We never stayed some place so unclean! Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Carpet was wet. We found previous guest shoes next to the bed. Non smoking room, smelled like smoke and had yellowed smoke stains everywhere in the room. Ice machine was broke. Juice machine was broke. Waffle machine was broke. Its too bad, it was a cute place with potential. Needs extensive cleaning.

The front door was broken and has been for over 6 months and that's how your stay starts. Service is terrible, I waited over 20 minutes to check in because the girl at the desk was on a personal call. The place is just dirty and I will never stay there again.

When visiting this area, we will not be staying at this property again! When we pulled into the parking lot, the outside was dirty and the building looked run-down. At the entrance there were some supplies that were sitting on the ground that appeared to be for some type of renovation/improvement. They had obviously been there for some time because there was lots of trash and dirt on and around them. Once we entered the building we received a welcoming smell of weed. The gentlemen working the front desk were friendly and also welcoming when coming back into the hotel. Arriving to our room, the room had a musty smell combined with wet dog. The sheets appeared clean but the one comforter had dirt marks, the carpet needed a deep clean/replaced, and the walls had many dirt marks. We were woken just after 8am by housekeeping vacuuming and setting off a fire alarm twice.

Staff wanted to spray my non smoking room so I would not smell the smoke. 2nd room offered with smoke had no closet bar to hang our clothes. I have pictures.Alot if truck traffic and movement in the back. Not enough parking.

Although the actual room was quite clean and did not smell. The main lobby, hallways and elevator smelled horrible and needed a good cleaning. The elevator was very dirty. There’s a very strong smoke smell as well through the halls and entrance. The front lobby door had a huge crack in it. The breakfast was very disappointing and sparse. Would not recommend or return.

Yes the room was neglected,and the staff didn't seem to care. l have pictures to show that the bed linens were never changed, including the bedspread. And when you pulled the covers back the sheets had hair and stains on them. I asked for sheets to change the linens myself but he said he didn't have any clean sheeys available , he'd see aboit washing some sheets since a housekeeper was unavailable. didn't have any person at desk had no careless

This property is absolutely disgusting. The room was stained yellow with an overwhelming smoke smell. The sheets and comforters were stained and I’m not sure they were even changed . It was covered in dust . The bathroom was deplorable, hair all over the toilet. We were not able to stay in the room because I felt it was a health concern. They should be inspected by the health department. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in .

No breakfast in the morning, checkin was a disaster, the staff was rude, there were stains on the comforter, the bed sheet had holes in it, the shower curtain had black mold on the bottom of it, like a lot of mold. Do not stay here

I was quite disappointed in this hotel. There was a hole in the wall. The carpets in the room and hallway were so dirty. The shower tub had no plug and there were breaks in the shower tub wrap.

Was a little scared when I pulled up. However they were working on the front entrance. The person who checked me in was very nice. Lobby and hallways were old out dated. Room was actually comfortable. Beds and sheets were very comfortable and bathroom was remodeled and clean! I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.

The room was very worn. Lampshades that were torn or missing finials, carpet dirty near AC unit. Door in cabinet covering refrigerator off it's hinge, slow draining sink. Extremely loud dryer just outside our room.

Lots of issues with the room. The worst was we couldn’t use the heater because it was rattling too loudly to sleep. Then the toilet spit at you when flushed - disgusting! And the light switch didn’t work. And the shower curtain was falling down. And there was a coffee maker but no coffee. And the orange juice at the cb was warm and funky. And the remote didn’t work (neither did the replacement). And the front desk people were afraid of dogs in this “dog friendly” hotel so they didn’t want to fix anything. And there weren’t any other rooms available.

I stayed here for 4 nights with a friend of mine. For the price, it was pretty comfortable. The beds we're pretty nice, and the place was clean. There was a fridge and a microwave which was good. My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Not only that, the water would barely get warm even with temperature handle turned all the way up. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they resolve the issue or provide discounted rates. This is our favorite place to start in streetsboro. When I left my curly iron by accident they held it until the next time I checked in. If we need anything like creamer after breakfast ends they always go out if their way to get what we need.

We were given a handicapped room though we are not handicapped. It had laminate flooring, not carpet and no closet. There was only one packet of sugar and creamer with the coffee machine. When I asked at desk for another, I was told I’d have to wait until housekeeping came in. She said she couldn’t give me creamer from the breakfast service because the breakfast hour had ended. I have been given creamer after breakfast hours from other hotels and found her response to be in accommodating and ridiculous.

Door would not close all the way so I couldn't lock it. I was a little worried someone might try to bust in on me. Very noisy, there was banging and thumping for hours in the room above me. Sounded like kids jumping off the bed? And loud rap music pounding for a while too. Also could hear snoring through the walls. Water did not get hot. I will say I made a mistake while booking and the staff immediately fixed it for me 👍

I put a cash deposit for incidentals and when it was time to check out they had a hard time finding it. I believe someone spent it because it took nearly an hour to refund and they had to call the lady to come in. Great location, easy in and off the turnpike. Good value for the price. Restaurant next door was great for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was basic but enough to get us going for the day. (2 kinds of cereal with milk, toast with only butter as option no PB or jelly, waffles with syrup, coffee and juice). Staff was cordial. Check in and check out was easy. Our room just needed a little attention, 2 bulbs out in bathroom and 2 salad plate size spots of mold over shower that just need some bleach spray to resolve.

This was an impromptu stay and was worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The hallways were clean also. The room was clean. The light switch did not work but the lamp was bright enough. There was plenty of towels. The water was nice and hot (just like I like it)! There were 2 beds in our room. The one we slept in was perfect! It was comfortable and with 4 pillows (which is a plus) because my husband gets 1 and I get the other 3! The stay was quiet but there is outside traffic noises which were expected. This hotel is near the expressway and plenty of shopping and eating options nearby. We will definitely choose this place for another visit.

While this property is conveniently located, it’s not worth the cheaper rates. The lobby smelled of marijuana smoke and the bathroom in our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The quilt on our bed was stained. The hotel in general was very noisy. Lots of workmen stayed there so if you want to sleep in, this isn’t the place. The staff is friendly and helpful but I would not stay here again.

Very basic breakfast. Better seek out a restaurant if you are really hungry. the room was clean and comfortable. On arrival, we were turned off by the outside appearance of the building. Cigarette butts and construction tape at front entrance left us dejected, but we asked to see the room before deciding whether to stay or not. We decided to stay as the room was good.

I have stayed here a few times. Everytime something is stained. Towels. Blankets. But the staff are extremely helpful and apologetic. Walking distance to some food, beverage and shopping options. Very safe area.
