My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a night and the room was very clean and comfy. The front desk answered all the questions I had before booking online prior. The breakfast was decent and had variety. The kitchen was very spacious for us to cook dinner. We had the outdoor pool to ourselves which was fun. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff.

Enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen for family/kids. Breakfast and coin laundry very helpful. Outdoor pool nice in our hot weather. Excellent price and quality for typical average family travelers. Everything you need in reasonable quality and price. No complaints. Noon check out is nice. Would definitely stay again. Every type of store necessary just down the road.

We have stayed at this location several times now and every time has been great. We travel with our dog and there's plenty of green space to walk her, yet the hotel is also close to many restaurants and fast food options - the best of both worlds. Dillion/Dylan (not sure how to spell his name) at the front desk is terrific. Hotel is quiet and clean, and the breakfast offerings are pretty good.

Great room, they h ave games and kitchen equipment that can be borrowed, kitchen was fully loaded with plenty of plates cups pots and pans. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was amazing!

We had a very hard time getting in and out of our room. The door would jam constantly. The lock from the side door to the pool was broken. It seems like every door was a problem

This was truly a pet friendly place! They had door signs and waste bags to help guests with their pets. Not only that, but EVERY single staff member was so friendly and kind! From check-in to greetings from housekeeping, to the amazing breakfrast room, we felt very welcomed (along with our small pups). We chose to stay there again on our way back through Ohio because of this. I hope that corporate values their employees in Streetsboro, because they deserve to be commended.

If I’d paid $85 for the night I would have been ok with it. I paid twice that. We had to push to get the pool opened after the rain stopped. Everything other than the rooms is cramped. Rooms are good sized. The bed was hard as a rock and the TV is set in a place where it’s likely to get knocked off during a late night trip to the bathroom. The staff tried to help including a room change. Again, just not value for the price IMO.

Room was clean and comfortable, though a bit humid. The free breakfast was good, but the room is small and can get cramped quickly. One downside is that there is really no place to hang out inside or outside other than your room.

Everything, with one exception, about my stay here was very good. Comfy bed and pillows, decent breakfast, clean. Unfortunately, my bath mat had not been replaced and was soaking wet when I went to use it. Also a used wash cloth was left hanging in the shower.

When we entered our room it smelled of smoke. The mattress was significantly smaller than box spring, cable jack was hanging out of the wall and not working. All drawers and cabinets were opened as was the sofa bed. We called front desk. Response was, I'm sorry. Someone forgot to finish. No remedy offered.

This Room was a wreck…opened up “single not double” couch to find mattress covered in food particles and possibly bug feces, all TV’s broken, cabinet doors broken, linens not exchanged ( not fresh with noted hairs on them)…rugs worn and torn. We were treated respectfully by Person at front desk, and she cancelled our reservation!

The shower was dirty and the toilet ran non-stop. We had to take the lid off the toilet and push the floater down to stop it.

Continental breakfast and convenience to shopping was great. There was an odor in the room (stuffy, pet-like smell). We sprayed lysol throughout to get through the stay for one night. Dirty vent. My guest and I wanted to split the cost and we mentioned that upon arrival. We were told that would be done at checkout. NOT, my card charged in full and my guest charged half us thinking that would reverse the charge. But no, now I have to wait 3-4 days for my funds because the rep would do it upon arrival. My first and last visit to this establishment!

Very accommodating. room quiet clean, a suite with a kitchen. Only drawback is they havent figured out where to put the TV

Checking in went quickly and smoothly. What we immediately noticed when we got to our room was the smell. It smelled stale and like it had been a smokers room. Everything else about the room was very nice; spacious, clean and comfortable.

The location worked for our needs, right off Interstate 80. Room was a little worn and sofa bed was terrible.

All was pretty good but the bed was atrocious. Did not sleep at all. That room has to change the mattress. Awful.

I like the set up of the rooms with the little couch and you can stream from your streaming services. The pillows and cushions on the little couch are stained and dirty. The person checking me in did not have very good customer service skills as he made a mistake in charging me and flew into a rant about 3 parties, when my main concern was me being charged twice for my room! This hotel is very convenient to the turnpike and has a full kitchen which is very good for me. I can bring my own food and prepare it there.

Hats off to TP Suites staff. I complained about a broken window in my room and they came right out and fixed it. They also offered me another room. The place is just OK but convenient to Hudson and we do need the kitchen

I had a package delivered there late two days after I checked out and they lied and said it wasn’t delivered there and I have confirmation of delivery and they kept my child’s stuffed animal it’s crazy!

I called down to the front office but they immediately put me on hold, so my wife went down to talk with them. It was late so the maintenance guy was not available, so we had to use the public bath on the first floor while our room was on the second floor. We also had to use the public toilet in the morning as well. Extremely inconvenient. No apologies at all. When we got back that evening, the water was clear, but the bowl was still covered in that "stuff". It was pretty gross. We were told that breakfast was from 5:30 to 10:30. Our last morning we went down to breakfast at about 10:15 but the lady had already closed and turned off everything. We went in and started taking food for breakfast. She came out and was extremely rude. She told us everything is closed and we're not open, but you can get what you can. We told her that we were told breakfast was until 10:30 so we still had plenty of time to get food that was supposed to be available but wasn't because she closed early. That was extremely disappointing to be treated like that. One saving grace was that the maid that cleared our room found my wife's device that she had accidentally forgot. The room was very nice, but the toilet and that rude kitchen attendant just soured the experience.

Convenient location, right off route 80. We used this as a stop on our way to northern Michigan.

Great place for our family. Conveniently located right off highway. Very family friendly (even for our dog). Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again

The property is very convenient location near the turnpike. There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. The property in general and the room specifically were clean and well cared equipped

This was a great hotel option right off of I 80. Dog fees were very reasonable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room with spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is located very close to highway but still quiet and cozy. It's also close to Walmart for shopping.

They had one of the best free breakfast bars I’ve seen from a “suites” hotel. Plenty of fresh and hot options. Check-in was easy, my bed was comfortable, pets are only $25 extra and it was very quiet even though they were almost fully booked.

The breakfast had a good choice from which we could select to eat. We never cooked anything. I would definitely recommend your hotel.
