Very Quiet and I was in front where you drive in. No breakfast like Expedia said but coffee in AM. Restaurants next door and within walking distance. Front desk staff accommodating. Room was clean and everything in it worked. Bare bones but at a fair price!

Internet was poor. No ammenities at all, not even coffee. The property appears to have been in decline for quite some time.

Terrible customer service. No breakfast. Aged rooms. TV old. Lamp shade broken. Dirty bathroom. Claimed smoke free, but guest smoke in rooms. Room odor!! No jacuzzi access. False advertisement.

Goid stay pop machines didnt work and couldnt find an ice machine but it was cool.

The pool was not open even though the website said pool, the shower head was rusty and gross the hotel smelled of pot. The bathroom door was broke, afraid to shut it since the bottom was apart. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Parking was safe

The location of the hotel was good with options for dining. No food at this location. I did not feel safe with the main doors opened to people not staying in the hotel

I got a non-smoking room and was told that all the non-smoking rooms (272) were on the second floor. I would rather have a room on the ground floor since there are no elevators. I had to open a door on the ground floor to get in and that floor reeked of smoke. Then walk up the stairs and go through another door (the lock on that door was broken so anyone could open it) and when I was on the second floor it still smelled like smoke. Even my room before I aired it out smelled like smoke. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. The fridge wanted to freeze everything. I tried to adjust it but it didn't seem to make any difference. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but I thought that they were friendly and seemed helpful.

Nothing offered at this place. Only offer of coffee in the lobby from 6 AM to 11 AM.

This is one of the worst places we have ever attempted to stay at. Dirty smell of urine, fecies and smokey. We did not stay and left within 5 minutes of getting into the room.

The room was very dirty , not clean the walls had all kinds of dirty and scum on it, the door to the entrance was left open, the linens were dirty with spots, there was hair on the pillow cases, the towels were not very clean and the bed was not comfortable at all, too soft and it stunk in.

This place was so dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was not clean, the sink was all backed up, the sheets were not clean. My family and I went to our concert for back at 2:30 am and left the place at 4:30 am because the place was so disgusting.

absolutely disgusting. blood on the bed, mold on bathroom fan, stains on bed, smelled like cat piss, door in room that could be opened from a different room, other random stains bedding, mouse turd look likes on toilet paper.

My daughter and I checked in and was literally in the room for 10 minutes, after observing the conditions of the room “hair everywhere in the bed, on the bathroom floor, in the shower, toilet, and refrigerator, the microwave was dirty left over bottle in the refrigerator. We immediately went back down to check out.

There were cockroaches in the room. It smelled like an ashtray. It was very dirty. We left after being there for 15 minutes.

My husband had to keep killing roaches all night

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a last minute reservation and I was charged over double of the normal fee. Upon entering the room, the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage and beer cans. The room was filthy. It hadn't been swept in quite some time because the dirt was piled next to the bedside table and around the dresser. There was something sticky on the floor between the beds. We literally had to wear shoes the entire time. In the bathroom, again overflowing garbage. Hair in the sink, dirt piled along the edge, and the shower had mold on the tub and shower curtain. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!!

Room had bedbugs I’m getting the run around for a refund!!! Will be calling health department!!!

We chose this property because it had two queen beds and not double bed. The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but smelled of smoke. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was okay. The room had a connecting door that wasn’t insulated for noise so we heard all the noise from the other room. They had a dog and between the loud talking and laughing and the dog at 4 am our sleep was disrupted. The beds were okay. I’d try to find some where else to stay if I’m ever back in Cleveland.

The internet didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work well. It functioned more like a fan. The room also smelled like a room someone chain smoked in and then poured flower-scented cleaner in to try to cover it. The towels were dirty.

The first room that gave me would not drain in the bathtub so I asked for a new room and that bathtub also filled up when I was showering. In speaking with the head manager they're having a problem with the main drain out of the motel all of the bathtubs are plugging up and slow draining. They apparently cannot afford the expense of having their drain line to the street cleaned out Bathroom drains look Rusty sides of the bathtub are dirty dirty bathtub mat that they gave me had black on it continues to be no furniture in the hotel rooms to sit and eat your food or put your laptop and do work. Twice I had to ask the hotel desk to redo my card because they didn't give me the full two days and it canceled out to gain access

Clean but dark...very few lights in main room. Poor TV channel availability.

The door was definitely not tight to the frame and you could see a little bit of light around the sides and a lot of noise from outside was coming into the room. And the next part not their fault the lady next-door decided to sing by my door at 6:30 AM. Well, she smoked.

This was supposed to be a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were burn holes on the blanket. The bath tub was dirty/stained inside. The old full size fridge did not work so my insulin was going to be ruined. I asked for a portable to store my insulin and had to completely change rooms

Room was very dated and basic and the cigarette smoke smell was terrible. It was clean but the smell was awful

This is a pretty run down property. The outside is worse than the inside. Conveniently located near highway and restaurants. The hair dryer was missing from wall mount. Bedding and towels acceptable and room appeared clean. No hand soap. Small tubes of body wash and shampoo.

Bathroom drain was plugged up but they did clean it out for the next day. The refrigerator froze everything including my milk. The bed was very firm they said they have no softer, I'm going to have to bring a mattress topper next time. Other than that clean and everything provided even had a separate table for my laptop computer

Rude slow and incompetent front desk staff at time of late evening check-in. Key cards didn’t work so she was throwing them around literally!

Hotel was ok until you employee gave my room location to someone that's been stalking me. I never received my money back or am apologie.

They basically stole my money. Scheduled a booking, when I arrived on the evening time, no one was working the front desk this I'm unable to check into my room. When I asked for a refund, they refused stating cancellation policies in which this wasn't a cancellation. Do not bring your business to them,. you'll regret it

I appreciated the help and friendliness from the front desk. I had a bad experience from a previous motel and decided to stay here instead. I had a traumatic experience the night before from a 4 hour drive and I had worked all night 12 hours, and the last one was so disgusting, I couldn't stay there. When I explained this, they let me check in a little early. The cleaning staff were all very friendly as they were still cleaning other rooms when I went in.I didn't really care for the cigarette smell in the hallways, although when I went in to my room, it was very clean. You couldn't smell any odors from cigarette smoke etc. from the hallway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. I never felt so relieved. I finally got the restful sleep I needed. But not before a terrific breakfast from Bob Evans which is littlerally adjacent to the hotel parking lot. I love this area and I will stay there again. Also, there is a door that you have to use your key card for to even enter the second floor, an added safety measure. I will stay here again in the future

Was very clean, right around all the stores, wasn’t too loud. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience, for a second time, staying at this hotel. My suite was very clean and everything was cozy and comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay the night. Very friendly staff too! One suggestion: could use more vending machines!
