Only negative comment is that the water came out so slowly...we gave up on the hot tub. After an hour it still did not have enough water, and it was lukewarm at best. Other that, I enjoyed our stay.

They're renovating the place but it is nice. Great for the money. Just no extras, no swimming pool, no breakfast. They do have coffee. It's an older hotel they're trying to fix up. I would definitely stay there again

I got the jacuzzi suite and the hot water didn’t work for the shower or the tub it was a waste of my money. I will never go there again

Location was convenient and a lot restaurants near by. Room was okay, bed was comfortable and bathroom was small but otherwise ok. Hotel itself was outdated, As soon as you stepped out of your room, the smell of pot was very prevalent. Pool was covered and looked like had not been open in a long time. Price was affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. Would likely not stay here again.

Hot tub wouldnt get warm enough to even sit in

You will not find a better value hotel at all in this area! I have been a long term guest and have nothing but good to say about the hotel and its management. The hotel rates for long term guest are excellent. There is a washer and dryer for your laundry, clean linen, walkable eatery and a quiet and clean environment.

The room was clean and comfortable. The common areas were dirty and smelled bad. The elevator had dirt piles in the corners and was not promising for the room. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The rating would be 5 stars except for the condition of the common area.

The room was not as advertised. Also the room smelled very bad upon entering. My wife and I literally had to clean the toilet, which had poop on the toilet seat, and the shower. There was pubic hair in the shower, in the bed, and the room was overall filthy. 1 ⭐

The bed was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom was filthy and had black mold in the tub, sink and toilet. We could not shower and used the bathroom as little as possible. We have stayed at this property several times before and had a clean economical room, but this room was bad and we would not stay in it ever again.

Absolutely FILTHY! We issues disinfecting cleaning wipes to clean all the surfaces we planned to use. A towel was placed on the shower floor so we did t touch it with our bare feet. Mouse poop on the floor in the bathroom. We did not take our shoes off while in the room because it was just disgusting. Definitely a one star hotel! Will never stay here again!

Very clean room for this price range. Highly recommend if you want a clean place at low cost. The hallways etc are not great but for what you pay it’s nice to sleep somewhere clean

The hotel is dirty, the smells ranged from weed to garlic throughout the rooms, halls and elevator. Our bed sheets in both of our rooms had several stains and dirt on them. We didn’t spend the night, just used the two rooms to get ready for a concert after our drive so the bed wasn’t a huge issue. We used it to sit on, but they were dirty either way. A random office chair in was in a corner in each of our rooms with peeling material on the seats. no tables to use the chairs at. So we had to sit everything on the bed, it’s odd to not have a small table to use in a hotel room when you have an office chair there. The mini fridges were not cold and the microwave in one of our rooms was sitting on the floor. We ordered pizza and had to move the microwave off of the floor to the top of the fridge to use it. Overall, not good. It is very outdated and run down which I could get past, but the cleanliness of the rooms, elevator and halls leaves a lot to be desired. Not worth the money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. However, directions to the third floor were confusing—it’s the only floor with elevator access, while the others are only accessible from the outside. Also, the free Wi-Fi that was advertised didn’t work during my stay. Overall, not a bad experience, but some communication and amenity issues need attention.

It's a little outdated but the room was clean..will go back again tho...convient to shopping, food, hiway, gas, etc

I understand what I was getting myself into. The room was clean, the towels, shower sink… all much cleaner than I was expecting. But… the lack of pressure made it almost impossible to shower and get thoroughly wet. The shower itself had a hanging rod with a curtain that was hanging on for dear life. The shower curtain didn’t stay closed. At all. The toilet was hard to flush, when it did flush… it came alive with questionable noises and didn’t stop until moments later. It’s run down, simply put. Some basic TLC might make a huge difference. But the room itself was clean and it put a roof over our head for the night.

It wasn't a bad hotel. I just woke up to a cherry picker running at 9 am. Also the wifi did not work all weekend.

Just an overnight stay. Overall, it's an ok place. Kinda of dated, but for the price I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel. Room was clean, bed was ok, and the price was right. I would stay there again for a night if needed.

