in the snow. They cleaned the parking area and the outside side walk. The front desk people were friendly. The breakfast was good and the eggs and bacon were hot, as was the coffee.

We appreciated the kindness of the front desk and breakfast staff. We chose this hotel(out of the many in the area) because it advertised a pool/hot tub. We were very disappointed to find out, after check in, that it was inoperable.

Our sheets had blood and scabs on them. They came and changed the bottom sheet, not the top. It was not sanitary. They did give us another room the next night, but said we would have to deal with Expedia for a refund.

Loved pretty much everything - great breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. However the cleaning schedule seems to be a little off - was told that beds would be made and towels changed everyday, but that did not really happen. But upon request, things were quickly handled, so all in all I had a very nice 9-night stay and would definitely come back! :)

Reception guy was unfriendly. Can’t digest that they don’t have drinking water for the guests. I had to buy expensive tiny water bottles from them. Toilet was dirty or unclean. Can’t think about coming back here.

Front desk staff person at check in was professional and efficient. Property was clean and in good condition but starting to show its age in a few areas. I had a couple of minor gripes: the shower curtain was mildewed and needed to be changed. The air conditioner was a little loud and musty smelling. Neither issue would prevent me from booking this property again, just some notes for housekeeping follow up. Had i checked in at a reasonable time i would have asked for these issues to be addressed but it was very late. Overall, i would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The check-in team was awesome, friendly and courteous. The room itself could use TLC. The toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. All did was urinate and flush! I could not shower before check-out. Also the floor of bedroom is tilted so the chest-of-draw drawers would stay persistently open. Lastly, after calling the front dest to urgently report toilet-issue, someone did come right away with a mop and bucket, but the check-out person seemed totally indifferent to the experience. Not a cool experience at all.

The only thing I would say that I don't like about this place is that I was on the second floor and whoever was above me had a really heavy foot and I could hear him stomping all night long and also the Wi-Fi there is terrible The Wi-Fi kept dropping out all the time it just terrible Wi-Fi

This property was absolutely wonderful and had the most welcoming “vibe”. All staff we encountered greeted us with a smile - everyone from Front desk to breakfast attendants to housekeeping! We feel this is much a credit to the management staff. We actually do not want to leave and we WILL stay here again!

Front desk staff and other staff members are very rude and racist. I would never stay there again. Pool was closed(I didn’t travel to use it anyway) and breakfast wasn’t the greatest thing ever. The place is outdated for the price they are charging.

What I didn’t like was that they charged me $20 “deposit” in case I might receive any services before check out — the desk clerk at check in said I would have to swipe my card at checkout to get it refunded back to my card - but at check out - they said “no” - nothing was charged to my room - but they couldn’t swipe my card cuz that would screw o something — then — I wasn’t able to even get a receipt - she said it would be emailed to me — an hour and a half later - still no receipt !!

There was some confusion at check in. They worked with us through it which was nice. Just took a long time. They cleaned our room the first night but not the second. So we had to get more towels and remake the bed. We tried to prepare it for them to clean quickly the morning when we left so we had to put it all back.

Good breakfast with packaged crustless spinach quiche and breakfast sandwiches, along with the usual stuff (make your own waffles etc.) Clean room and bathroom. A little hard to figure out the parking lot entrance but just keep going and you’ll find it. Convenient to the turnpike.

Easy on/off from the Ohio Turnpike. Along a stretch of gas stations and fast food restaurants but not much else locally. 15 minutes away though is Hudson Ohio, a quaint town with good shopping and restaurants

Top shelf. The room was very clean and had all we needed. Not the most modern facility but it was all neat, didn't have tons of decorative pillows (breeding ground for germs) and everything worked. The highlight was the breakfast. The hot foods were very fresh and hot. The variety of breads and pastries was substantial and there was staff constantly updating, cleaning, etc. I would absolutely stay there again.

Awesome breakfast, lots of extras you don’t see usually: Nutella, and salsa packets. Clean and great variety. Only disappointment was the waffle maker was broke with a sign to see staff if you wanted one??
