Horrible. My room was missing fridge, microwave, coffee machine, smoke alarm, and didn’t even have a trash can. Noisy people, cars, and dogs all night longe. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke. I went out to my van at 3am to get quiet for sleep. Breakfast was a waffle machine only with batter and syrup. A few slices of bread, but no butter, jelly or anything else. Pools was empty and fenced off. The laundry room only had an old dryer, no washer. Worst place I’ve stayed in over 30 years. Red Roof should shut it down.

When I got there I rang the bell 4 or 5 times and finally called just to checked in. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, there was no washer to use when it said they had one, The lady I talked to said they did not have them and was rude, the pool was out of order which is one of the things I was looking for. Their was people doing drugs right out side of the rooms on both sides of the motel. We got woke up about 3am with guys yelling at each other. Just would not stay there again.

I booked 2 rooms. We specifically wanted a pool. But when we got there the pool was closed for renovating. That should have been stated on the website since it was ongoing. The rooms we're unclean. There was hair all in the shower i had to clean it before i could use it. My sons woke up to their whole floor covered in water..The beds made us itchy. Didnt see any bed bugs but something was making us itchy. The smell of weed was almost unbearable! Very loud a lot of banging and shouting all night long. There was absolutely no renovation work going on. The whole 2nd floor looked like it could come crashing down any minute.Bad cracks and rusty stairway and walkway. Didnt even have a working ice machine. The doors wouldnt latch closed and the locks were a joke. I would have left but the rooms were nonrefundable and i didnt have the money to rent more rooms. It was one of the worst hotels ive ever been in and i travel all over the US and practically live in hotels.

No water in the pool and obviously this is a residential motel with a lot of sketchy people staying there long term... I wouldn't let anyone from my family go to car unattended. Beds we're soft and linens clean so get what you pay for. Not for families!

Rooms were very dirty and had roches. Sheets were not clean stains all over and had a lot of commotion going on very run down and even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Rooms were supposed to be smoking free and were not. Very bad experience

The room was disgusting. It was not cleaned prior to giving to the next guest. The floor was dirty, had not been swept nor mopped. The floor was sticky and smelled of urine. There was pet hair and dog food on the floor. The sheets were dirty, blood stains on the pillow case and towels were dirty as well. Told the manager on duty to give me a different room and he refused. They just gave me 3 pillow case covers, a sheet and bed spread. My reservation was for 2 night's and they would not cancel the second night. This was group reservation and the other rooms had the same issue. It was unsanitary to stay in.

Upon check-in we were greeted professionally, but from there our stay at Red Roof Inn Ardmore was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given was filthy—trash on the floor, unmade beds, and a strong smell of smoke. It was also not the suite with kitchenette we had booked. Management moved us to another room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Traveling with two children, this was completely unacceptable. I asked about a refund but was told it wouldn’t be processed until after our stay, leaving us with no choice but to buy cleaning supplies ourselves just to make the room usable. Later, we realized we had no clean towels or pillows. The in-room phone was broken, and when supplies were finally delivered, they reeked of smoke and appeared used. The property was noisy and chaotic all night with honking and disturbances, making rest impossible. While we enjoyed our time in Ardmore, this hotel was not clean, safe, or family-friendly. It is misrepresented online, and I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider hosting this property.

Booked a room for 8 days with a kitchen. I expected it to be like the internet. Unfortunately it was so filthy blood on the walls, bugs everwhere, stained bed spread and yellow sheets. Doors didnt lock. It was the worst ive ever seen in my life. I will report. Breakfast was super unsanitary. Yuck! Ended up in a regular room, which i had to go soend $100 on cleaning products so i could even stay one night. Not happy at all!

My cousin and I were told by the very nice gentleman up front that we could check the room before he ran my card. That was a red flag. We checked the room, and it was absolutely disgusting. Dead flies everywhere and bathroom was gross with a filthy tub like someone had not cleaned it in a month. Bed was nasty and dirty. Stains and hair in the bed. Stove tops sticky and gross with no knobs. The walls were filthy, and the place was just in bad shape with caution tape around the railing upstairs.