The room smelled like smoke and we were in the non smoking room.. asked to change rooms when we got there because my wife and son had asthma.. they offered air fresheners.. when I went down to get them they were gone.. so I went to Walmart and bought Lysol.. for how much I paid for this room it should have been a lot better.. which is kinda funny because the houses near this place looks really nice..

Generally quiet, clean and functional. Room floor and some furniture were new, fridge and microwave in room. The shower and the key lock system for the door are older and could use an upgrade. There was a little water seeping through the wall near the toilet intake comnection in my room (321). For food, it is convenient to Sheetz, Applebees and Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

Honestly, next time in Willoughby I’ll pay more for a better place. The room was basic, and everything was clean. Apparently, this used to be a Motel 6, based on the Wi-Fi address and password.

Beds weren't all that comfortable.

The room is always very clean. If you stay on the backside of the hotel, you will hear the freeway noise. But we’ve stayed there several times and I’ve never had a problem except for the first time when they were having problem with their hot water, but that has been resolved. For the price it’s worth it.

Check in was very easy and quick. The room was clean. I was surprised there was a refrigerator. Night was quiet. Only downfall, eventually to be a good thing, is they are doing some remodeling which creates some noise. Not severe and makes the hotel look not so good because of the remodeling. Overall very pleased with my stay.

Came in late and staff was dirty and couldn't speak up. Staff was rude to folks and not welcoming. Office was more like checking into a jail than a motel. Lobby was a mess and hard to find. It was a "cheap" place to sleep, but did not inspire confidence that it was safe or clean.

The staff at the front desk is attentive and friendly! Mike goes out of his way to make you feel very welcomed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable!

Made a reservation online. Once onsite, the woman at the desk seemed to have problems woth their computer system. After about 30 minutes, she hands my id back and says she doesnt have any rooms. I told her i understood and asked how they would do a refund? She said to call the morning manager and they could take care of it. It has been several calls and being told to call back for a different manager. The last guy i spoke with said they can't give a refund. This whole situation just seems very shady and i would never recommend anyone trying to do business with them or staying there. Just an unfortunate chain of events ending up with with me losing money on a situation that wasn't my fault.

I really am pleased with this hotel. I'd like to point out the Front Desk guy, Mike! He really went out of his way to ensure that I was fully accomodated. The rates are also great! Highly recommend this hotel!

VERY QUIET, MIKE @ THE FRONT DESK IS REALLY NICE.

I stayed at this property originally because I am 19 and a lot of places in Cleveland or around it require you to be 21 to book, however I ended up leaving half way through my stay there, the refund hasn’t came through for the days I didn’t spend but the staff was unhelpful at times outside of Mike who seemed to be the only one at the hotel that was actually helpful. Everyone else talked low or didn’t care. There were people vaping and/or smoking in their lobby at times and our key card stopped working on 8 different occasions during the span of 3 nights. While I understand some keycards can stop working when near phones, I would put the card in the drivers side door away from everything, and we would still get locked out at 12 o clock at night. The floors were extremely dirty, we wiped up some water off the floor and when picking up the towel it was filthy and black. We found hair in the sink as well as the tub and had 2 lightbulbs stop working while we were in the hotel room. However the most concerning thing for us at least was the side doors being open allowing anyone to just walk into the hotel without even needing to go past the lobby. The elevator also seemed somewhat dangerous and the safety certificate was not on display. All around do not recommend unless you’re struggling on money and just looking for anywhere to stay.

The lobby was in the middle of the building so you had to walk through a breezeway before getting to it. The building smelled like weed and the area was NOT a safe neighborhood like posted in the reviews. The room was hot because the AC unit was turned off. Besides that the room was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place for one night! Quick and easy drive to downtown Cleveland. Typical older hotel building wise, but clean room.

Simple, clean, reasonably priced with food places and a CVS in walking distance.

3 female travellers and we felt safe. Hotel was a good place to sleep surrounded by lots of stores and places to eat. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Easy on and off the highway. About 25 min from downtown Cleveland. Staff was very friendly. Property had some things out of date/not working but overall pretty good stay.

Surprisingly better experience than initially read about. Good bang for your buck. Wooden floors a plus in the room. Easy Check-in, close to gas stations and Restaurants.
