Walked in and checked in with Matt! He was very helpful and nice. Went to dinner came back and went to the pool. Was a smaller pool but still nice. Went back to the room and relaxed. Overall nice stay for one night. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The general area around this property is OK at best. I’m just glad you have a nice facility for when people are passing through and need to stay there. The facility was fine and comfortable. The pool, however, was not open. This was the reason we booked this particular motel. As it turns out, we didn’t have time to use it, but I think there ought to be a way to notify people when listed amenities are not available. Otherwise, great stay.

Not what I expected. Would gladly pay more for better place. Pool open from 10-8 not encouraging before check out folks and folks with children for activities after 8. Never again.

When we first went into the room, it smelled dusty and sour. We went across the street to buy air fresheners. The paint was chipping from the walls. The shower head was filthy and there was mold on the curtain. English is a second language for the front desk staff, so the communication was a little hard.

Room had a bug problem, I think they were ants. Killed maybe 20, and they kept coming onto the desk area. Second floor room, so I assume the ant nest was somewhere in the room. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked great.

The room smelled of mildew. There was holes in the walls and the shower sprayed everywhere except in the shower. I tried calling the front desk and there was no answer. I have pictures of everything.

The bathroom smelled really bad and there were ants crawling around the drain. The sticker on the bathroom mirror stated that the bathroom was cleaned with hospital grade cleaner!! Do not believe this at all!! Never seen ants in any hospital that I’ve visited!!! Luckily we needed the only for 8hour sleep. Would not book again!!

Our stay here was quick (less than 10 hours), simply for a means to sleep on our road trip. The staff was very friendly, both at the front desk at check in and the following morning at breakfast. Our room was clean and location was great. The first disappointment was a super strong smell when we walked in our room. It smelled like a strong chemical-like air freshener. (I couldn’t pinpoint it but my teens thought it smelled like a fall candle). I didn’t smell it in the halls or entrance, but it was everywhere in our room. So much so that I could smell it in my clothes the next day. The walls are also very thin; we had less than pleasant floor neighbors that we could hear through the vents at all hours of the night. Breakfast selection was large but taste was just so so.

Attendant wearing head-phones, not paying attention to guests. She scraped dropped scrambled egg off counter and stirred back in chafing dish! Ran out of sugar. Matt at front desk was exceptional; good guest relations attitude!

My friend and I were in town for a Guardians game and a Morgan Wallen concert and wanted to stay outside of the city. We had a great stay here!! The staff was incredibly nice, especially Matt! The beds were very comfortable.

Our room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were broken. The mixer valve in the shower would not turn off and did more than drip during the stay, which was four nights. Actually, the entire shower looks like it needs attention, including the walls which need to be wiped down. I did not bring any of these issues to the attention of the front desk. It is my hope that these problems will be addressed for the next guest. My traveling partner was my 92-year-old mother and after unpacking I didn't want to be moved to another room. The hotel was busy, but we were not bothered by any noise and rested comfortably. Reasonably priced and appreciated the opportunity to cancel the reservation without any additional charge.

Paper thin walls. Was awakened in the middle of the night by people talking at a normal level. Also, could hear the neighbor’s alarm going off over and over. Could also hear people walking around upstairs. The be all and end all was the weird bathroom window! There was an approximately 3 foot octagonal window in the wall in the shower/tub area. If you took a shower, whomever was in the room could see your silhouette. If you went to the bathroom at night, turning on the light would disturb someone sleeping. Horrible!!! Looks like they are making upgrades but they need to get rid of the window. Would not stay here again.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and went out of their way to help us. We needed extra towels and they brought them to our room door. I had to sign something and they brought it to my room rather than have me walk to the front desk. This is the best service I have ever had at a hotel. They were as friendly and helpful as could be. Such a breath of fresh air!

We were very happy with our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Streetsboro-Kent. It's a simple hotel, but a good one. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we slept well, no noise or disturbances. The price was very reasonable and it is in a very convenient location. We would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel was easy to find. The parking lot was a little ripped up, but there were plenty of parking spaces. The front desk staff was very nice and so was the girl who did the morning breakfast. And finally – a hotel with a hot “free” breakfast. We had sausage and eggs in addition to the waffle maker. The king bed room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. For $130 on a weeknight, i was expecting a better product. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was falling apart and not nearly as clean. The noise from the hallway almost felt like i didn't have a door. The breakfast was terrible, very few options and soggy bagels and English muffin. It all went in the garbage. If i had paid $70 i probably wouldn't be as harsh.

Check in was easy . Breakfast was to be from 7-10 and we wish it started earlier. We had to leave at 7 am and the breakfast was not put out until about 7:15.

For the price for our 2 day stay was reasonable. Because of the price being that. The breakfast buffet was not ready at time stated. The coffee machine was broken the first day. The second day of the stay the coffee machine was in operation but was the worse coffee every had. I guess you get what you pay for. Outside lawn sign posted hiring.

When I went downstairs to get breakfast, there were alot of people in dining area. There was no scrambled eggs, no hard boiled eggs, two pieces of sausage. The staff should have kept up with the food. If the staff knew there was a convention in town, they obviously were booked so they should have focused on making sure the breakfast is available to everyone.