The hotel had no positive features, because the property was not clean, there was not enough linens, the air conditioning was barely working and made the room feel damp and muggy. I even had to ask for a trash can to be brought to the room, which was dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. The whole experience was a total disappointment.

Extremely disgusting and infested with ROACHES. Door entry keys don't work, only way to get in is by going to the office and have them unlock it with a master. We ended up not staying any of the 3 nights we had booked and was out $150 dollars because they refused to refund us. This place should not be up and running! They need to be shut down

Made a reservation which apparently was emailed to them a few minutes after midnight. I arrived at 3am, front desk told me they stop checking reservations at midnight. Didnt know I had one, and had sold my room to someone else. Had no rooms available. Couldnt find any rooms, and had to sleep in my car in the 30 degree weather. Called Customer Service and Customer Complaint #'s. All they said was they verified what happened, and filed a report. No offer to compensate me in any way. When I flat out asked for something for the major inconvience of not getting any sleep and being awake for 30 hours, they told me, "we didnt charge you anything". Worst customer service.

First of all there was no inside lock on the door whatsoever. And then the room key card didn't work because the batteries were out on the electronic door lock. Had to be let in and out each time we left. There was no room phone, no microwave and the television remote didn't work...all advertised amenities. The toilet was broken so you had to leave the toilet lid off of the toilet back so you could mess with the fill valve and float to get it to refill the tank. Half of the room lights didn't work either. I asked for a refund to just go stay somewhere else but was denied. I went and stayed somewhere else anyway and am still battling over the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a little more somewhere else because this place is a mess. I cannot believe that this place is legal much less backed by a travel- booking site.

I checked and they were nice people at the front desk. After driving a Uhaul truck with my car towed behind it, i just wanted to relax and watch TV. The staff was helpful but the equipment was just poor quality I relaxed going barefoot in my room. I go to take a shower and all this dirt came off the bottom of my feet. Apparently they hadn't cleaned the floors yet this year. (This was June.)

Book this online but got there and was nothing like photos. Didn’t have breakfast as said on website.Room look like hasn’t been cleaned. Bathtub looks to be falling apart and bugs crawling around.Manager was supposed to call me to talk about issues but never got in contact with me and when I call nobody answered or was just told manager wasn’t there and would call me.

I rode and round the place and every part of the building from top to bottom had rotting wood, unstable looking conditions, and unstable looking individuals. The area was very unsafe and the lock didn’t work on the door. Very sketchy people in the area. We didn’t even end up staying but I had a non refundable fare. We left as soon as we saw the room and surrounding area/people. We went and stayed at another hotel in the area.

Nasty room. Walls were torn apart at the baseboard and no effort was made to fix anything or clean anything. There was someone who od’d upstairs and there was constant noise from fighting and commotion. No breakfast and dining area was disgusting. Do not stay here unless you’re into crack or meth

didn't have the "deluxe king" we paid for but was given 2 beds "at no extra charge". it was 11 PM and I didn't want to drive any further. hotels.com has "free breakfast, laundry facilities, pool" Listed as amenities. Breakfast was a filthy counter with a pot of coffee. I asked the clerk for creamers. His reply was "sorry ma'am we only have sugar".Total dump. Our room was 109.... unsafe entry with a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. water ran ALL night in the bathtub. no trashcan in . Best description? YUCK

The guest service representatives were extremely welcoming polite and friendly the young elderly lady that works the front desk was a hoot! I must say it was mostly heard that made me and my family want to come back to this establishment I had no problem with any of the guests above or near me they were very accommodating because I am disabled. Enjoyed breakfast very much I'm a huge fan of waffles there are so light and fluffy just perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and I stay there and I most definitely will be returning I've already booked our room for Saturday and we're super excited it was a very comfortable environment five stars all the way

The shower tub had rust all around the drain. There were no Kleenex anywhere. I was afraid to touch the telephone; it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was no safety lock on the door. The breakfast buffet was a farce. The coffee was Luke warm; the eggs were cold--the warmer underneath was out; the cereal looked as though it had been scrapped from the floor. It was terrible. I would never stay there again.
